I had made arrangements with Aurora for my ***'s medical billsWe were on a payment plan, but have not been receiving bills from them consistently each monthI received a notice today from a collection agencyI called Aurora to try and understand why this happened, since both my [redacted] and I had accounts set up on the same day, with the same payment arrangements, all bills paid at the same time, yet my account wasn't in collections They said she had had new medical bills which automatically cancelled the payment plan, and that we had missed a payment, so everything was due immediatelyAlthough we had just made payments in the last month to bring our account currentWe have not received any new bills for any new medical services When I spoke to the person she said they could remove it from collections and restore the payment plan, but they wouldn't because it wasn't their faultI asked how am I supposed to make payments without receiving the bills and just got the standa

They did not work with me to pay an outstanding bill with a mediocre doctor I would rather have surgery in a third world country and have 50/chance of survival than deal with AuroraI would give them no stars or negative stars if possible On a scale of to 10, Aurora is actually a negative These are the worst people ever

I went to Aurora Walk in Clinic on July 15, When I checked into be seen for a spot on my leg, I was told the charge would be $ I paid the $on July At no time was I told I would be charged for seeing a specialist Michael [redacted] saw me on July and after glancing at the spot on my leg, told me I should make an appointment with my regular physician I did not see the specialist that Aurora is billing me for seeing and again, was not informed when I checked in that they would be charging me to see a specialist

I went to see Dr [redacted] for a preventative eye exam Prior to scheduling an appointment I visited the office and showed them my insurance card and explained how my health insurance company offered a free eye exam every 2-years I have never had any eye issues but thought it might be a good idea The receptionist told me I would just have a co-pay of $ I scheduled the appointment I later received a bill in the mail for an additional $because they used the wrong billing code and submitted to my medical insurance instead of my vision coverage I called my insurance company and they explained that Dr [redacted] billed it to my medical side of insurance because in the past I had some medical issues with blood sugar, cholesterol & blood pressure My insurance company said call aurora change the billing code so it will be billed to your vision portion of your insurance and it will be covered Dr [redacted] office said they will not change the billing code because it is medic

Kepler Drive in Green Bay, Baycare "after hours" clinic for Orthopedics/Sports MedicineThis is not our regular doctor or locationNever have been here beforeWas scheduled at this location for a follow up visit due to scheduling conflicts with regular doctor hours at the main Aurora hospitalAn evening appointment was made days prior to this visitMy son had to sit on my lap due to the limited seating and full room of patientsWas uncomfortable as I felt everyone was breathing each others airI am not one to complain, but my time with my son is very important to meI can understand a five, maybe ten minute wait, but after minutes of waiting, and other patients still ahead of us, I cancelled my appointmentAnd I never cancel appointments! It was a simple follow up that would have taken less than a minute with the doctorWas told nicely by receptionist "yeah we've been really busy"Guess what? Not my problemI'm really busy alsoThis appointment was made two weeks agoWaste of gas and time with my sonNo problem with any other location, but I will never return to this particular location again

I have been FAITHFULLY making payments (automatic withdrawal from bank account) of $per week- this equals out to be between $100-per month in payments I have an email FROM Aurora billing that it was okay that I was making these payments I receive in the mail a collection notice for past bills that I have been paying on (per our agreement) I hadn't received any other notification for these dates or any correspondence that these bills would be going to collections Per our agreement via email, by cashing the checks, we had entered a payment agreement

On 1/14/I was seen by [redacted] at the Aurora Health Care Clinic in Whitefish Bay I had an acne type/black head cyst on my back that I could not reach I asked him if he could take care of it He didHe used a scalpel, it took about minutes I was surprised to receive a bill for this procedure for [redacted] On the bill it was called outpatient surgery At no time was I informed of what this would cost nor that it would be considered surgery I complained to DrOlson and to Aurora billing and both replied that there is nothing they can do I did not leave that office thinking that I had surgery There was no anesthetic and no stitches Just a band aid with some gauze I am asking for this bill to be reduced to the cost of a Drvisit which is what I was expecting and had no reason to expect otherwise

I was getting occupational therapy and after months and $my arm hasnt changed or even gotten better at all

Absolutely horrible billing departmentI had a preauthorized surgery, Auroa coded the charges incorrectly to the insurance company, resulting in a partial decline of paymentAfter more than calls and two appeals to the insurance company, I was still declined insurance payment because it was determined that Aurora didn't follow standard medical protocolsDuring the time that charges were pending insurance payment, any additional payments from myself or insurance were applied to the wrong billsI spent hours on the phone with Aurora and my auto insurance company trying to figure out why I was being billed for an auto injury treatment that was paid by insuranceI also paid copayments for routine healthcare, which was applied incorrectlyAgain, calling numerous times to get payments straightened out, and requested a detailed statement of charges and paymentsAurora could not supply my with any type of detailed billing statementUltimately because of the billing issues, and ongoing insurance appeals, payments became "overdue" Aurora's billing department was unwilling to resolve the issues and sent numerous bills to collection that should have been paidI now have numerous derogatory marks on my credit score because Aurora sent each charge individually to collections instead of one billI refuse to make any payments to Aurora or collections until I can receive a detailed statement, and payments are applied properly to the bills which I hadIt has been a nightmare, time-consuming, and financially devastating, all because Aurora's billing department screwed up

I presented to this facility on two different occasions for discomfort in my neck On both occasions I informed them that this was an ongoing problem, and after extensive evaluation I had been cleared of anything cardiac relatedBecause of that I expressly and vehemently refused any cardiac tests which is my right as a patient I told them I had recent abnormalities in my thyroid labs and was advised when I had the discomfort again to be seen while I was having it to rule out any thyroid connection On both occasions they performed cardiac related tests and labs which I had refusedOn the second visit I advised that a previous doctor wanted me to have a radioactive iodine scan done but the insurance company wanted certain test performed and or to see certain abnormalities in my labs before they would authorize that test The emergency room physician told me that if they kept me overnight that it would be quicker to get the radioactive iodine scan done in an inpatient setting rath

I would like to file a complaint against the Aurora Pharmacy in Burlington, WII had the worst experience today, December 4th I sent my husband into the pharmacy to refill two prescriptions for our dog, which were amoxicillin and lactaloseWhen he went back to pick them up today around 4:30, they stated that he only requested to refill the amoxicillinWhen he asked to refill the lactalose, which he previously requested, they claimed that they can see the prescription in the system, but they refused to call the veterinarian to refill the prescriptionAt the time, he was the only client in the storeThey refused to assist himI don't want to assume that it was because of his raceHowever, I can't seem to find any other reason why they wouldn't assist himSo I then had to go into the store with my newborn (My newborn and I were previously waiting in the car)My newborn son is on oxygen and is currently medically fragileHe also just was discharged from Children's hospital

My husband was admitted into this location on 5-15-I have visited him every dayHis room is unbearably hotHis nurses have told him to keep his door open, close the blinds, drink water, and put water on his armsHe has complained to multiple nurses every day about thisHe finally convinced them to call maintenance to his roomThey came up and determined that his air conditioning wasn't working and that it was degrees in his roomThey said they would be back the next day to fix it, but they never came to fix itIt is so hot that he wakes up covered in sweatThis isn't how a hospital should treat it's patientsI'm very dissatisfied with this facility and can't believe the amount of money we will be paying this establishment that doesn't even have working air conditioning

My husband and I are on a fixed income with social security and they will not accept the payment that we can afford to pay

ST Luke's Hospital Doctors are #If you are admitted to StLuke's hospital for surgery, or very ill, it is best to have a friend or relative stay overnight to care for youThe nursing staff is busy with what they have to perform for their job, going room to roomIf you asked for something, they say they will be back, never return, shifts changeAnd OMG if THEE NURSE comes in and you again ask, she will tell you it is not her job, that is your assistant nurse jobIf you had orthopedic surgery, and you don't follow through to make yourself move, take a walkOnly complain of pain, you will be ignoredIf you bother the nurses too much, they will move your help caller, and you will not be able to make contactIf you keep yelling for help, they will move you to a deserted hall and put you in the last roomI seen this behavior when my husband had spine surgery, and had to call for helpI seen this behavior happening when I had neck surgery [redacted] I assumed it was only the orthopedic floor that [redacted] Bottom-line, don't stay alone in this hospital if you will be incapacitated from any illnessThe doctors are good, but the nurses do there required work, paperworkThey are not there for you

I went to the Aurora Waclinic for dental pain I was having, at the time I had State Insurance, which covered 100% of my medical bills, was still billed, and even after calling to get it fixed, two years later, it is still on my credit report, still marked as I have not paid it, was never run through the insurance I had at the time, has been an absolute nightmareAt the time of this appointment I had Children Community Health, which is through Badger-care, StateIt is sad to me that big hospitals like Aurora could care less about you, especially if you are on State insuranceAlso this appointment was a nightmare as wellI had teeth that needed to be removed and was waiting for the surgery, I was in so much pain, and I got lectured about wanting any pain medication, as if I were a drug addictI'm a hard working, Father, Husband, and mostly a human being, who was in pain, and got treated less than I deservedAnd then to get slapped with this bill, and have it linger is salt

I contacted Aurora on several occasions in the past five weeks looking for information regarding an alleged debt more than five years old that I noticed on my credit report. After speaking to many different representatives who couldn't locate the account I was finally directed to someone who found the accounts, but couldn't tell me any distinctive information about it. I followed up after speaking to the third party collector who reported on my credit report to have aurora directly send me an itemized statement to know exactly what the charges were for, however aurora took it upon themselves to send my personal health information to the third party collector. I was very specific when asking to be directly sent the information from aurora as I find it extremely unsettling to have my private information in the hands of anyone who so chooses to take a peek. I then asked for information regarding HIPPA compliance from aurora however they stated I wasn't entitled to that information as it w
