I have been a patient of Aurora for over years and they are amazingRecently I called to set up automatic refill for my prescription, which is something rather newI am currently at college and receive a call from home saying that my prescription had been home, even though on my MyAurora Account it stated it would be sent to my dormOne simple call and within minute the nice lady told me she would send the prescriptions to my dorm until June, which would be when school ends and then no more problemsGreat experience!

As a recent college graduate, I've been keeping an eye on my credit report since I'm now in adulthoodRecently, I noticed there were two accounts reported on my credit report as delinquentI learned that the charges were from a collection agency based in IL called HarrisOne delinquent charge was for $and the other for $I called the Harris agency and they said both amounts were from medical charges from Aurora Medical GroupI paid Harris the $as well as their processing fee for a grand total of $paid to them on 7/14/Since I'm on a budget, I paid only one of the bills (the larger one since this has been on my credit report for years without my knowledge) After speaking with a woman named Mary [redacted] from Aurora on 7/17/(her direct line is ###-###-####) about what those charge

My daughter and I both use Aurora physiciansI have been receiving bills for our amount due after insurance and sending checks with the current billing stub included in the provided envelopeAurora applied my payments to old bills (4+ years) they indicated had already been submitted to a collection agency and, therefore, submitted all of the most recent bills to collectionNot only did they submit them, but they submitted them by individual visits and to separate collection agencies so, in the past month, I have accounts that hit collection and completely devastated my credit

Not be aggressive with your customers especially when they are attempting to pay the bill and remember that health insurance rates really DO matter to working families, be considerate of thatSave your automated customer service response for someone elseGoodbye forever, enjoy robbing people

Went to Aurora Medical Center for the birth of a son and as a result have a medical bill Worked with Aurora Medical Center to establish a payment plan, where Aurora would be paid automatically from a credit card Aurora received payment automatically for three months (December, January, Feburary) Then on May received a bill from Aurora requesting payment for two month of payments Called Aurora to make the payment and re-establish the automatic bill pay, which Aurora did not have a reason why the automatic bill pay stopped In June received another bill from Aurora for two months of payments, made these payments Then realized that the payments to Aurora would have to be made manually as the automatic function no longer worked As a result of making manual payment July’s payment was missed complete, August, September, and October payments were made The payment for November was missed, but a double payment was made in December and a single payment was made on January By the

On October 14, 2016, I received a bill form State Collection Service, Inc, on behalf of Aurora Wilkenson Medical ClinicIt was a bill for The service date was 5/17/(this must be for medical records, as I was seeing no doctor there at this time)I paid the bill to the collection agency immediately, as I pride myself on my excellent payment history and am very conscious of my credit scoreThis morning, I received a call form the collection agency telling me that I owed additional money to AuroraThey told me a bill was in the mail (I have not yet received it)This time, I tried calling Aurora, but was not able to reach a representativeI checked my Aurora billing history as it exists on their websiteI was never billed for the service I paid for on October 14thEverything through the summer of that they list in online billing statements, has been paid I am extremely concerned that Aurora is turning over bills to a collection agency that they never tried to coll

I have been trying to pay off a bill with AuroraThe collection agency was going to try to negotiate the bill which had a bunch of interest added on itI was unable to make a payment within the first few months of treatment and it went immediately to collectionsIn weeks the interest went up dollarsMedical expenses are so expensive to begin with and a high deductible of for my daughter and for meits nearly impossible to payMore frustrating that they will not deal with you and you have to try to deal with the collection agency who is only trying to make moneyI want to take care of this so it gets off my credit report so I can buy a house

I received a call from a collections agency informing me that Aurora passed my bill off to them WITHOUT ever notifying me Watch out folks, these people are weaselsI have the paperwork to prove that I was making monthly payments on my accountI n Ver once received a notice from Aurora that this would happen

They performed a procedure without getting authorization from our insuranceThen coded the procedure incorrectly with our insurance, causing them to decline Under their network agreement they are not supposed to charge the insured for this, but they did anyway It took a year to figure all this out, due to their management and procedural incompetenceAnd they are still sticking the bill on usThis is robbery plain and simple You cant just charge me for a Lamborghini when I asked for a ford fiesta
