We filed the complaint because there was no misunderstanding, we were lied to and wanted the system removedWe are waiting on the removal of the system, thanks to Home Depot's corporate taking care of the situation There was no real effort, other than a $credit, which was no where near meeting in the middle and took several phone calls and being talked to like we don't understand anything, when in fact we just wanted the system removed due to falsified? sales representations? [redacted] called me to tell me the removal would not happen and I would not recieved a refundThe home depit repdealing with my case called me back after I emailed her and told me the system would in fact be removed and fully refunded.? ? Im shocked this company is listed in Revdex.com' s ethical businesses.?

After three weeks of asking for a written quote, and information on the upgrade I was buying, I received a call from High Quality Water’s General Manager, [redacted] He was upset that I complained, but would never, NEVER, have called if I hadn’t complainedI understand that I did not buy the system from them originally, and only pursued them because they are the authorized dealer for the manufacturer WaterSoft, and I thought, mistakenly, that they would be the most capableHonoring a warranty was never an issue.Apparently, the General Manager, an admitted workaholic,runs every aspect of the companyWhen he is away, the company collapses into dysfunction, with his people giving “bad” information and not returning callsI was told twice, by [redacted] and ***, that I had to pay upfront before they would consider my upgradeI received three different prices (four actually)Absolutely no misunderstandings, except on his end.So, if I were to place an order with this company, I would expect more of the same dysfunction, etc, etcIn light if this, have decided to take my business elsewhere.Sorry for the typo, talked to ***, not ***, my bad!

[redacted] offered equipment with professional installationImmediately after installation, there was a l [redacted] of water pressure in the home [redacted] was contacted numerous times about thisThey informed us that this was most likely caused by pressure valves in the pipes that needed to be reset by the home builder We contacted the home builder who informed us that as the home was over years old, they could only recommend a plumber to come outWe called and when the company came out, they discovered that the [redacted] unit was installed backwards and pushing dirt and frome into the homeWe have no idea now what further damage this may have caused or set into motion [redacted] has been contacted and we have requested that they remove their equipment as they have failed to provide the professional installation and may have now caused more damage than goodAt this moment in time, they are refusing to remove the equipment

I was pretty shocked to read the [redacted] complaint and the tone of the complaint I wish she just called and asked for me or another managerAs the card says it comes with some restictions and they are only two1) Have us come out for a free water test and leave you with a free estimate or 2) stop by our showroom to receive the cardMs [redacted] choose not to do neither and just expects us to send out a card for free that would be a foolish and expensive way to run a businessAs it stands we give away hundreds of these gift cards each month to promote business but not just mail them out as gifts that's not a fair requestHaving said that I would never fight someone over $so I will send her the gift card this week as a matter of goodwillThank youMichael R***High Quality Water of AZ

This matter has been completely resolved I spoke to Mr [redacted] yesterday? and he assured me they are happy with the agreement we made and there will be no further complaints.? ? For the record, we have an appointment next Wednesday to uninstall the water system I never want to fight with a customer I am proud of our company's reputation I take it very seriously and our settlement just seemed like the best thing for everyone ? There were actually several problems when purchasing this product First a salesman came to my house to test my water quality At the same time he brought with him sample water His "sample" water was clean and clear, free of contaminates and tasted great He asked if that was the type of water I wanted in my house for my family I agreed and bought the system Within the first weeks after installation, the technician had to come out twice and fix my system The first time was weeks after installation and he noted that the system never started working, so for the first weeks the system didn't even work The second time he had to replace the membrane in the RO system because it wasn't working So for weeks the system wasn't even working the way it should Now the system is "working" but I am still not getting the clean, clear, great tasting water I was promised I was told that I was getting "better" water by the sales manager, but I did not pay almost $for "bett

On Tuesday the 2nd of August, a Sales rep from [redacted] (a distributor of Rainsoft) came to our House: AJ W***r He told us the following statements which sold us on the product: - Rainsoft will move the water system to any house we move to in the future, free of charge - The ECwater softener is also a sediment filter; its backwash cleansing makes the product last forever - The QRS filter will last forever, no need to replace any component of it - Lifetime warranty (Mine and My Wife's Lifetimesnot the products') on on all components of the system (except the filters in the reverse osmosis unit) - That hooking up the system to our house (well water) would have no impact on the warranty of any part of the system, regardless of the very hard/high sediment level and iron When the installer came out today, he hooked up the QRS SH EPA as first in line My wife was concerned since this would expose it to the sediment The installer said the QRS acted like a sediment filter, bu

I must admit I am very surprised by the complaint because if we were unable keep an appointment we would as a course of business offer to send them the $gift card which I will be happy to doThere is nothing deceptive about the survey process they are told they may qualify not that they won the card our only conditions are that they watch a brief water test in their home or stop by our showroom in TempeWe don't have anyone named Chariisa or Kim that work for us but either way I am sorry for the misunderstanding and will send a gift card in the mail right away

I had a very nice conversation with both Mrand MrsPeel in which I apologized that they didn't get better customer service and assured them they can always contact me personally if they have any issuesI believe they are happy customers now and will be for many years to come.? Thank youMichael R***

My "unrealistic" expectations are from the sales person He specifically told me that I would no longer need any lotions, conditioners, fabric softeners and dryer sheets and that I would need to use less soaps and cleaners This was actually a selling point in the powerpoint presentation that I was shown This selling point was to ensure that I would buy the product and save money and that the savings would be substantial enough to afford the system Also, the "sample" water that the sales person brought to my house was what I was told I would get by buying this system My system does not work perfectly otherwise I would not have had to have the technician come to my house twice within the first weeks after installation If you check his records, it will show that he had to replace or fix items both times This obviously means that the system is not working perfectly Also, the sales person told me that he does not change his RO water filters until his TDS meter reads at "50" The technician is the only person that has been honest with me and told me that I would be lucky if I ever get readings on the TDS meter below Furthermore, I specifically told the sales manager that I do not appreciate being lied to by the sales personIf he would have been honest with me then yes I would have been a happy customer I bought my system based on his lies Like you stated they were both at my house so they know the condition of my water before I bought the system and they know the climate in which I liveThe sales person should have been honest with me from the beginning since he knew I would not get the results he promised during his sales presentation.I have been complaining about the system since the 2nd week after install so I don't see how you can be astonished by my complaint I even complained directly to Susan ShoemakerI have sent a formal complaint to the Arizona Attorney General in hopes that he will investigate your fraudulent sales practices

This is the 2nd purchase with Rainsoft in different homesThe products are the best with professional people whom are kind and courteousThank you for the great price & service

I had a nice conversation with Mr M [redacted] the other day in that conversation I explained that more than likely his water pressure was spiking at night causing the water system to malfunction much the same way spiking water pressure can cause a washing machine or dishwasher to malfunctionWe installed a spike gauge to confirm our service managers opinion and it turned out to be exactly the problemHis water pressure is spiking to well over psi at nightWe left Mr M [redacted] a message that we would install a pressure regulator at no charge and that will solve the problem.?

I read the complaint and have reached out to the [redacted] family to apologize by Email and voicemailIt is not our policy to upset and client in anyway shape or formIn this case, we have a new rep trained to believe in water filtration, the human body's need to drink several glasses of water a day and Dr [redacted] didn't agree and although I believe this is very much blown out of proportion as the rep is a nice person just trying to do his job and he has quite a bit of documentation to back up his claims but it is not our job it is not our intent to argue with clients under any circumstancesI look forward to apologizing to the family as it could have been handled much more professionallyWith regard to the [redacted] gift card by policy we al ways leave a $gift card (not $25) which apparently he forgot so we will send one in the mail ASAP[redacted] ***

The card sent out by the business states clearly and simply states: (1) Fill out the survey for a complimentary $gift card to Home Depot" It did NOT say: (1) Fill out survey (2) Allow us to come to your home to test your water (3) If you already have a water softener, you are disqualified from this offer. (4) Listen to our sales pitch on buying a water softener (5) Then maybe we'll send you out a $gift card to Home Depot.I did exactly what the card said, and they didn't follow up on their promise Not only that, but after spending minutes filling out the survey, I didn't hear ANYTHING from then in months!!!!! I had to call them, and talked to people, both said I wouldn't qualify for the offer because I already had a water softener Well, why the [redacted] did you not state that in the card? I will tell you why Because of deceitful marketing practices! They wanted everyone to fill out the survey even though most wouldn't qualify That is just shady, deceitful, crafty and nefarious They expect that 99% of the survey respondents wouldn't follow up because they forgot about it And they expect that anyone that remembers won't go through the hassle of calling them out on it or going to great lengths (reviews, Revdex.com compaints) to bring them to justice So, yes, to honor your word and to pay for my time of filling out your survey, I expect you to send the $gift card for filling out the survey, just as your promised Oh, and having fine print at the bottom saying "Restrictions Apply" doesn't get you off the hook You know darn well that you purposefully deceived the people you sent the card out to.I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and find that this resolution would be satisfactory to me I will wait until for the business to perform this action and, if and WHEN it does, will consider this complaint resolved[redacted]

This complaint is very unfair as we merely sold her a water system in she selected optional finacing that we have available as she couldn't afford to pay for the system in fullWe are not the finance company and if she has a complaint it would be with them and or the loan officer that didn't catch the UCCearlier in the refinance not with our companyIn addition, I called her immediately upon my return from the Memorial Day holiday weekend and explained all this to her.Apparently and we have no knowledge or control over Foundation Finance they felt the need to protect their interests as is their legal right and file a UCCwith the county recorderThis is the 1st time in years I have heard about them filing a UCCso there must have been some serious credit issues with Ms [redacted] because it is not a course of business for them so they must have felt at riskThe right to file this form is disclosed in the paperwork Ms [redacted] signed back in 2014.Additionally from what Ms [redacted] told me her loan officer didn't catch the UCCuntil very late in the loan process so by the time they called Foundation about a subordination agreement it was too late and she fell behind on her mortgageI feel badly for Ms [redacted] but none of this is our doing I did however, offer to act on her behalf if her refinance does not go thru to ask Foundation to refund their $subordination fee.Ms [redacted] asked me since Foundation Finance technically has legal title to the equipment if I could help her get a refund and I told her that was an unreasonable request as she has had a perfectly good set of water systems all working perfectly since 2014.Ms [redacted] was upset but I think she understood we are merely the water treatment company and not the bank or lender she asked why the rep Pat didn't explain this to her at the time of sale and I explained it is the 1st time we have heard of Foundation filing the form but it is disclosed in her paperwork.

We have reached out to Mr [redacted] because we have not heard from him in two years we had no reason to believe he was anything but happy. In any case we explained the operation of his salt free Centurion systems and presented him some options going forward. He is currently on vacation but when he gets... back our GM and Mr [redacted] will work everything out I'm told they have a good working relationship.
