2.- You could go to the very end of the home page hightrafficacademy.com you will find the “Terms & Privacy Policy” https://hightrafficacademy.com/high-traffic-academy-terms-conditions/ Section has a clear understanding that Elite is not refundable.

They have conflicting information on their website Under FAQ it does not say that elite membership is non refundable Since I can't get on the site an copy and paste it, this is what it says from the screen print I took from the FAQ:

In this section it does NOT say it doesn't apply to the elite membership On the live online webinar both *** and Jason said that the month you pay the $you have days to get your money backI don't make their website info but if there is conflicting information and if the owners of the company said that on a live webinar then they should keep their wordThe only resolution I will accept is my money back

Please re-open the complaint.  I am right about the refund request and expect a rightful refund.  I have attached emails to confirm delivery and receipt of emails as to the requirements to receive refund.  All info was sent and all action were performed better than HTA TOS.  Yet,I was refused refund.  The 72 hrs. requirement for email to be sent isn't in TOS and I sent my email for cancellation before 72 hr; around 144 hrs.  All forms were filled  as required.  Didn't receive any email from HTA until I emailed about the payment for Apr 2016.
At that time HTA email me about the 72 hrs and filling out the cancellation form again.  This form would have the new date of Apr 2nd.  So I didn't fill it out.  Thanks for help.
