Hello [redacted], On Mach 25th you send an email requesting to cancel, we answered that email giving different option before cancelling, in the same email we included a link to whom you could cancel https://hightrafficacademy.com/cancel-request/ we never received that cancellation, you even send us several emails after and we even encourage you to please submit that request using the email till this day we haven’t received your cancellation.  Each time we sent you the cancellation link you keep repeating that you already did this on March 25th on this complaint you are saying that every time you were sent the link you sent the request but we didn’t received anything. Now you are requesting a refund our refund policy states: This 30 day refund policy is relevant to programs only. Any subscription based products such as [redacted] promotional rates, Summit and/or event tickets are non-refundable.

 They have conflicting information on their website.  Under FAQ it does not say that elite membership is non refundable.  Since I can't get on the site an copy and paste it, this is what it says from the screen print I took from the FAQ:"Refund Policy/CancellationHigh Traffic Academy is committed to providing each customer with exceptional ser[redacted]e.  We want you to feel comfortable about transacting business with High Traffic Academy.  Due to the nature of the High Traffic Academy business and the accessibility of our productsimmediately upon purchase there is a strict 30 day refund policy, which begins on the date of purchase.  However you may cancel at any time by contacting Customer Support via ticket."In this section it does NOT say it doesn't apply to the elite membership.  On the live online webinar both [redacted] and Jason said that the month you pay the $297 you have 30 days to get your money back.I don't make their website info but if there is conflicting information and if the owners of the company said that on a live webinar then they should keep their word.The only resolution I will accept is my money back.

The attached receipt does not state anywhere that the ticket is non-refundable.  I would like my money back as soon as possible as services were not rendered for a product that I paid for.  The date was specifically set for August 2016 and I have no confidence that this event will even be postponed, as the date of the new proposed event has not announced.  I am not willing to wait and I want my money back immediately.

Hello [redacted], There’s 2 ways you can look at the cancellation information and steps. 1.- You can simply go to your help center and just type “cancellation” http://support.hightrafficacademy.com/hc/en-us?cc=1 2.- You could go to the very end of the home page hightrafficacademy.com you will find the “Terms & Privacy Policy” https://hightrafficacademy.com/high-traffic-academy-terms-conditions/ Section 2 has a clear understanding that Elite is not refundable. Also attached a screen shot of the terms & conditions.

The client had to acknowledge the terms and conditions with the risk / refund policy right above the submit button in order to purchase the payment. The Summit was postponed. Unfortunately due to the non-refundable nature of the ticket, we're unable to grant a refund however we are transferring the ticket to a future event at no charge.

Member does not request a refund. Also you can see on his last login information along with when the last payment was made and when the account was canceled.

[They changed what an active member was, right after the THEN OWNER [redacted] left the company. Any way, at that time I was not an "Active Member"! It doesn't matter what I write in here, "High Traffic Academy" has stolen my money. I guess my next course of action will be the FTC.]
