About two years ago we had a hot water tank issue, there being very little pressure. We had someone come out to look and repair, but improvement was only slight and pressure not as it should have been. After living with a water pressure problem for couple years, we decided to find someone different. We noticed a Cuthbert Plumbing ad in our local paper. We gave them a call, and they came in a short time, the same day, and after telling Scott the problem, he had it repaired in half an hour and back to the original high pressure state. We will be looking to Cuthbert Plumbing for all our plumbing needs in the future.

Plumbers arrived on time and finished in the time and for the cost they said they would. They seemed to know exactly what they were doing and it was an efficient service for a small plumbing problem. They also took the time to explain the service afterwards and what had caused it.

Scott was great to deal with. His quote included removal and disposal of my old hot water tank, and replacement of a valve. No surprise charges. My HW tank died on a Saturday morning, and Scott rearranged his schedule so the work could be done early Monday morning. Scott and his coworker were pleasant and the work was done quickly.
Talk about positive customer service...very informative and positive feed back on our water heater and replacing our old one. Francis was great and did a great job and replaced our water tank with in a couple of hours.
