We have settled this complaint

We will be more than happy to reimburse the customer the $for the license plate bracketAs far as the windshield goes the customer was told we would repair it not replace itThe chip was not in the line of sight and it passed inspectionHad insurance paid for it the repair would have been ***e the same wayThe chip was the size of a thumbtackWe will not pay to replace the windshield, however if the customer wants a new windshield we would provide to him or her at our costThank you

I cannot believe this businessI never used one word of profanity in any way shape or formMy wife and son were present when I was on the phone with Mr [redacted] and all would be willing to testify under oath to that factThis is a ploy to have this complaint dismissed based upon a lie that I became profane with themIf there is any proof that this occurred then I challenge them to produce itIf in fact their assertions are accurate, then why did they release my tags to the DMV agent when they wouldn't release them to me? I consider this complaint to be closed because of the DMV resolving it, not because of anything Hiley Mazda did in any wayThe fact that they are resorting to a total untruth to attempt to keep this complaint from being made public, does nothing more than to validate the unethical nature by which Mr [redacted] runs his business

Let me start with we don't FAST talk anyone into buying anythingEverything that goes on a contract is 100% disclosed and you sign the disclosure before we print itIf you are not comfortable with the English language then maybe you should have brought someone to help youDon't accuse us of being dishonest because you don't understand! Your payoff check was sent to the wrong bank by mistake I already told you that, and we would make sure that you would be reimbursed for any extra money that you were outYour car has been paid off and the bank will be sending you your payment back that you madeYour credit has not been effected in any way, and anyone who trades a car with a payoff will have two open auto loans for a short period of time until the tragets paid offAgain, we are sorry this happen it was an honest mistake and we made sure everything got taken care ofI can assure you that no laws were broken! I would be more than happy to provide any documents backing up everything I have stated

I have attached the release that she signed agreeing not to post any negative comments about usWe waived her deductible from her last visitThis is the second time she has tried to extort money from us since she signed the releaseWe want nothing to do with her and we are turning this over to

Dealer has done nothing to resolve the issueA software glitch may have caused the problem, but Hiley Mazda had days to review and correct this issue before the loan was funded and they accepted as payment in fullInstead days later they are asking me to pay them an additional $2,dollars when they had ample opportunity to correct any errors before accepting paymentAny legitimate business would honor its contract and analyze why nobody is properly reviewing the contracts before they are finalized

I am an innocent consumer who was unaware of any wrong doing until it was too lateI did not have a chance to fix the situation before it cost meI am a little to blame for not doing a little more research and the dealer that took my trade is also to blame for not explaining the process to fix the situationYour service employee initiated the situation by inputting my mileage wrong in your systemAs a business, you have a responsibility to your customers to do your job accuratelyI mentioned that it was an innocent mistake but non the less, a mistake better known as negligence. If you have a better way of making this right, let me knowI would prefer to end this here and not go through your bond as I am sure it will cause you more griefBusinesses need to be held accountable for all of their employees actions and I will not stop until this is made rightI will post reviews of my experience on all social media outlets and hit the Bond and possibly the AG if we cannot come to an agreementI am not trying to be hostile, I just want a resolution

Hiley Mazda does not send anything to Carfax, they pull their data from an app called MycarfaxIf you had contacted us about this issue it could have been resolved in about minutes, however you never notified us about the mileage discrepancyFurthermore, we never use Carfax to determine a value
for a car most dealers use Auto Check which is usually 99% accurateThis issue is between you and the dealer that you traded the car into not Hiley MazdaAny dealer can tell if mileage was put in incorrectly it happens everyday, looks like they used this as a excuse to give you less for your carUnfortunately, we will not be able to resolve this issue for you

Couldn't find anything wrong with the vehicle so we did not charge her. Not sure what else we could do different. [redacted] has spoken with customer and explained all of this, hopefully everything is good.

dishonest because you don't understand! Your payoff check was sent to the wrong bank by mistake I already told you that, and we would make sure that you would be reimbursed for any extra money that you were out. Your car has been paid off and the bank will be sending you your payment back that you made. Your credit has not been effected in any way, and anyone who trades a car with a payoff will have two open auto loans for a short period of time until the trade-in gets paid off. Again, we are sorry this happen it was an honest mistake and we made sure everything got taken care of. I can assure you that no laws were broken! I would be more than happy to provide any documents backing up everything I have stated.
