In their usual practice they responded immediately with same day service only to discover it was time to replace the coil and air conditioning unit.
I was then contacted by Dale Holloway, Hill’s Comfort Consultant. He patiently explained to me what had to be replaced and why. He scheduled the installation and then followed up to make sure I was fully satisfied with the service…which I was. Not only was I satisfied but it was less costly than I anticipated.

We recently had our upstairs a/c go out. Through our past servicing
with Hill there was already trust factor established. From the estimate of repairs to the decision of buying and installing a new a/c and furnace, we were happy with all those involved. Dale was extremely thorough and informed in inspecting and recommending options. There were no last minute costs or changes that came up in the process. Being a night nurse and a light sleeper, I was especially worried about my sleep being disturbed. The workers were conscientious of this and the work was done and cleaned up before I woke up.
The day we had our estimate completed we also referred the gas station down the street to Hill & Co. They were happy with the fast service, unfortunately they had to learn the hard way with a scam contractor a few days before. We would recommend Hill & Co without reservation.
We made a call to Hill and Company early Saturday morning. They were able to get out late that afternoon to work on our air conditioner. They were unable to fix the issues but were able to restore the cool temperatures for a while. They arranged for a salesman "Dale" to come to our house on Father's Day to talk about what we could do about getting a new one installed. Dale worked with us on several ideas to try and save money, but get the job done correctly. He provided us with several quotes and never blinked an eye when we asked about other possible solutions. He was always friendly and professional at all times. They were able to schedule install for the next week once we decided on the route we needed to take. They sent three installers and all were professional, nice and hard workers. We would definitely use this company again and would recommend them to our family and friends. You cannot go wrong with Hill and Company when needing work on your heating and air conditioning units.

Dale was hands down an excellent installer. He was there everyday, climbing in the attic, on the roof, and making sure things were going smoothly. He was very easy to communicate with, extremely knowledgeable, friendly, and was able to explain each process in "layman" HVAC terms that I could comprehend. He even booked a hotel room during the installation for my family and me since we wouldn't have air for 3 days, no other company even suggested this! You cannot teach that level of kindness. He also arranged for my dry wall repair and included that in the quote, another "small" factor every other company seemed to pass over when discussing the process. He discussed every single option with exact quotes and no "fine print" agenda. Dale also made sure I had the correct form for my OG&E rebate and followed up after the final process! I couldn't have asked for a better installer!
I would definitely recommend Hill & Company to anyone needing any HVAC service! Words cannot express the satisfaction and peace of mind it has brought to me knowing the job was done with efficiency, an extremely knowledgeable staff, and backed by a great warranty!
For reference, my installation process included: new AC unit, new furnace with change in location to the attice, new ducts, coils, dry wall, new vents, insulation, etc. Free consult was on a Friday, they began work that Monday morning, finished Thursday and insulation was installed Friday. Inspector was scheduled and successful the following week. Smooth and Efficient!
Buying a new HVAC system is never fun! I had no idea which company to choose. I went to the Revdex.com Website and looked up the number of complaints for the major companies in Oklahoma City. Hill and Company had the least so I chose them. WHAT A BLESSING! Every step of the process was handled professionally by Dale Holloway, Comfort Consultant. Jeff and Scott installed the system quickly and cleanly. Never once was I pressure to buy more than I needed or make a decision before I was ready. Everyone at Hill and Company did their best to make my experience a positive one.
My husband and I have been customers of Hill and Company since 2001. We have always received excellent service ranging from a technician coming out on Thanksgiving when we had no heat, to coming at the end of a very hot day to service a broken air conditioner. The technicians and office staff at Hill and Company are always courteous and very professional. I always feel comfortable having them in my home and have never had a negative experience.
Over the past year, we have replaced and installed three new heating and air conditioning units. The first one in September 2015. This install was a necessity as the A/C unit quit working. The experience was very pleasant and the installers were efficient, polite and professional. I unfortunately do not have their names in front of me but they were very professional, personable and left everything clean and in place when the install was complete.
We knew the time to replace the other two units in our home was coming. At the end of June 2016, Dale Holloway came out to give me an estimate. Dale was extremely professional and congenial. He worked quietly around the chaos of my four children - ha! He was very thorough in his explanation and went the extra mile to get us an additional discount if we replaced both units at the same time. Dale understood the crazy schedule I have getting kids to and from activities and was always willing to communicate via email in the evenings or early mornings when talking on the phone was not an option for me.
On the date of install for the two new units, Scott, Lam and Alvaro arrived early and finished at the exact time they said they would. They also worked quietly and professionally. They left all areas very clean. Dale came by that day as well to check on things and went the extra mile of replacing the filters in the unit that was installed in the fall at no additional cost. To a busy mom of four, something that saves me 15-30 minutes means the world...
Hill and Company is truly a company I can count on. We recently had our upstairs a/c go out. Through our past servicing
with Hill there was already trust factor established. From the estimate of repairs to the decision of buying and installing a new a/c and furnace, we were happy with all those involved. Dale was extremely thorough and informed in inspecting and recommending options. There were no last minute costs or changes that came up in the process. Being a night nurse and a light sleeper, I was especially worried about my sleep being disturbed. The workers were conscientious of this and the work was done and cleaned up before I woke up.
The day we had our estimate completed we also referred the gas station down the street to Hill & Co. They were happy with the fast service, unfortunately they had to learn the hard way with a scam contractor a few days before. We would recommend Hill & Co without reservation.

We made a call to Hill and Company early Saturday morning. They were able to get out late that afternoon to work on our air conditioner. They were unable to fix the issues but were able to restore the cool temperatures for a while. They arranged for a salesman "Dale" to come to our house on Father's Day to talk about what we could do about getting a new one installed. Dale worked with us on several ideas to try and save money, but get the job done correctly. He provided us with several quotes and never blinked an eye when we asked about other possible solutions. He was always friendly and professional at all times. They were able to schedule install for the next week once we decided on the route we needed to take. They sent three installers and all were professional, nice and hard workers. We would definitely use this company again and would recommend them to our family and friends. You cannot go wrong with Hill and Company when needing work on your heating and air conditioning units.

The scheduling really worked out in our favor as we were able to have the unit installed the same week we made a decision to proceed with the purchase.
