We had a great men team that packed, transported, and unloaded our household belongings

From receiving the quote until the last box was placed in the house, the service was exceptional

In response to Ms [redacted] complaint, we were able to contact her about the one day delivery delay on 10/8/ Once contacted, however, she and the driver mutually agreed to delay delivery to Monday, 10/10/due to Hurricane Matthew so as not to jeopardize the safety of our movers and her belongingsWe’re happy to provide further assistance however might be necessary

I had a great experience with this companyRoy and Neil went above and beyondI had lots of antique furniture and they took great care of everythingI would use then again if I ever move againCarol was also great too

The Hilldrup driver and moving staff were courteous and professional throughout my long distance move I was contacted with the status and location of the delivery I would recommend them to anyone in the Atlanta area

This company is by far the worst moving company I have ever had the displeasure of hiring to move me across the country I've moved times in my life and have NEVER had such an awful experience From the beginning, it was bad They loaded all of our stuff into a ft van and rather than moving it across country like they promised they would do, instead they put it in a warehouse, divided it to two loads and shipped it with other people's stuff They lost over boxes of my expensive cookware, glassware and cookbooks as well as all my shoes They've never recovered it They damaged my brand new PRIDE scooters that I need for getting around to the tune of over $in repairs and they had the audacity to tell me these scrapes and scratches were done prior to the move How can they say that? It was obvious that they did it because they fell off the truck at the delivery point They never kept their promise and our shipment arrived late outside the promised window of time Over $20,of furniture was damaged and they only reimbursed me $and I had to fight for that The delivery men dropped the furniture and ran We had to call a 3rd party in to put our furniture together even thought Hilldrup took it apart at the front end Furniture was not strapped in, so fell off the back of the truck and completely destroyed all over the street and sidewalk at the delivery point STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY THEY ARE HORRIBLE

We have been in contact with Mr*** to let him know we have addressed each of his complaints with the appropriate parties, especially his concerns with the initial pre-move surveyWe also have met with the branch in
question to reinforce our loading and delivery processes to ensure our customers receive the highest level of service possibleMr*** also had claimed a list of missing itemsWe weren’t able to fully verify these because of insufficient documentation, but have agreed to compensate him the amount he requested as a customer service gesture to resolve this dispute

The original contract with the business was for full (replacement) value protection for articles included in the shipment. We valued our 'missing' items at $375.00. After back and forth discussions, the Claims department consented to pay half that amount. The business has now agreed to pay the remainder, which is satisfactory to us. Thanks for your help

Our move went very smoothly All of the men were extremely hard workers, courteous and very cautious with our items They were very careful moving our things out of our home and into our new place Overall we were very pleased We would definitely use them again

Hilldrup Moving & Storage would like to apologize to*** *** for not meeting his expectations during theirrelocation. We have contacted Mr*** and are addressing hisconcerns. We are currently helping him through the claims process
toaddress any damages to his items and plan to offer him $above and beyondhis settlement to help compensate for his inconvenience.Our goal is to provide excellent quality service to everycustomer; we will carefully review the details of Mr*** move with theindividuals involved and provide additional training or take appropriatecorrective action with those members who fell short of Hilldrup’s qualitystandards. Hilldrup Movers have moved me 5, that is FIVE, times in the approximate 18 years. Each move has been great, thus I've moved with them over and over, and have recommended them to many friends. The movers are polite and willing to do whatever it takes to keep the customer happy, the set-up of the move prior was easy, even the trucks themselves seem happy and clean. Guys, I love you, and would want a part-time job with you now that you've moved me to the Richmond area.
