Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below Actually the name calling (jerk) started after he stated that he was not giving us the cabinet because he thought it was ridiculous that we asked for a discount for the inconvenience of waiting for months (which I don't think is unreasonable at all) He started all of the rudenessAll he had to do was say no sorry I cant go any lower on price and we would have been ok with that because we knew it was a good price but were upset with the lack of communication, organization, and how long it tookWhen he said he was busy and we weren't in a rush I guess we didn't think months was a standard time frame for something like thatEverything he did was very unprofessional from the start and I wish we would have seen it right away! Regards, [redacted]

Was contacted by [redacted] (last name unknown - address unknown) regarding building a vanity. Said it would be awhile as I was very busy, he stated that it would be ok as he was doing all of the work himself and it would be awhile before he needed it. Also that it was the... in the basement so there was no rush. Misplaced his measurements and did not have contact number for him. He called again and confirmed the measurements. The cabinet was built and he was contacted about when it would be done to be picked up. He wanted to pick it up on the Monday but it still needed to be sprayed. That is when the belligerent texts and phone calls started. After being called a [redacted] and jerk among other things I felt it was best not to do business with him. [redacted] was the only one that I ever had any contact with. I still have the texts of the name calling and other things that he sent. And he called me unprofessional?

Review: We first starting speaking with [redacted] back at the end of December regarding him building us a vanity for our bathroom. It took him about a week to even return our first call. 2 more calls after that and he claimed that he lost our information so we are now 3 weeks into the process. Finally getting a hold of him we sent him a picture of what we were looking for. Didn't hear back again. About a month later he said he got a new phone and he needed another picture because he lost the first one. So now we are about 7 weeks in. We left him alone for about 2 weeks waiting to hear. Now we called again and he said it wasn't ready but would be ready the following week. So we waited a week and texted again asking when we could pick up, he said he still was not completed with it. At that point I got frustrated and sent a text stating that since this has been taking so long to complete if he would consider dropping the price a little. Never heard back...texted about 3 more times still never heard anything so my husband starting calling until he answered and [redacted] was very unprofessional and disrespectful stating that he is no longer giving us the vanity and is selling it to someone else. He claims that since we asked for a price drop that he thought that was ridiculous and he doesn't need that kind of business. We did not stress that we wanted the price dropped we simply asked considering all the wait we have been through. So basically we have been putting up with him for 3 months and here we sit with no vanity!Desired Settlement: We would still like the vanity with the price given. $400

We understand that people get busy and things get hectic but to treat and ignore a client like he has is unacceptable. My husband is a contractor and he would never treat someone that way.
