The patient was re-tested last year, at which point his/her injection vials changed to a new formulation in response to the current testing resultsThere were several new allergens added to the injection serum and several removedThe patient had been receiving the new formula for approximately a year with few problems when a systemic reaction occurredThe reaction was due to an increased dose (Increased in line with set protocols)Once the reaction occurred, the doctor informed the patient that the serum on the current formulation (created after the retest) would be diluted (re-mixed) to previous levels where there had been few problems (in accordance with set protocol)There is a charge associated with this processTo achieve efficacy, Immunotherapy needs to slowly increase the serum strength until it reaches a maximumAt that point, the patient is put on a maintenance schedule to maintain a immune response and prevent allergic reactionsThe maintenance dosage does little to build resistance to a new allergenThus, a return to the formulation previous to the retest wouldn’t be providing any meaningful care as the patient was already on a maintenance dose on the previous formulationWe believe this matter to be a misunderstanding and we look forward to being able to help get it resolvedIt should also be noted that this misunderstanding was only brought to our attention one week previous to the complaint being madeWe were still in the process of resolving the patient’s concerns

Their inflatables are cheap and poorly madeI bought combo units months ago and the seams are coming apart on both of themI contacted bigtop only to be told that o have to buy more stuff to repair them because even though they are only months old they were a clearance item and not covered under any warranty which was never mentioned to me when placing my orderI suggest people don't deal with this companyThe houses are shorter than most and cheaply made

I never received a confirmation number for my stay from this facilityWhy should I be charged for a hotel room that first, I did not stay in and second that I do not even have a confirmation number onFor any stay, I always present to the counter at the facility with my hotel confirmation stayIn addition, when I did check in at the time of the service, the front desk receptionist did not state that there were two rooms in my name, only one room.For them to charge me and my credit card is absolutely horrendous and should not be paid and is terribleNo business should be conducting themselves in this type of mannerI will not be paying for this stay and they need to resolve this matter in a timely manner.

Reliable system professionally installed

We had a wedding reception at the Hilton Garden Inn the first weekend in October, We chose the tent reception area because the Hilton Garden Inn told us it was climate controlled - heated on cold days and air conditioned on warm day October was a cold rainy day for the wedding Upon arriving at the Hilton at approximately 3:45pm - with the reception starting at 4pm, the hallway leading to the tent had extremely forceful cold air blowing out of the ducts before the doorways leading in Upon entering the tent area we were greeting with massive cold blowing air and the whole tent was at degrees or below This was minutes before the reception was to start Someone was trying to fix this situation as we entered However in talking with the wait staff the tent had been cold all afternoon and they just got arounding to doing something before the guest arrived Needless to say it was extremely unacceptable Our guests had to wear their coats through dinner and most of the night - all of the night on the south side of the tent We have a picture of the thermostat at 5:30pm showing degrees They called the tent people to help with heat and they arrived by 5, but the effort was too lateThe south side of the tent did not get over the high degrees all night longThe north side of the tent did get warmer by 7:00pm Unfortunately most of the guests on the south side sitting in the cold had already left before the dancing got started I didn't blame themIt gets pretty bad when the hotel had to put out coffee and hot chocolate to warm up the guestsSo we had a reception wearing coats all night long - yep - thats what I had always dreamed of for my child - wrong!!! I will never recommend the tent to anyone Even though they tried to fix the situation, they failed terriblyTheir efforts came way too late Once the tent people arrived it seemed like it was their problem and not the hotels any more
