I signed a letter of intent on. April 31 for another year lease. I was told the realtor would write me a new lease the first week of May. He didn't not until September and he backed the date saying I was under a lease since May. April31st. I paid the correct amount of $475.oo and then in June and July, they charged me $575.00. In August, I went in and pleaded to get my lease. The secretary said something to the effect, no worries, you are under lease just pay the $475.00 for August and the realtor will have my lease sent to me the following week. He did not. Then in September, I pleaded to get my lease and my $200.00 back that they over charged me in June and July. Noe the secretary says, I can't have my money back because I was on a month to month because I didn't have a lease written up. But the lease written after she talked to me says I was under lease from May1st, 2016 to April 31st, 2017... How can the realtor have it both ways? I been having panic attacks all summer because they wouldn't write me up me lease! I did my part by turning my letter of intent in before my lease was up on April 31st, 2016. They should have wrote my lease the first week of may. They have cause me emotional distress and financially stole $200.00 from me which not only will they not reimberse but now are trying to evict me after all the harm they have done to me. And they want even more money. This is the shadiest behavior
