repeated high pressure unsolicited house calls on Wednesday, then on Friday, was lied to during the approach by salesman first rejection was polite, second was firm with orders t leave me alone, then last was angry with warnings to not contact me again, stay off my property, they followed be to my house as they were working in my neighborhood

This company had sales representatives going around my neighborhood to talk to people about roofingI listened and signed up with this company with the intent of finding out what my deductible would beWhen I found out my deductible was $through *** ***, this company said they would try to work with *** *** to get this lowered for meI told this company I did not want to do anything if my deductible was this highI sent them a check for $4,which I received from *** *** with the impression after talking with them that if the deductible could not be lowered, I would get all money back After around a month, they were unable to get my deductible loweredDue to this, I decided I wouldn't get work done from this companyWhen talking to the company, they stated that only at least 20% would be given back if cancelled after daysIt was only longer than days because this company was trying to work with *** *** for me to get this deductible loweredWhen I tal

This company is a complete scam and I will sure I note that on all of the online advertisement that I can and I actually hope that AFTER our bill goes to collection and we STILL do not pay it that we wind up in court because this is completely absurdI recieced a phone call on August 22nd that my husband owes His and Her construction $What?! We had them come look at our roof awhile back ago, probably sometime in may/june and the guy that came along with them told us that we didn't need a whole roof and our insurance probably wouldn't cover it, it sure didn't, we received a check for $and the estimate to do the roof I believe was close to $3,so as my husband already does siding and roofing he decided he was going to take the $and go buy everything himself and fix the couple of shingles that we needed and that was itMy complaints

They put a roof on my house, my daughter's house and my father's house They do incredible work and are honest and great to deal with We are very particular and they did the job to perfection I am old and a lot of times salesmen will annoy me I wish all salesmen in the world were like Jeremy He is honest, dependable and a man of his word The project went just as promised If you need a roof, this is the company to call

I'm very dissapointed with this company, one of their inspectors came by the house and performed a free inspectionUpon completing the inspection, he stated I had plenty of hail damage to get a new roof on my house and shed, I also had hail damage to my A/C unit and could get that replaced also no problem Well once the insurance adjuster met with their inspector on my roof, his story changed The call from my insurance adjuster reflects the contractor agreed with her that there was no hail damage what so ever When I called the contractor to get their side of the story, he said she admitted to algae damage but no hail damage Funny thing is the report from my insurance adjuster didn't say anything about algae It seemed that the contractor didn't even want to call me and let me know what was found since they couldn't convince the insurance adjuster there was damage I just can't trust a contractor that seems to make up stuff to try and get your business, then ghosts you when they can't pull the wool over the eyes of the insurance adjuster

I had a rep knock on my door after a bad hail stormHe asked to take a look and take pictures of any damage seenI gave him permission to do soHe then showed me pictures and recommended I make a claimHe was present when I called my insuranceHe spoke with an agentThe agent informed us that an adjuster would call me to make an appointment to assess the damageThe rep said to call him once I had something scheduled so he could try and be thereWhen I called him to say I had an appointment, he said there were claims in my neighborhood being denied left and rightHe said he shouldn't even be telling me this, but that I should just cancel my claimI found this to be very odd and unprofessionalIf he felt it was not justified to make the claim to begin with, as a professional, he should have never encouraged me to make a claim to begin withIt seems to me he was just out to get money and free advertising since he also left a sign in my front yard for several weeksWhen I spoke with him he said he could try to come get the sign, or that I could just throw it awayHe also tried to blame the fact that the sign fell over on another company I had just used to replace my doors and windowsI know for a fact the other company had nothing to do it, and never touched itIf fell over after we had snow and heavy windsThis company is clearly not trustworthy

His and Hers Construction was in my neighborhood, in December 2018, offering free roof inspecions due to a recent hail storm in STL I needed this done and was going to call my homeowners insurance, but since *** was here I told her it was ok to take a look She noticed signifiacant damage, said I needed a new roof and offered to help me with the insurance claim process Together we called my insurance and filed the claim She came back out during the appointment with the insurance adjuster and my claim was approved that dayI picked out singles with *** and she made the appotimet to have the new roof installed I was able to reach *** via text any time I had a question and their team had my old roof torn off and new put on in day Their guys did a great job installing the roof and cleaning up after they were done This entire process from start to finish only took a couple weeks *** was VERY professional, helpful and kind!! I would definitely recommend His and Hers Construction

Terrible experience from beginning to end Four start days I have two small children & a large dog to get out of the house, so I had to make arrangements for someone to take care of the dog & a place for my baby to nap while a new roof is being installed Never told us until almost midday each time, on the day, that they weren’t even coming out This was very exhausting and I was already fed up at this point My husband complained and a manager drove out to our house within the hour, apologized for the very poor communication, and promised us a roof by end of day the next business day Okay They came out and just dropped off shingles that day, no roof We were again told a roof would be done end of day the next day, that they were sending out two crews to make our house a priority We had ONE GUY ON OUR ROOF FOR THREE DAYS It took them SIX BUSINESS DAYS, days total, to put a roof up!!! Almost all our neighbors had a roof up in one day, a few two days max An entire week is ridiculous Then they said, we will be back by end of day tomorrow to clean up They didn’t come back until SEVEN DAYS LATER SERIOUSLY?!!! Had a trailer, stacks of shingles, trash, & nails all over my yard Still picking up pieces of plastic & sweeping up shingle crumbs everywhere Beginning to end the most horrific communication & unable to follow through on virtually every aspect Very punctual on the invoice though
