What a great experience! The sales staff worked diligently with my insurance company to get the best coverage for my new roof

This is a SCAM company We have been waiting since September to get our roof replaced They have no problem taking $6,from us and yank our chains when it comes to our roof Stay as far way from these crooks as possible

I signed up for their free estimate, then kept receiving phone calls about getting my roof repairedThis is all while I’m awaiting word from my insurance company
One of of those calls I felt like I was being pressured to repair my roof so hung upNext thing I know I got a bill in the mail for $for a “cancellation fee”
I never hired them to do my roof, I only asked for the free estimateNow because of this I will NEVER recommend them EVER!!

A representative from His and Hers was going around our neighborhood to talk about replacing roofs The rep said that they could get it covered under our insurance She did get it approved with our homeowners policy We received a check from *** *** for $ In front of the *** *** agent, the His and Hers Rep stated that the entire could be done for this amount and no additional monies would be needed We told her that if additional money was needed that we would have to wait until we had the full amount She took the check without our signatures They replaced the roof in May The workers did an EXCELLENT job The job was finished in days About a month after the job was completed someone came to collect additional money We were told that we still owed $ The rep that we talked to was no longer with them Since that time we have had numerous reps coming to our door demanding money from myself, my wife and our two teenaged children We had Ryan

I am rejecting this response because: the only other thing I am needing is a piece of the white plastic under the roof. There is a whole and birds keep getting into it.

Although this soffit issue was pre-existing and not in the scope of work originally agreed upon, we feel fixing it is the honorable thing to do for our customer.  We have contacted the homeowner and both parties understand and agree this is a fair and a satisfactory conclusion.

We are glad you are happy with the roof replacement.  We do apologize for the delay in getting the siding secured properly.  The siding was installed on March 1st, we were not made aware of any issues with the siding until April 10th.  We tried getting the company who did the siding...

back out to fix it, but they would not respond to us.  So we tried hiring another company and all companies told us they were 5-6 weeks out to do any work for us.  We did find someone to fix the piece of siding and it was fixed Wednesday June 9th.  Since we fixed it, we have not had any more complaints for the homeowner.  Like we said we are sorry for the delay unfortunately we were working around other people's schedule and trying to get it done in a timely manner.
