QuadraFire continues attempts to contact Mr. [redacted] but as yet have not had success.  Additionally, Mr. [redacted]'s local authorzied dealer, Inglenook Energy Center in Conifer, CO has attempted to contact Mr. [redacted] without success.  QuadraFire and Inglenook are both interested in working with Mr. [redacted] to appropriately resolve his concerns and will continue attempts to reach him.  As previously stated, QuadraFire has no record of receiving contact from Mr. [redacted] prior to receipt of this complaint. Should Mr. [redacted] wish to contact QuadraFire directly, we are available Monday thru Friday, 8:00am-8:00pm CST at [redacted].  Mr. [redacted] can also reach Inglenook Energy Center Monday thru Friday 9:00am-5:30pm or Saturday 9:00am-5:30pm mountain time at [redacted]
