Communication with T[redacted] & part of damage to vehicle, it would only allow 4 pictures however I have approximately 15 including the estimates, owner of the Yukon’s business card, officers card & call number.

Revdex.com:
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint.
[To assist us in bringing this matter to a close, Please let us know below why you are rejecting the offer made by the business.]
Regards,
N[redacted]We we’re told by the officer that due to it being on personal property it was more of a hassle to file a report & were  persuaded out of doing so which was our original intention of calling the police. Not once has this business offered to fix all damage done to the vehicle. At the time of incident you can plainly look at the car & see the bumper pushed down & back off the support, when the girl side swiped the pole (which was witnessed)while backing up it put a slice in the tire which then began to leak leaving the car  not drivable unless the tire is refilled several times throughout traveling time. Thankfully we didn’t open the hood in Seneca because the first body shop had to fix the latch in order for it to close & lock down fully. Initially they said get 3 estimates, we did that. Then they said the estimates included repainting the entire car, I verified it was only the hood the shops quoted for & even told them to take that cost off as the new hood would be black & be what we have now. T[redacted] then said they wanted to check LKQ for parts to repair/replace the damaged areas. When I asked who would be doing the actual work she stated “take it wherever you want”. Not once did I request a personal check. I have all pictures & screens shots of the vehicle & what I requested from Premier Car Wash c/o T[redacted]. Today the car was brought to a body shop of their choosing & the gentleman at the body shop would not deal with them. Afterwards R[redacted] told us that they will only cover the hood, headlight, that is not acceptable, I don’t think I’m being irrational asking them to fix it as it was prior to their employee damaging the vehicle. Instead of working to fix the problem, both T[redacted] & R[redacted] continue to voice that since it’s an older car it’s garbage & not worth anything. My husband did state today that since he has done the majority of the work on the vehicle himself & they have an issue with the amount of the estimates that if they paid for the parts to replace/repair he would do the work himself & save them a thousand dollars in labor fees, which in my opinion is unfair to us but we are trying to work with them to resolve the issue. I’m assuming that’s why they said we are requesting a personal check.

Yes ma’am it is sending now, thank you for your help with this issue, we greatly appreciate it.

I was not inside the building when the manager stated to him to get the 3 estimates & they would fix it, he was inside speaking to her while I was on the phone with my insurance company.

On June 13, this customer came into the carwash to wash her vehicle. After her vehicle was done she left the facility and came back 1hr later to say there was damages to her window trim of her vehicle. She stated that it was a brand new vehicle and that it happened when she got the her car washed....

As I was looking around the vehicle she had the same damages on top of the vehicle where the trim is at for the roof racks on the passenger side (a few dots). I explained to the customer that there is no product that we have that will do this kind of damage. She just pointed out the trim on the windows but as I was inspecting the vehicle I pointed out the other parts of the vehicle. I also pointed out that she had bumper damage to the vehicle in which she had no clue about. From this time I explained to the customer that it was not us that did the damages and she was alright with it. Almost 1 to 2 weeks later she stated she went to the dealer and the dealer told her that it was the car wash that did it and she wanted us to pay for it. I have yet to receive any phone call from her insurance company about these damages as my cashiers are really good at writing down who calls and passes that information on to me if I cannot receive the phone calls at that moment. If it was our chemicals it would be over the whole vehicle as I have seen many vehicles with the same trim come into our facility with the same damages before getting a car wash. When we prep the vehicle, we just use a degreaser to spray down the side mirrors and front bumper of the vehicle. We do not spray down the top of the vehicle as this part had the same damages (a few dots on the passenger side). If this happened inside of our tunnel we would have noticed it on several vehicles that came out right after hers. Then from there we would shut down our facility and get our maintenance worker to find out what exactly happened and pay for all damages on the vehicles that were damaged.

If the customer would like to bring her vehicle here we will show her that it was not any of our chemicals that damaged her vehicle. We can tape a good spot that is on the already damaged part and she is more then welcome to sit outside with us while we use the same chemicals we used the first time on her vehicle.
