He clearly explained what he could do to correct our plumbing problem and named the parts that would be needed to do the job! He quoted the price prior to beginning the work!
I will request him for future jobs!
Hoffman has serviced our home air conditioners and furnaces for over 30 years! We have always been totally pleased with their work and their willingness to take an emergency need as seriously as we take the need!

This is a top notch company with A+ customer service. I have used them for plumbing but most recently had them replace my entire HVAC system replaced with zoning. The job was seamless and highly recommend them. I had one small issue with the furnace kicking on every 5-10 minutes and he sent a tech over and had them take a look at the whole system. He ended up just changing a setting on the thermostat which so far took care of the issue. Thanks for everything you guys do.

Called Hoffmann Brothers based in large part on the live endorsements I heard on the Dave Glover Show. Hoffmann came out to do a furance tune up two days before the Thanksgiving holliday due to the weather being warm we did not notice that the furance was not working until after business hours on Thanksgiving eve so we had to wait until the day after Thanksgiving to call about the problem. Once we notified them they did sent a technician out very quickly and he diagnosed the problem as a damper motor. The damper motor that was working correctly before the first technician removed and reinstalled it to do the cleaning. I told Hoffmann Brothers that my furnace was working fine before they serviced it but not after so something happened during the service to damage the part. They refused to correct the problem without me purchasing a new damper motor and paying for labor for their technician to reinstall the part that they damaged. Advice to other customers would be to test your system before the technician leaves your home otherwise you're on the hook for anything that they have damaged. I will not use Hoffmann Brothers again.

We called Hoffmann Brothers out to service our furnace after someone else had worked on it. They had put 3 new parts on In a span of a week. Friday night they informed us we needed to call someone else to look at the furnace and charged us more than we expected for someone who did not fix it. Chris arrived from Hoffmann and had it running in about 30 min. We were more than pleased with his professional manner. He explained everything and he was so pleasant. I will recommend them to all my family and friends. Thank you Hoffmann Brothers

I want to express my appreciation for the fine job Steve B. did when he changed out my garbage disposal yesterday. He was prompt, courteous, efficient and explained everything thoroughly.

This business is the best! Our plumbing blew on a Saturday night while we were eating dinner, a very important seat we all use frequently made a horrible noise and was immediately out of commission. We called Hoffman Brothers and a real and very nice person answered the phone. Within two hours of our call our plumbing problem was fixed, the gentleman who arrived had the parts needed, took time to make sure the job was done completely and charged a reasonable rate. Top notch service, we also have used them for furnace repair and maintenance and they provide quick, quality service and don't try to push you into spending more than you have to.They also provide a "club discount" for repeat service which we truly appreciated. Recommend highly.

This is my first time experience with Hoffmann Brothers. my problem was that my AC was not working. I saw their commercial so I called the main number, explained my problem, I asked if they could come out on the same day (Saturday). The woman I spoke to asked for my address & telephone number so they could provide me with 30 minutes advance on the technician arrival. I was also provided with an email letting me know the name of the technicians, which were *** Very nice and polite, *** reviewed the problem I was having and he immediately explained in terms I could understand and went to work. The technicians work was professional and effective. Both *** and *** left me with a very favorable impression of their work and the company he works for. I paid a fair price with a credit card. About 5-10 minutes after they left I checked my email and I received an email that had an attached PDF copy of my paid bill. This company deserves my Five Star Rating. I'm glad I saw their commercial, that helped me decide who to call.

This is my first time experience with Hoffmann Brothers:
I had a kitchen and basement drain that was 99% plugged up. I called the main number, explained my problem, I asked if they could help resolve my problem. I also asked for their on-site labor rates. The woman I spoke to asked for my address & telephone number so they could provide me with 30 minutes
advance on the technician arrival. I was also provided with the name of the technician.
I did receive advanced arrival time and he was on time. I reviewed the problem I was having and he
immediately went to work. He moved anything that need to be move to bring in his equipment and
when repair was completed moved everything back. The areas he worked in were thoroughly cleaned
of any liquids/stains following his work.
The technicians work was professional and effective. He left me with a very favorable impression of his work and the company he worked for.
I paid a fair price with a credit card. About an hour after he left I checked my email and I received
an email that had an attached PDF copy of my paid bill.
This company deserves my own Five Star Rating.

From the initial consultation to the final payment, Hoffmann Brothers was professional and a pleasure to work with. They replaced my AC unit, furnace and thermostat.
