The customer was sent an email on 04/05/2016 asking for the store location so that we can follow up with the management team. The customer has not responded. A call was also made to the customer on that same day to which the person that answered stated I had dialed the wrong number.

I am rejecting this response because:From: <[redacted].com>Date: Thu, Dec 21, 2017 at 5:27 PMSubject: ID # [redacted]- Giant of Maryland, LLCTo: [email protected] Sir or Madam,I apologize for not responding to your earlier e-mail.  I have been out of town since December 10th helping my sister during her treatment for breast cancer.  I am at the hospital every day and taking care of her dogs and home in the evenings.  I have had to out my personal life on hold.I would appreciate your keeping my complaint open until I return home in December 26th.  Giant has ignored a merchant dispute with [redacted], as of a week ago and 51 days since they double charged me almost $284, my credit card has not been credited, the missing medication (30 days) has not been replaced, and my refills have not been transferred.The Giant pharmacist admitted double charging me and shorting the 90-day medication that they charged in full, the day after the theft.  All they had to do was credit my credit card for the double charge and the 30 days of medication that they did not provide.  I provided the contact information where the refills were to be forwarded.  I am currently without two medications due to not being able to refill them before leaving home.Your assistance will be greatly appreciated.Thank you.Lori T[redacted]

We understand our customer has not been in town, and we are hopeful that once our customer has time to read her email and check her voicemail and mail, that she will see that several attempts to contact her directly have been made to include numerous voice messages asking her to call,  as well as emails that were sent outlining how we resolved her concern .  I have confirmed with our finance department that her refund was processed and went through on 12/7, despite not having the needed paperwork from her bank.  A 50 dollar gift card was sent to on 12/7 to the PO Box listed on her concern, which as of 12/27 had not been used.  Our Regional Pharmacy Manager has also offered resolutions to her medication concerns, but we really need to hear from the customer to rectify those concerns, and we hope she will reach out to us to do so.
