We had a Dekton countertop installed years agoThey did a great job and everything was fine until our slide in stove quit workingWhen the new stove was delivered we found that Stoneworks had cut the opening over a 1/less then the standard 30" We called to ask them about our problem and were told by [redacted] that Dekton is brittle and could not be cut on siteWe asked if they could take it back to their shop to cutShe stated that they couldn't do that She gave us the names of a few companies that might help but when we contacted them their first question was "Why didn't they cut it at the standard 30"?" We called [redacted] back and she stated that they cut to the size of the stoveMy first thought was you sold me something that you knew couldn't be cut in the future, did you think we would keep the same stove forever? She stated that they only cut 30" for stand alone stovesWaitwhat? So next step is to return the stove and find one under 29.5"If you've shopped f

We recently had granite counter tops installedOur installer Louie D and his partner were outstandingThey were funny, helpful, quick and cleanWe encountered a problem on their first visitOur cabinets were not plum, therefore they could not installThey explained to us how to fix the problem but then said they may not be the same guys that come back outHowever, as luck would have it, they were the ones that came back outI was relievedThey are very professional yet personableMy counters are gorgeous and my experience with Stoneworks was great
We've had Loui and his partner out here for several jobsThey have always done a good job in a professional mannerThey are neat in their work and take the time to answer questions

We had a quartz countertop installed on May 31, As the men were installing it, the main(?) installer kept trying to shift our sink to the left of the sink cut-out but really didn't say whyHe mentioned if he moved it any further over it would not be resting on the cabinet underneath so he quit trying to move itWhen it came time to have the plumber hook up the drains and install the faucet (a week later), we noticed the faucet did not line up with the window directly above and behind the sinkIt is about inches too far to the rightThere is also sharp, pointy residue left in two of the cut-outs for the faucet and soap dispenserWhen I called the company, I was told to send photos of the area up close and far away and that our case would be discussed at the morning meeting the next dayThe day following the meeting, the company called me back and the explanation I received for the offset was that the templater (employee who makes the laser template for cutting out the sink
