During my counter top install, they broke an foot piece of granite and forgot another piece, then they wouldn't answer my calls (I had no kitchen for days), then instead of ordering a new piece of granite and matching it, they decided to cut the area that broke out of the scrapNow after the second install, THEY CUT THE EDGES DIFFERENTLY!!!! Half of my kitchen has one edge style and the other half has a different oneNot to mention cutting the new pieces out of the scrap severely detracted from the aesthetics of the stone Still, the company will not talk to me about how to fix this and I am being ignored I am in the process of taking this to the next level
Noe Torres, Jonathan, and Mike came out today to install our granite backsplash, to disconnect plumbing, to remove our old sink, install new sink, and reconnect plumbingThey were exceptionalThey arrived on time and were professional and kindThey answered all my questions about cleaning the granite, matching granite tones, replacing the sink, etcThey worked very hard to finish in a timely manner and I really appreciate thatThey were experienced and knowledgeable in their workI recommend them to anyone looking to get granite countertop installed, backsplash installed, sinks removed/installed, granite chips fixed, etcI even made a mistake of ordering the incorrect size and they helped me to find the right size and explained to me the processI appreciate their help and their polite demeanorI will definitely request for them to do our next install as wellThank you very much Noe!
We had a Dekton countertop installed years agoThey did a great job and everything was fine until our slide in stove quit workingWhen the new stove was delivered we found that Stoneworks had cut the opening over a 1/less then the standard 30"
We called to ask them about our problem and were told by *** that Dekton is brittle and could not be cut on siteWe asked if they could take it back to their shop to cutShe stated that they couldn't do that
She gave us the names of a few companies that might help but when we contacted them their first question was "Why didn't they cut it at the standard 30"?" We called *** back and she stated that they cut to the size of the stoveMy first thought was you sold me something that you knew
couldn't be cut in the future, did you think we would keep the same stove forever? She stated that they only cut 30" for stand alone stovesWaitwhat? So next step is to return the stove and find one under 29.5"If you've shopped f
Kevin was very good The company polished the wrong side of the stone but Kevin polished the right side on site He also had to cut a piece shorter (in the parking lot of the condo--not good but he didn't have much choice) The company, however, is another matter No one reads the report given by the measurers!! They put the holes in a different place than was noted on the order

Elizer and his co-worker Joe were personable, prompt and efficient They did a beautiful job installing a granite top on our bathroom vanity, and ensured that there was no mess or clenecessary when they were done They also took the time to make sure that we understood how to care for our granite top to keep it beautiful They were very professional
Kevin C from Stoneworks did a great job in the installation of our quartzThere is an obvious seam which he worked on for awhile, but appears to be difficult because the glue stained the stone...we will be waiting to see if Stoneworks will fix it, regardless, Kevin did a great job in trying to make things work and look great
Stoneworks LTD was contracted through a purchase at *** *** for installing a quartz counter topThe counter was installed Friday April 27, I noted marks and scratches etched in the counter top including a ring from a bucket sat on the counter during installation, presumably containing chemicals that caused the mark in the counterI contacted Stoneworks LTD Tuesday April 30thThe individual I contacted requested pictures which I then provided of the damageThe following day additional images were requested of the entire area, which I also providedI was then contacted on Thursday, May 3, stating that Stoneworks LTD felt they did not cause the damage, went on to blame my contractor who is completing the remodel, accusing him of "possibly standing on the counter" causing the scratches, and recommended having who ever caused damage purchase a new counter topWhen I started this answer was not acceptable, that my contractor witnessed the install and saw that the installers pl

Ordered granite countertops from *** *** in *** ***, they told me it the template measurement would take place with a few days and granite would be installed with a week or so, four weeks later they finally came out to install after measuring I was told in a voicemail they would be out at am first stop, 10:am they finally show up The crew was professional and easy to deal withThe issue I have comes in the granite itself, they first problem is the granite has a orange streak from top to bottom to the right of the sink which was NOT in my perfect match picture I was sentI had an employee come look at it and said they would talk to a manager an get back with me, I heard nothing for nearly a week when I finally contacted them they said there was nothing they could do and it was in the stoneWhich was be fine except it wasn't in the perfect match they sent meI would have never approved of this piece if it was in the granite
