[To assist us in bringing this matter to a close, we would like to know your view on the matter.]I do not accept this resolution since Holman Motors has never accepted responsibility for anything that has taken place with this camperI have described in detail from the beginning where the responsibility laysI want Holman Motors to publicly acknowledge that they knowingly sold us a defective camper, and they did a shoddy repair just to get us out of the dealershipAs I stated before they also installed the 5th wheel in our truck backwards and denied it until a local company here called them and told them the same thingWe drove miles with the hitch installed backwards per the manufactures specificationsWhen I contacted the manufacture, they told me that the warranty would be void if the hitch was installed backwards.I also feel that they should reimburse us our mileage & fuel costs incurred driving to and from Batavia, OH from NH, to pick up a camper they knew was defective.Holman Motors acts like they are responsible for contacting *** *** and making sure that the camper was fixed, when in fact it was I that contacted *** *** and Cold Springs RV to have the camper fixed.The camper has been fixed and returned to me, but I have yet to receive any monetary reimbursement from *** ***, that Holman Motors claims has been paid.Regards,

We are glad the camper is at a repair facility and communications have opened up between the consumer and the manufacturerWe are confident that the repairs will be made

We have confirm that the factory and the local dealer have actually finished the necessary repairs to the customers camper at this timeThe manufacturer has also made a monetary compensation to the customer due to the inconvenience. Glad to report that this complaint should be resolved at this time

We have contacted the extended service company and are receiving a refund for the contract that will be applied to the purchase of a new fifth wheel the customer is purchasing from us

We will send Mr*** a check for $when he provides us a invoice with the work performed to correct his problemPlease send it to my attention *** ***

We are disappointed that Mr*** *** has been unable to get his Sandpiper fifth wheel serviced in his local areaWe have contacted the manufacturer ( *** *** ) who warrants this product for year from date of purchase to resolve the issues he is havingHolman Motors would be

At time of delivery we delivered a working fifth wheel to Mr. [redacted]. We made an adjustment to the slide out for the slide mechanism to operate & tested it for proper operation. It was unfortunate that he later experienced a similar problem. We are glad to hear the repairs to his fifth wheel have been completed and the slide out is working. We apologize for the inconvenience he has experienced.

We have made contact with the customer and reviewed the repairs that have been completed. Discussed the additional items that need repaired and are resolving them at this time.

After our contact with the customer we understood they had made a service appointment with Camping World in there area to correct these issues. We sincerely apologize for the condition the unit arrived to thecustomer, there were obviously areas that were overlooked, vacuuming and boxes left inside. However the unit was completely serviced prior to delivery. It is unfortunate the number of issues this unit has developed. They can be repaired, and if the customer lived in this area we would be doing that.  Tell us why here...

Since Holman Motors will not admit any responsibility for being deceitful, by not making us aware that the camper slide was broken, and they were trying to fix it without out knowledge. They let us believe they were working on an outlet, until I walked into the service bay and saw what they were working on. They will not admit any responsibility for being negligent in the repair that they did do. They said that the camper was fixed when we left, but when we arrived home and set it up, it was still broken. What I would like at this point is to be able to rate Holman Motors as POOR on the Revdex.com site. Regards, [redacted]

[redacted], our sales manager has contacted Mr. Simpson. We have issued a reimbursement check for the Value Guard Pkg that he purchased at a total of $995. We discussed with this supplier if there product voids the manufactures warranty and was reassured it did not.

We contacted the customer and made arraigements for us to pick his unit up on Monday 11/7 . We have completed the repairs to the slide out and have contacted the customer, letting him know all repairs are completed and at no charge to him as of todays date 11/10. Mr. [redacted] is planning on...

picking his unit up tonight from our facility.

Spoke with the customer today and agreed to disassemble the trailer floor underbelly to look for the cause of the depression in the floor. If nothing is conclusive from the underneath the linoleum was discussed to be removed from the top to look for the problem. After disassembly customer will be notified as to what we find and how to proceed form there.

We spoke with Mr. [redacted] on Wednesday, August 10th and it was agreed the work work would be performed under the terms of the warranty no later than Wednesday, August 17th.

 We do not accept this resolution due to the fact that Holman Motors is the company we bought our Sandpiper from and they were deceitful about the camper being broken in the first place. When they're technicians said they repaired it all they did was crammed a couple of washers into the end of one of the arms to take up the slack which is what caused the further damage. This is the repair that we were told [redacted] wants to do again. It did not work the first time it will not work the second time and it does not repair the original damage. As for their technicians we do not trust them to do to work, because not only did they not fix the camper correctly in the first place, they installed the fifth wheel base in our truck backwards.  We were only able to use the slide in and out a total of 4 times. This broken camper is of no fault of ours; it is the fault of Holman Motors for selling us a broken camper, to begin with, and then making a faulty repair, also [redacted] for not taking accountability for people who represent them. When Holman Motors first realized that the slide was broken, before we signed papers, they should have offered us a new camper, instead of saying nothing, and having us go through with the purchase and even then, the salesman not being honest about what was wrong with the camper. If it were not for the technician, we wouldn’t not have known about the slide issue until we went to use it the first time. We were under the impression that they were fixing an electrical outlet. Furthermore I am not hauling my camper all the way back to Ohio, which is a straight 15 hour drive each way, for repairs, considering I live in New Hampshire.  Regards,

We have contacted Ms. [redacted] and offered to repair the car at an internal price relating to the stalling she is experiencing. Appointment has been made for April 13, and we expect to have this completed in the next day. We believe this will correct the situation.
