It took me several tries to log on - said I had registered before & had a password but then wouldn't let me access it. However once I got on everything was tremendous. My purchase shipped the next day and arrived 3 days earlier than initially stated. My husband loves his new theater seating & I am impressed with service. If every transaction goes as smoothly I will definitely use the site again.

On 12/4/15, I placed an order for a recliner on the homecinemacenter.com website. The website said that the chair would be "shipped in 2 to 3 business days." This seemed reasonable, so I placed the order. I also emailed them 5 minutes after I placed the order asking for more information about the delivery time frame since the furniture was a gift for my mother. The email went unanswered.
On Monday 12/7/15 at 4 pm EST, I called the 877 number on the website to inquire about delivery. The customer service rep (male) was EXTREMELY rude from the moment he answer the phone. He didn't want to be bothered. He told didn't even ask for my order number or check the status. He simply told me that it would be delivered in 10 to 14 days. I then stated that I wanted to cancel the order because the information on the website was deceptive. Sure, the chair may "ship" in 2 to 3 business days, but shipping times vary by carrier, and I expected an earlier delivery.
If the chair shipped in 2 to 3 business days, delivery should take no more than 5 to 7 days. Nevertheless, when I told him I wanted to cancel, he hung up on me. I tried to call back, but he had blocked my number. So, I called from my mom's cell phone. When he answered, I asked to speak to a manger. He hung up on me and blocked the number. I called from her landline... the same thing happened.
I then called [redacted] and asked them to block the charges since I had no way of contacting a representative who could help me. [redacted] then called the 877 number for Home Cinema Center and spoke to the same rude representative. The rep was also rude to the [redacted] employee and told him to relay to me that "his attorney would be calling". Idle threats do not impress me. The owners of this company should be flabbergasted by the behavior of their employee.
I will never do business with this company again unless the owners themselves reach out to me and appropriately reprimand the ungrateful employee that they pay (the kid should be lucky that he has a job).
I buy a lot of furniture each year, and I thought I had found a company that could deliver quickly. It's unfortunate that the face of the company who answers the phone is ruining their image. Also, someone was deleting my comments on their Facebook page... I was trying to get the attention of management, but clearly the same employee had control over the social media account.

My first experience with Home Cinema but certainly not my last! An amazing array of styles, colors, and low prices. The chairs I ordered were delivered when promised, and were even lovelier than the depicted on the website. They were not only an outstanding bargain, but fit the room perfectly.

Will definitely order again! Please keep the free shipping all the time and I will purchase every week!

I am completely unhappy with any and all interactions I have had with this company. I STILL HAVE NOT RECEIVED MY COUCH after I was told it would take 15 days from the day I placed the order! (I called the company and spoke to someone before placing the order) I am getting married next week!!! And have NO FURNITURE for my guests to sit on. This is absurd! What kind of customer service LIES to their customers?! It has been nearly a month since I purchased my couch... and I've called the number they provided to get "Tracking" Information... and EVERY SINGLE TIME they have told me that in 1-2 days I would be getting a phone call to schedule the delivery of my couch... and I am still have YET to receive it. Today marks the 4th time I have called that number, and they AGAIN told me to call back in 1-2 days... to schedule the delivery. I finally called the delivery company who told me that the couch just left Nashville?! This is completely ridiculous. I have been lied to over and over again. At this point, based on the level of honesty I've been dealing with, I am concerned that if/when my couch gets here... it may not even be all 3 pieces and/or the right couch. Stay away from this company. I have never been more unhappy with a company than I am today. (I've never written a complaint on a company's website either...but I feel like I must warn other people so they don't make the same mistake that I did and order furniture from this place)

I so enjoy shopping HCC. I can usually find what I am looking for. More often than not I find what I wasn't looking for. With so many choices you can't go wrong. So far the quality of everything purchased has been excellent. All items have been received in great condition. Shipping has been fast. I have ditched other shopping websites and haven't been sorry. I tell all my friends about them.

Review: I purchased a recliner from home cinema center on 2/9/2015 3/3/2015 I observed several things wrong with it you can not sit in it in a normal way it automaticaly goes all the way back as if it has been reclined,the reclining lever sticks I worked with it a few times until it worked wich resulted in me falling back several times with the chair when it works and you are reclined it takes any minimal movement to fall back and end up on the floor again I contacted them several times after wich I was given a rediculous response they told me my problem is that at 6 foot tall I am to tall for the recliner wich was made to accomodate at most people maybe 5'8 at no time was I made aware there is a hight limit wich does not explain the other issues with the chair Icontinued to try to resolve the issue with them and was told they would not be doing anything for me Since they would not help me and stopped answering my emails I contacted the manufacturer [redacted] I was told they have a very close relationship with HCC and because of this I have to go through HCC and they have to deal with my issues and initiate any warranty related issues Icontacted HCC again with this information and emailed them several more times with no answer Therefore I had to contact [redacted] to let them know HCC Would not answer me a representative of j. furniture emailed home cinema center several times telling them to please address my problems and cc'd the email to me so I could see what she sent them HCC continued to ignore me so now four months with no resolution or help I let [redacted] know HCC is still ignoring me so Iwould be contacting the Revdex.com after this I finally heard from HCC they sent an email telling me I have to pay for the recliner to be shipped back to them and have 9 days for them to recive tracking information shipping costs as much as chair I asked if I would be reimbused two days later still being ignored called HCC wont talk to me they said email themDesired Settlement: I would like a refund and them to pay for the chair to be shipped back to them

Customer received chair several months ago. Customer state an issue back and provide photos of the box. We instructed customer on several occasions to provide detailed photos of actual product, description and/or video. This was requested 1st and 2nd week in March. They refused to provide any detail. 2 weeks ago they requested return. Customer does not have issue with chair, they simply do not like it. While this is well outside of our return window, we have instructed customer to return chair (at their expense) to us for refund. They have refused to do ship chair. This claim has been closed. HCC

I have tried for months to resolve this issue with the recliner I purshased, both home cinema center and [redacted] have been told I like the recliner and only ask for one that works. Now they respond by claiming I was not coaporating and simply dont like the recliner. This is rediculos I just want my money back now and I am not willing to spend almost as much as the recliner cost to send it back at my loss. They are responsible for the quality of their products and [redacted] should not have had to force them to respond to me.

Ordered item 11/29/13. Website said "usually ships in 2-3 days". One week later, I called and discovered it's on back-order until 12/12/13. On 12/12/13, my order updated with new ship date 12/18/13. Everything I discovered about my order was through my own research and calling multiple times. Finally received email on 12/17 saying order shipped and would receive tracking info within 2 days. Well, I didn't. Called the shipper and was told my shipment is delayed OVERSEAS and I need to call HCC for update. Well, I have one shot to get the help I need on Monday, 12/23/13, because HCC is closed 12/24-1/1. UNBELIEVABLE!!!! Worst ordering experience EVER. Went to [redacted] on 12/8/13, purchased an entire living room, received it on 12/13/13 and am thoroughly enjoying it. Too bad HCC still has my Entertainment Center and my family is coming for Christmas to enjoy my UNFINISHED living room. :(

Called Home Cinema Center on 9/29/15 in the morning, spoke to a gentleman and gave him the product numbers of the sectional I was going to purchase. He said it was in stock and can guarantee delivery from the time I ordered online by 14 days. Placed my order after he made sure it could be delivered on 9/29/15 at 9:09am. Paid for this sectional over $2100 dollars. I went to check my status later that afternoon and it said my order could not be edited or cancelled because this order has already shipped. The next day I looked on my account only to see that status of my order says BACKORDERED and will not ship until 10/13/15. Called customer service BEFORE their closing time after I told them my problem and he said they were closed and hung up. Called the next morning and got the same RUDE guy after being put on hold for 15 minutes and he said that he couldn't look my order up by my name SO I had to get out my computer and get my order number. He then placed me on immediate hold again. Once he finally came on the phone, he took my order number, said I would receive it with in couple of days. I TRIED to explain to him that the status says it will not even ship until 10/13 and that it says backordered. He told me I might want to get out a calendar and count 14 business days from today and that's when it would be there. I told him I wanted to cancel my order and he hung up on me. I repeatedly tried calling back and it went straight to voicemail. He blocked my number. I called from a different phone and same guy answered. I told him I wanted to cancel my order and he said " I wasn't going to ship anything to you anyway" and if I wanted to cancel my order that I would need to EMAIL customer service. He then proceeded to tell me "why is it so difficult for you to count 3 weeks on your calendar?" then he hung up on me. So, I am now out over $2100.00 dollars. I will get a lawyer and proceed with fraud charges against this company. I will make sure that I write plenty of reviews for people to find and make sure they don't buy furniture from this RUDE and FRAUDULENT PLACE.

Best experience ever! Scheduling and delivery notifications came frequently (and appreciated), driver was "AWESOME" as is the loveseat. I unpacked it by myself within 10 minutes. Will be buying more for my house for the holidays!

Delivery was fast and free!!! The bedroom set looks great! The style was exactly what I was hoping for, very rich looking!

I ordered a home entertainment center from Home Cinema Center on March 1, '15 because the price beat [redacted] by a couple of hundred dollars. I called to make sure the item was in stock before I placed the order, and was informed it was. However, three days later (the advertised time for processing) the item was put on backorder status, and "[redacted]" who answers the phone couldn't give me any information other than "someone would call me" that day. Of course no one did. When I called the next day, "[redacted]" was again rude and short with me, said the item would ship in three days, but could give me no information about when it would arrive, or even the name of the shipping company but said I would receive an email on Monday. When monday arrived and the order STILL had not processed, and no email appeared, I cancelled the order. They obviously were not able to fill my order and lied about it. Now I have wasted a whole week dealing with an unethical company and have nothing to show for it but a headache.

Ordered a recliner from them two weeks ago. They said they shipped the chair a week ago. Gave me tracking number... shipping company has NO idea where it is NOR do they even have tracking numbers like the one given to me.

WOW called them and was treated with extreme rudeness and basically the guy blew me off. I don't know WHERE this recliner is at this point. I have NEVER been treated so rudely by anybody in a 'customer service' dept. never! do NOT deal with this company! BEWARE~! and I just noticed that a lot of other people have had this issue... wish I would have checked the Revdex.com first!

I placed an online order with Home Cinema Center, LLC for an ottoman that was on sale for $315.00. Two days later I got an email from the company stating that the ottoman was on extended backorder for more then 45 days. They cancelled my order and said they refunded my card. That credit hasn't posted to date. I emailed the company back and stated that I would be willing to wait, or reorder if the price was guaranteed when it would be available. I received no response, so I called to speak to someone. A gentleman answered the phone who has repeatedly hung up on me five times. They must have caller ID as he will not answer my phone calls when I call back. I simply wanted to speak to a manager (if they is one). I continue to get hung up on and not directed to another person to help clear this up. They are advertising items that they don't have. You would think they knew their business well enough to know that, but seeing all the complaints on here shows me that they're not a reputable business to deal with.

Each morning I get my cup of coffee and go straight to HCC's website to see what new item's have arrived! I feel like a child at Christmas! My most recent order includes what I call a ""I HAVE TO HAVE THIS!"" item. It is a 2-piece Vendome sofa set!! Perfect for my Living rooml!! Yes! I'm VERY excited (can you tell?) and can't wait til it arrives!!-- Thank You HCC for having wonderfully eclectic items to chose from!

The living room set I purchased is a great find for the price.It was shipped and delivered as promised,and actually exceeded my expectations.I will definitely use this site in the future

On December 22, 2014, I Just called to inquire to see if they had a certain entertainment center in stock. The guy who answered the phone started off very rude and curt. I had not even made a purchase yet and the guy was just rude and hung up in my face when I mentioned, "You don't seem very happy, what's going on" and he just hung up in my face. I tried to call back and he put me straight to voicemail. After reading the reviews on the Revdex.com I am glad I did not spend my money with this company. People beware of this company.

Searching the internet for good value and cost efficiency can sometimes lead you to some less than desirable experiences. This the case with HCC. I ordered a sectional couch from HCC on 4/26/14 and as of 5/12/14 (11 business days), it still has not arrived. Now, in all fairness, the item needed to be backordered so the original ship date of 4/30 was changed to 5/2. However, no one from HCC emailed or called me to let me know that this change occurred. I had to go to the website, which is in dire need of technical and aesthetic upgrades (I work at a creative agency that revamps websites like this all the time) and check myself only to discover that the original ship date was still listed. I had to call the company before anything was changed. Additionally, the customer service center is not very helpful or reassuring at all. Mostly, I've gotten short, curt, or otherwise unhelpful answers. in addition to this, the ship date for my couch was changed once more from 5/2 to 5/9. Again, no correspondence, email or otherwise, from HCC to let me know that this change occurred. Everytime I call, I keep getting the 'we'll email you when it ships'. I have seen nothing in my experience with the company that leads me to believe that this correspondence will actually happen, so I honestly don't believe that I will hear from them when/if it ships.

Logistics are one thing. You cannot always plan for the availability of an item or other wise extenuating circumstances that could get in the way of a smooth delivery. However, the customer service experience from HCC has been below par thus far and I would not recommend shopping from HCC if it can be avoided. They are not terribly communicative and haven't done a good job of allaying my concerns.

My experience dealing with HCC was excellent. One problem arose but it was taken care of immediately. Tiffany was a great rep to work with. Efficient, thorough and pleasant.
The chairs I ordered looked exactly like they did on line and are super comfortable. I have nothing but good things to say about this company, the products they sell and the people who work there.
