I ordered the [redacted]. When I was putting in my information it said the site was not secured. So I called and gave my information. The man that I talked to (always the same) said they would be sending information to my email address which I never got. So I called to see and he told me that I had to get in touch with customer service and they were closed to get my password which he told me would be my email address when I first ordered. Never received it nor could I check my status. When I called him he was so rude told me (which I could barely hear) that he was sending it to email address. When I told him I couldn't hear him he told me I need to stop talking so I could hear him and hung up the phone in my face. Furniture came scratched in several places. I didn't call him back because I know he wasn't going to help. Don't waste your time ordering from this company because he needs to learn good business practices when dealing with the public. Never will order from her again.

I purchased 3 theater seats from this company and found their customer service to be severely lacking. There is only one person who answers the phone and he's rude and unhelpful. He promised information by email that never came, nor were messages answered. I was expected to contact the delivery company myself and arrange delivery, something I've not experienced with any other online company. The rules and regulations for inspection are so ridiculous that the delivery guys from Pitt Ohio had to wait 20 minutes whilst I unpacked everything and inspected them. When I showed them the rules I'd received with my order, they said they had never come across anything like this before but agreed that if I didn't carry them out to the letter, I was going to be in trouble if I had to return the items. Fortunately my product arrived in good order and one year later still looks good and functions well. I am VERY relieved as I did not want to interact with this company again.

I do not understand why this company has been reviewed as an A+. It clearly is a one man band who operates out of his spare room, and once he has the order and authority to take your money, is not interested in anything else. Take a look at the online reviews people and TAKE YOUR BUSINESS ELSEWHERE!!

The items were delivered on time and packaged well. They were exactly as described and shown in the pictures.

They are a excellent company to do business with .I have bought from them for over 5 yrs. and never had a problem with a return or damaged item. My last purchase was no exception.

I am typing this email to rave about the wonderful customer service I received from John yesterday. We had a scheduled delivery time from 11:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. yesterday, spent all day waiting for the bed frame we ordered and at 4:30 p.m. we called the shipping company who were very reluctant to help us at first. We then called HCC and were very blessed to get John on the phone. I was very frustrated having to waste my entire day and had no bed frame. I was to the point that all I wanted to do was cancel my order and never look at your website again. John was very professional and was able to calmly understand my point of view and turned a very unhappy customer into one that will probably return because of him. Turns out the snow storm delayed then and they still delivered my order later that evening.
It speaks great things of HCC to see quality employees such as John. If you can please confirm you received this e-mail I would greatly appreciate it.
