Yes I did sit down with her friends and had a very detailed conversation and they said they would like to help her out so I lowered down the price as a gesture of good faith because they were willing to help this lady out and wanted to talk with their bank or discuss what they wanted to do,and I gave them 3 days to decide I believe. Maybe less I'm not sure. but they knew what the price was and had plenty of time to decide if they wanted to help her out or not. They came in and paid for the vehicle so if it was such a bad deal I don't understand why after that much time they would still make the choice of going through with it if it was "such a bad deal'. this is a classic case of us helping out a credit challenged customer and getting bashed for doing it. They also told us after they did the paperwork that they would be sending us to the Revdex.com. we will not refund them their money this far down the road. they should have not went through with it. and we sell extended warranties on all vehicles but they are not free they cost money as well, that is with any used vehicle no matter what the cost is. The lady who bought the vehicle in the first has not called in or complained one time but yet these folks came in and sat down , discussed, and had time to decide if they wanted to help her out to save her money and did it. then tell us we haven't heard the last of them, why would anyone do that as they are leaving and just gave us money to pay for the car. Maybe the customer isn't paying them back I don't know but we would be happy to trade it in for something else if it isn't working out for them. And as far as wanting your own laws made for purchasing cars you need to contact your local politicians because we cant help out there.

In this case # XXXXXXXX. We went to The Car Company with the intention of getting our young lady friend out of this agreement deal, but we were told, after a lengthy discussion, by the manager, that she could not get out of this agreement. At that time, we wanted to help our young lady friend out, so she could establish good credit, and have a much needed vehicle to drive to work and get her kids to the sitter. If we would have known that she could have got out of this deal, we would have not helped her to finance a loan for this van. We would still to see her get her money back and van returned to The Car Company. The 3 days was NOT to decide to get out of the deal, it was to come up with the financing. The only reason that they lowered the price was dropped, because the purchase was to be a cash transaction.

this deal happened over a month ago. the only option is for her to trade it in on another vehicle. this is not like walmart where you can return something. If they did not want to help her out they did not have to. She is not even complaing and these guys are not on any of the paperwork so like we said before, if she wants to come in I will be happy to sit down with her and try to get her into another vehicle
