This issue has been resolved to the client's satisfaction.  No additional billing will occur and the client was able to speak with the customer service manager.

I reached out to client to resolve the issue. Explained our program and her situation is a little different from our average client, but we are here to help. Client is satisfied and we are giving her a 3 month promo and will continue to help her reach desired score for home loan.

Our Customer Service Manager has reached out to resolve the issue. Upon speaking with the client we were able to clear up some misunderstandings about our program. The client is now happy and is continuing with the program.

Unfortunately we are not continuing with the program. Please do not put words in our mouths. We were offered three months of service...

free of charge with the condition that our account would be immediately dropped afterwards. That is far different than continuing with the program itself as a customer, or being satisfied.
As we still have not received any documentation of work from the credit bureaus, I am still awaiting proof that any sort of work was completed other than two sentences worth of paraphrased notes.
