Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below The home warranty covers routing of drain lines as well of replacement of the toilet bowl, tank and wax seal The claim that this is from misuse or abuse is absurd as this happened shortly after we moved into the residenceHSA has not and cannot tell me what is causing the blockage and their claim of misuse or abuse cannot be substantiated as there is no evidence to support this assumption this is a covered claim in which HSA does not want to honor This is clearly an effort by HSA to get out of a covered warranty item in an effort to save money Regards, [redacted] ***

HSA apologizes for the long hold times the homeowner experienced HSA has not received the invoices for the multiple deductibles the homeowner has paid, please email them to [redacted] ,Attn: [redacted] --URGENT

HSA is reaching out to the vendor to get their diagnosis and will contact the homeowner w=once they receive this information

As previously stated, the vendor found that the failures could not have occurred during the contract period due to the extent of the damage to the parts The claim denial stands

HSA apologizes for the delays in the claim HSA has confirmed that parts are NLA and the furnace would need to be replaced The service provider has scheduled and appointment with the customer to come out to the home to quote the job for full system replacement once that information has been reported to HSA then a representative will review the details with the customer as to the coverage on the terms and conditions of the contractHSA will also as a service gesture refund the $ded back for the delays Thank you

Refurbished/rebuilt parts are considered proper per manufacturer specifications and HSA contract The vendor has a pre-authorized limit of $for perform repairs and HSA is working to get the diagnosis on both units On an approved claim, the homeowner can always choose to take the cash out amount for what the repairs would be and purchase a new unit

Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.Dear HSA,Although disappointed, I cannot say that I am surprised with your decisionYou have screwed my wife and I every step of the wayYou clearly will do anything it takes to make a buckThis is not debatableYou use garbage contractors and then write your contracts in a way that leaves you without liability when the garbage contractor screws up (which I am sure is quite often)To give you an update on my situation, my wife and I hired Robert's Roofing to complete the repairI am sure it is not a surprise to you that they told us Elite Contracting did more damage to our roof than helpIt cost me $4,to fix your mistakeAlong the way, Roberts Roofing told me that they are also contracted through HSAWhen I dealt with HSA, I was told that I had to use Elite Contracting because they did not have another contractor in my areaSo not only did you damage my roof and steal my money, but you also liedIt's a shame that your company is allowed to run like thisI feel bad for your future customers, who after pouring their life savings into a house will have to deal with youI will do everything in my power to warn people so that they do not have a similar experienceCongratulations on stealing my money and damaging my home, I hope it was worth it Regards, [redacted]

HSA had dispatched a second opinion vendor on 10/23/ HSA will contact the vendor to obtain the information on the unit

A supervisor will thcall the vendor to adivse them to refund the homeowner the electrical modifications charge that they agreed upon to help remedy this situation

HSA is refunding the homeowner the $deductible as a customer service gesture and the check will be mailed out on Monday

Regarding the homeowner's initial issues with the toilet in the home, our vendor was out to evaluate the toilet and diagnosed that the toilet was not matching up with the flange because the floor was un-level and the flange was too shortThe homeowner was responsible for correcting the structural issues with the floor or correcting the improper install by replacing the flange that is/was there with a longer length flangeI apologize for the recent difficulty the homeowner has had with not being provided with an available company to come out and look at the water heaterI have given you permission in the system to use your own vendor; the vendor must be licensed and insured depending upon the requirements within your state, the vendor must call in the diagnosis and have the repairs or replacement pre-approved before work is done, you will need to pay the contractor up front and submit the invoice to HSA for reimbursementIf we were to replace a system, we cover to replace like for like and any upgrades would be at the homeowner's own expensePlease have your tech call in with the diagnosis to our authorizations department at ####-###-####Thank you!
