The Business advertised and advised us on the website to enter a promo code "Slow Flip" to view his website free at "NO COST". I followed the directions as advised but I was charged a $60.00 fee on my credit card, while the business advertised FREE, No Cost. I contacted the business to take off the unauthorized charge on my credit card but the $60.000 is still on my credit card.

This particular person saw a Facebook post I did in a private group where he's a member of it. The post was from Labor Day weekend in September and I was doing a short-term (that week only) promotion giving away for free a "Masterclass/Webinar" I did. He saw the post weeks later (end of October) and still signed up even though the "free promotion" was over and therefor his card was charged $60.00 When he mentioned it in Facebook I even specifically said if he didn't think the 3 hours of training I gave him on how to make much more money was worth it, to let me know and I'd happily refund his $60.00 He never replied to me and instead filed a complaint with you here at Revdex.com!?!? I went in today and refunded his money 100% and also sent him a message letting him know that and asked why he didn't just take me up on my offer originally vs. going to the Revdex.com. His refund has been issued. I will not be doing any business with this person and hopefully he is now satisfied that he was refunded something I had already agreed to do even though he signed up for something weeks after the Free promo ended if he would've just read the entire post.
