We were very happy with the taste of the water as had water with bentonite in it and very large amount of acidWith the washing machine is great to not need soap or hot waterReally nice to have the best well waterPeople from the city come out and want to take some of our water home to drink***

[redacted] I do not accept the business response as entirely accurate If the To Whom it may Concern letter is from Home Water Solutions I perceive these things differently I talked to [redacted] in the office, not ***, and [redacted] misdirected me in applying for the rebate in Sept., [redacted] was verbally told I winter in Arizona, but I decided to state the home address (Co.) originally I never changed that except in as note to [redacted] with the voucher submitted in Dec., as I thought putting the Arizona address on the voucher could be another reason for the rebate company to reject it The Revdex.com complaint of 12-25-14, stated I was in Arizona for the winter, which I assumed Home Water Solutions receivedThe first time I heard of a voucher being sent to me(other than in Dec.) was when Christine at Grand Incentives told me on a 1-26-phone call it was sent Oct I was in Colorado until Octand my mail was forwarded, but I never received it Hearing nothing, I called Home Water Solutions on Decand that was my first contact with ***, who did try to help She did facilitate contact with [redacted] in Flawho sent me an email with a number to call When I did, [redacted] answered and said my info was sent in wrong, My receipts and copy of drivers license were thrown away She agreed to email me a voucher to restart the process, but gave no indication that ay voucher had been mailed to me in October I did submit that voucher with new receipts and copy of drivers license on 12-23- When I emailed [redacted] that [redacted] had said she would expedite the request and she emailed back that she had not promised that, I decided to make the Revdex.com complaint With respect to [redacted] from [redacted] , who process the rebate, she talked to me only when a complaint was filed She called but didn't make her title clear to me She did not return my call in December and she failed to call me back when she said she would on 1-21- [redacted] wasn't emailed on 12-9-14, as she said, but [redacted] emailed me on 12-19- The $dollar voucher [redacted] said she would mail on Monday is supposed to be $ These inconsistencies do not instill faith for me in the rebate companyHome Water Solutions has consistently not taken responsibility for this issue, but always refer me to the rebate company.(though they chose to do business with them) As I stated initially in my complaint, they misrepresented their solicitation, the gift promised, and the information to process that rebate They should have taken care of this by facilitating the rebate or given it themselves when I encountered problems I believe a reputable company would have handled this differently[redacted] [redacted] ***Regards, [redacted] ***

To Whom it may concern,Attached is the e-mail from the company that provides the $rebate with the notes left from her callAlso, we are a distributor of the gift and not the manufacturerShe did in fact come to the office and talked to both [redacted] and ***As stated there is an 8-week processing period that is stated on the original rebate card given at the time of deliveryBoth [redacted] and [redacted] helped Ms [redacted] to the best of their knowledge when she reached out for help [redacted] also reached out to the company itself to have them get into contact with Ms***Ms [redacted] also had moved from one address in Colorado to another address in Arizona and had originally put the Colorado address on the voucher sent inOnly in an e-mail from December 30, did she state the she was at a different locationThe company providing the rebate had sent a voucher to Ms [redacted] and by that time we are not sure if she had moved or notTherefore she may not have received the voucher to get her rebate [redacted]

When this company had contacted me about my water results, I was a bit skeptical about doing an at-home with a technician After we went ahead with it, we were pleasantly surprised at the outcome We discovered that our water was NOT up to the standards that we had expected, and after learning about water regulations (or lack thereof) we decided to take a chance and go through with the rainsoft products Within two days we were firm believers in our purchase The soft water is amazing and is making a huge difference, already, in our lives We are telling everyone we know and are encouraging them to at least get their water tested and to educate themselves on the water procedures currently taking placeThe employees were wonderful and very informative Each technician was friendly, cooperative, and understanding of our situation and went above and beyond to help us make a change These people truly believe in what they are representing, and our team was considerate and not pushy in any regards

To whom it may concern, According to [redacted] at [redacted] , check number [redacted] in the amount of $was sent to [redacted] at [redacted] *** on January 28, It was confirmed that check number [redacted] was cashed on February 19th, With Ms [redacted] being in Arizona for the winter is the reason that the process took longer than it should have because all her incoming mail had to be forwarded to her present residency in Arizona.We would like this whole dispute removed from our profileThis complaint has nothing to do with our companyWe hand out the gifts and they are fulfilled by the company that gives us the gifts, not by our officeIt is the gift receiver’s responsibility to fill out their personal information correctly and send it to the address provided on the certificate [redacted] [redacted]

We had a good experience with RainSoftThe water test took almost hours so be prepared to spend some time with these guysThe install was done next day and done really well, by a great crew

Experience started with Annette who did an excellent presentationShe was very organized and informativePresentation was scientific, but also personal side that really showed the daily benefit of the system The installation went very wellBoth Drew and Jack were very efficient and thoroughDid the work well and very informativeVery little disruption of our day and a pleasure to have in our homeI would recommend all three without reservation

The team that helped me was great Our salesman, Nick L., was very nice, courteous, friendly, and funny Our installer, Mitch, worked very hard to get our system installed He had to make several trips to town In all, it was a very good experience

Our water analysis, Tanner, was very professional. For being on the job such a short time, was very knowledgable and able to answer all our questions. We feel very confident in our decision to purchase our water system.
