To whom it may concern,
According to [redacted] at [redacted], check number [redacted] in the amount of $50 was sent to [redacted] at [redacted] on January 28, 2015. It was confirmed that check number [redacted] was cashed on February 19th, 2015. With Ms. [redacted] being in Arizona for the winter is the reason that the process took longer than it should have because all her incoming mail had to be forwarded to her present residency in Arizona.We would like this whole dispute removed from our profile. This complaint has nothing to do with our company. We hand out the gifts and they are fulfilled by the company that gives us the gifts, not by our office. It is the gift receiver’s responsibility to fill out their personal information correctly and send it to the address provided on the certificate. [redacted] [redacted]

To Whom it may concern,Attached is the e-mail from the company that provides the $50 rebate with the notes left from her call. Also, we are a distributor of the gift and not the manufacturer. She did in fact come to the office and talked to both [redacted] and [redacted]. As stated there is an 8-10 week processing period that is stated on the original rebate card given at the time of delivery. Both [redacted] and [redacted] helped Ms. [redacted] to the best of their knowledge when she reached out for help. [redacted] also reached out to the company itself to have them get into contact with Ms. [redacted]. Ms. [redacted] also had moved from one address in Colorado to another address in Arizona and had originally put the Colorado address on the voucher sent in. Only in an e-mail from December 30, 2014 did she state the she was at a different location. The company providing the rebate had sent a voucher to Ms. [redacted] and by that time we are not sure if she had moved or not. Therefore she may not have received the voucher to get her rebate. [redacted]

I am rejecting this response because: Yes, the rebate check was received and cashed Feb.19, 2015.  The rest of the response I take issue with.  The check was sent to [redacted].  The winter address affected the check as it had to be forwarded, but the Arizona address was noted on the rebate voucher of 12-23-14, and ignored. Most of the communications with Home Water Solutions and the rebate company were by phone or e-mail, so it did not affect the time it took to receive the rebate. The first rebate voucher, allegedly mailed 10-13-14, was never received and I was in Colorado at the time, also not affecting the process.I am not sure who [redacted] is.  If he/she represents Home Water Solutions I do believe my complaint has to do with their company.  My original complaint says they misrepresented their solicitation appointment, the gift promised (it was originally a gift card, not a rebate).  When I found out it was a rebate the company gave me incorrect information to process it.  I still believe that is true and hours have been spent by me to receive the $50 rebate (gift) promised over four months ago.  After this experience I would not do business with Home Water Solutions.

When this company had contacted me about my water results, I was a bit skeptical about doing an at-home with a technician. After we went ahead with it, we were pleasantly surprised at the outcome. We discovered that our water was NOT up to the standards that we had expected, and after learning about water regulations (or lack thereof) we decided to take a chance and go through with the rainsoft products. Within two days we were firm believers in our purchase. The soft water is amazing and is making a huge difference, already, in our lives. We are telling everyone we know and are encouraging them to at least get their water tested and to educate themselves on the water procedures currently taking place.
The employees were wonderful and very informative. Each technician was friendly, cooperative, and understanding of our situation and went above and beyond to help us make a change. These people truly believe in what they are representing, and our team was considerate and not pushy in any regards.
