All of the people at Homeowner's Foundation were wonderful in securing my loan modification with Ocwen When they first contacted me, I was skeptical as their name was not familiar to meAfter some due diligence, I got the details for their process, submitted my documentation and the modification was approved in and 1/weeks as they said it would beNick and Paul were on top of it almost daily and communicated with me to keep me updated My loan was reduced by $121,000, modified from interest only to a fixed interest rate of 2% for the life of the loan They made this very easy for me as opposed to dealing with the lender which may have taken a very long time and much aggravation
