My experience with the Homeowners was like nothing in my life. I had been trying to refinance my mortgage with an APR of 6..75% - trying for years with no success. Homeowners contacted me and was able to reduce the loan to 3.5% in a month. My mortgage had been $4900 monthly. Every communication with the "guys" as I call them, was nothing but helpful and positive and they got the loan to $3310 INCLUDING insurance. It wasn't just that they were honest and competent, there was no red tape. Nothing. My friends were so worried for me and just knew I was being ripped off, that this couldn't possible happen. When it went through, they told me they were"eating crow" for dinner and apologized for days. I told they they should roast the crow.
People often call me as a referral and I just cannot contain my happiness. Still! I know the people initially think I am a bit out of my mind, but the happiness and appreciation for the guys knows no bounds. They are simply the best in every way.

I have completed a home modification with Homeowners Assistance Foundation of America and I was Highly Satisfied with the whole process. Homeowners did everything they promised and then some! They cut my home loan balance almost in half and I received an interest rate at 3.5% fixed for the life of the loan. I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND HOMEOWNERS!

We where going to lose our home. When I received a phone from homeowners I was skeptical because we where taken by another company claiming they could help.When I was spoke to Nick and the rest of the guys I knew this was going to get done. In about a month our modification was approved from Ocwen who made the process harder, but Nick and the crew got us 2% fixed loan and close to $240,000 taken off the loan.
