Good morning,I received an email indicating I should let Revdex.com know if I hear back from Datainsure--I did receive a call yesterday evening from a manager, who indicated he would eliminate the Early Termination Fee of $when I requested them to produce an actual signed, three year contract that demonstrates that I am actually under contractDatainsure also indicated that there was a fee for a "free" $ [redacted] promotion - of which I never received, and they are now trying to charge me forI have evidence of my payments to [redacted] during the timeframe they indicate I was receiving free Quickbooks, with billing statements from [redacted] to prove this.The manager indicated I would receive my ACH debit for the $back, and I am waiting for an answer to the Quickooks issue Emails to the company will come to me, but I cannot reply to the emails I receiveThey also will not put through a call to a representative when one rings the phone, only get voicemail, of which, this representative Lindsey Bobbitt does not return.Sincerely, [redacted] ***

There are signed contracts that state there is an Early Termination Fee and there would be charges for unreturned equipmentWe are not looking to gouge the business and or take unauthorized feesThe $10/$fees were for PCI complianceI will follow up with these documents as soon as possible.When the equipment is returned, we will certainly issue a refund for that.Tallula, If you will please send me your bank statement with the fees in question, I will see how we can make you happyMarc N [redacted]

Greetings:A [redacted] clearly states the existence of a $termination fee.BIt is unclear as to what Mr [redacted] considers hidden feesThere are certain unavoidable fees issued by [redacted] and [redacted] , et alMr [redacted] did not state that our services were more than his prior services.BMr [redacted] was given a free [redacted] "Pro" per our agreement to honor his contract for its durationHe later found out that he required [redacted] "Premier," and purchased that of his own volition at retailHe later asked our salesman to make up the difference.We will gladly work with Mr [redacted] to resolve this issueWe respect and admire his business concept and aspirations

Our admin team spoke to Tallula on 4/8/16. I hope to have this resolved for the merchant shortly

The original complaint was not resolvedI cancelled my service after the first month to resolve the matter and no money was refunded for the 2nd monthAfter cancellation they charged my company more money for inadequate service we receivedThe only time I get a response back is when I file
a complaint with Revdex.comI am told I will receive $back of the $I will accept this and the case will be closed if this happens and no more monies are withdrawn

Datainsure also indicated that there was a fee for a "free" $199 [redacted] promotion - of which I never received, and they are now trying to charge me for. I did speak to someone from DataInsure on 4/8/16. However that is prior to the date of the charge to which I am requesting a refund therefore I reject this response. I was finally able to speak to...

an employee from DataInsure on 4/8/16 to close my account. I was told I would be emailed the cancellation forms. I was not. I then emailed them again a week later and finally received the cancellation forms on 4/20/16. I returned the forms on 4/20/16 and received confirmation of their receipt. I then asked what I could do to get reimbursed for the charges I had accrued while no longer using their services (We had stopped using their services in January but had been unable to complete the cancellation process.) I was told that because the cancellation had not been completed that I would not be able to receive a refund and that I would be billed one final time at the end of that current billing cycle. I was billed $20 again on 5/2/16 and although I was not entirely pleased, I accepted that it had been partially my fault for not following up on the cancellation process(although they did make it extremely difficult) and I was happy to leave it at that.Then on 5/16/16 I received a charge for $970. At no time was I ever told that I was under some sort of contract or that I would have to pay a cancellation fee, let alone one that is 50 times greater than the monthly fee. This charge was not part of our contract. This charge was not authorized. Since the time I have made this complaint I have not been contacted by DataInsure at all and they have made no effort to resolve this issue. Furthermore, my bookkeeper brought to my attention this week that they have continued to charge us the monthly fee. We received the most recent charge of $20 on 6/2/16. [redacted] General Manager[redacted]
