Mrs [redacted] purchased a Toyota Corolla from us on 3/14/She brought the car back in to us a day or two laterWe checked it out and reurned it to herIn her complaint she said we returned it with no fluidsThe car left here with the proper fuilds in itThe car will not run with out the proper fluids in itWe have a hour exchange policy that a customer can trade for a different car Mrs [redacted] was more than welcome to do that, but at the time that was the only Toyota we had in that price rageWe did not hear from Mrs [redacted] again untill sometime around the middle of JulyEven though this is a year old car with over 100k miles on it we provided a month mile limted power train warrantyWe provide this on all used cars we sell at [redacted] Auto group, we do not sell any cars as is Even though the miles were not expired the time had expired on the warranty when she contacted usBefore the contact in mid July the car was not brought back to us nor had we recieved any communication from Mrs [redacted] The next contact I recieved was from [redacted] telling me they had pulled the motor out of the car and were about to put a new one in and asking were we going to pay for itI told them I had no knowledge of thisMrs [redacted] then contacted me asking me to pay for the repairs on a car she had purchased months ago that was in someone elses shopShe told me they had not driven the car many miles I explained to Mrs [redacted] that the warranty had a time and a milage experation and that sometimes it is not good for a car to sit and not be driven, and that the time had expired on her warranty

We are very sorry for the delay that Mr [redacted] experienced in receiving his plates and tags There was a considerable delay due to the execution of paperwork between the customer and Jupiter, the service we use to facilitate out of state plates and tags With that said, in the spirit of customer satisfaction, West Herr made one month's car payment The customers have received their plates, tags and the customer goodwill gesture and are satisfied with the resolution

It is not necessary for Ms [redacted] to bring in her copy of the form She has already faxed the form to us The product in question has been cancelled and the refund will be send to [redacted] The Car Care policy charge was for $and this is the amount that will be sent to [redacted] The Service contract was for $and has already been sent to [redacted]

Dear Revdex.com,Our ***ral Manager at that location, [redacted] ***, will look into this matter and if she paid a deposit of $200, it will be promptly refunded However, the customer continuously refers to the vehicle as "her Kia" which obviously is not true All of our vehicles, both new and used, are the property of Wilson Auto Group, Inc until a purchase is finalized, paperwork completed and full payment changes hands We decline to reimburse her for any amount relative to the difference in price between the car she bought and the obviously better bargain we offered Unfortunately this customer was trying to buy a car a long way from her [redacted] Alabama home and while we would have loved to have sold it to her, someone else beat her to it.We have her address and phone number in the complaint and will reach out to her after we do a little research on our end.Sincerely, [redacted]

I checked in to the details concerning this complaint and have taken steps to correct the situation A new check has been issued to [redacted] for the cancellation of Ms***'s Service contract per her request In order to expedite the check, we have sent it out Federal Express overnight delivery to her finance company We apologize this was not handled properly from the beginning and want to assure all parties that Wilson Auto Group would never discriminate against anyone If we can be of any further assistance in this matter, please contact us.Sincerely, [redacted] ***CFOWilson Auto Group

Our Fixed Operations Director has reached out to both the Father and Son to discuss the repairs on the Chevrolet Express with approximately 160,miles While all the repairs that were made were necessary, we did ask the customer to bring the vehicle back and we would fix it at no charge The customer opted not to bring it back Since the light is still on we have made an offer to resolve their claim and are waiting to hear back from them

BJ C***, RFE Dist Warranty Manager, has been in communication with the customer on numerous occasions regarding their warranty issue stated in the original complaint. RFE Distribution is continuing to work with the customer to get their warranty issue resolved. Please see RFE Terms of
Purchase that accompanies every RFE Invoice at the time of shipment. Based on the original complaint, Ms*** had requested cancellation of the service contract only Yesterday, Ms*** advised our General Sales Manager that she wanted the Car Care product cancelled This was not marked on the original form in house and we therefore requested Ms*** to sign the form allowing us to cancel this product also As soon as we receive this request, we will be more than happy to cancel the product and send the refund to *** ** *** Our General Sales Manager called Ms*** this morning and once again requested this form with the appropriate box marked for cancellation It is my understanding that Ms*** is to get that form to us so we can proceed

It was for a used Kia Optima EX, pearl white. The total price, including transport was $19,May 13: The Product Marketing Specialist, *** ***, asked for my driver’s license and my insurance card which I textedMay 15: $paid and the transaction went through, and arrangements were made for my car to be brought to me on May May 15: I was sent the car invoice.May 17: *** representative asked me to send the car invoice, so that he could complete my paperwork. May 17: I sent the car invoice via text.May 17: *** representative said, “The invoice does not show the name of the company you are purchasing the vehicle from. Can you please provide?”May 17: I answered, “Wilson Auto Group.”May 17: *** representative said, “Good Evening…I am in the process of putting your loan package together, but I need a complete buyers/purchase order for the vehicle. This will include the vehicle’s make, model, vin, dealer’s info, etc. You can have the dealer email or fax it directly to me or I can request it directly from them. Once I have a completed package we should be able to get an approval quickly.”May 17: The complete buyers/purchase order was never sent from Wilson Auto Group or WAG (Wilson Hyundai Flowood, Mississippi).May 17: I had to postpone the day of car delivery because WAG did not send the complete buyer’s/purchase order, with *** ***May 18: I called about the complete buyer’s/purchase order. I got no answer.May 18: I texted my brother explaining everything which was not happening.May 19: I contacted *** representative, “Has Wilson Auto Group sent the needed forms yet?”May 19: *** representative said, “Good Afternoon…I have not received anything from Wilson Auto Group yet. Would you like me to reach out to them on your behalf?” I responded, “Please do.” I called several times. I was put on hold and told they would call me back They never called me backMay 20: I looked online for the car I paid $down on. The website had a “sold” sign on my Kia. I hoped the “sold” sign was for me, but I had doubt.May 20: I called; transferred to an answering machineMay 20: I left a message; no one called. May 20: I left a text.May 21: I texted my brother, “Morning, I think Wilson Auto Group has sold my car. Unless, they have put the sold sign on the car for my purchase, it is someone else….Yes, I called yesterday; I was transferred to an answering machine. I left a message; no one called. I then left a text…”May 22: I also asked my brother to call. He called.May 22: My brother texted me, “Car sold.” He asked them to simply find me another Kia Optima EX and sell it to me for the price on my car invoice. To which they did not respond. May 23: *** representative emailed, “Good Afternoon,…I wanted to follow up with you about your vehicle purchase. After our communication on Friday afternoon, I attempted to reach out to Wilson Auto Group. I placed multiple calls to them without getting a return phone call. I reached out to them once more today, and they informed me that the vehicle I was inquiring about had sold…”May 30: Stock email. Jun 1: Stock email. They have contacted me with stock emails. Jun 3: Stock email. When I respond, they do not answer back.Jun 8: Stock email. Jun23: Stock email. Jun 24: Stock email. Jul 8: Stock email. May 30: I bought another car from another dealership.I have complete texts and emails from Wilson Auto Group (Wilson Hyundai Flowood, Mississippi), ***’s car loan representative, my brother, and I to confirm all of this Second, the big question: If someone else bought my car, when did they buy it? From the point of May 15, 2017, when I paid $200, the car was supposed to be held for me.If it was purchased before I paid the $on May 15, why did Wilson Auto Group continue selling the car to me? If it was purchased after I paid the $on May 15, why continue going through the motions with me? Third, the smaller question:For a big business, why give a small school teacher the run around? Why not be upfront? Why only respond when a bank representative and the Revdex.com of Mississippi call? It might not be illegal what Wilson Auto Group did, but it was immoral and unethical. I am rejecting this response because:  I brought the car back as per their return policy - I wanted a refund or another car- I told the manager there was a serious problem with it and I believed to be junk- they totally bypassed my request that they honor their 48 hour return policy (fraud advertising) Manager says- "we'll look at it 1st"  I was never spoken to about an exchange- optional choices AT ALL (lie).  The service guy called and told me it was the head blown as I thought.  Then a manager called my daughter and says it is ready to pick up.  I called back and asked did you fix the head.  Mr. [redacted] replied "No it's not the head g. we just flushed the radiator."  I tried to ask more ?'s and he cut me off

I am rejecting this response because: The amount that [redacted] given me did not represent the total amount. In looking at my Retail Installment Sale Contract letter J states the service contract and car care amounts. On my cancellation paperwork both are checked because I refused both. She only sent the check for the service contract.  I only ask if they would review their copy of both forms and send check for the remaining amount as well.
