I was working with a buyer/broker and found the property that Luca had purchased and was renovating to be resold.
Throughout the negotiation my broker and I were delighted with how honest, calm, responsible and helpful Luca was. He was a pleasure to deal with.In addition, his contractors were wonderful. They took pride in their work and were very thorough.
I purchased my home in a somewhat incomplete state and hired Luca's contractors to finish it in my taste. They showed up on time, worked efficiently and really seemed to care about the quality of the work. Both Luca and his contractors have a good eye for design and detail and were able to make suggestions that helped me to finish my home beautifully.
It is hard to relocate and to finish a home when you live an hour away. Luca always took my calls and was very gracious even when I was stressed out. He turned this "ugly house" into my dream house.

Talk about stress free. No matter what questions I had or when I had questions my associate I dealt with, Luca, always answered my calls. He explained the process and we closed when I wanted. I knew exactly what would happen at closing and I told him when I wanted to close. After being in the home for years I was able to take with me what I wanted and leave the rest for them to deal with. I didn't have to worry about open houses or making repairs before selling. It really was the best way for me to move on. It was an easy and smooth transition.
