We bought our house from New Village Homes, and it was a Wonderful experience! We are a young couple that really wanted to live in a convenient location to both of our jobs, but after looking for awhile it was apparent that we wouldn't be able to afford anything in that location. But *** showed us this house (definitely a fixer upper) and we were skeptical at first, because of how much work would need to go into it. But New Village Homes did all of the renovations, we were able to buy a house in our budget AND in the location that we wanted, and now we are living in our dream home!! I can't say enough about how wonderful it was to work with *** and *** (owners of New Village Homes). I would HIGHLY recommend them.

I would recommend home Home Vestors of America to any one who wants to sell their home. *** was very professional when working with us. He explained the home buying process from beginning to the end. I had an excellent experience working with this team, selling a property that I had inherited and simply didn't have time to renovate for rental. In spite of multiple roadblocks that popped up, *** and his team kept working with us in order to facilitate the sale, which came at a fair price for the property. Should I have another instance to need to sell such property, my first call would be to *** and his team at HomeVestors.
