They claim that they need time to get check from headquarters in New Jersey (*** *** ***)but they want the title firstI do not trust them, as they have been lying for months about the check being in the mail, or it was *** ***, etcI told them I would drive from Connecticut when they get the check and I would give them the titleAn even exchangeThis seems to be a problem for themI do not believe they have any intention of living up the agreement they made

Hi,After careful inspection, the contract signed by the customer shows the $given by the customer was used and is showing as cash down on the contract. The finance contract was not accepted by the bank until 9/*/and the customer has been driving the vehicle
for month without making a payment for that month and is not required to make that payment. In regard to the MSRP of the vehicle, that figure cannot be changed for any vehicle and is set by the Manufacturer.If the customer would like to review the contract again, we would love to do so with her

Honda of Manhattan stated "Honda of Manhattan has reached an agreement" with me, but that is not trueThey simply stated "the check is being processedYou will have it by the end of the week." without stating the amountI have been trying to obtain a full refund ($651.07) but only received $(base price of the item)I am only clearing this complaint because I received what they promised to give me back in June Sadly they kept the sales tax ($53.07)I was hoping they would do the right thing and return the sales tax as well, especially taking months to resolve my issueFYI - I received money orders for a total price of $The reason for the money order was because even though Honda of Manhattan stated they sent the check, they had no record of the tracking number and I never received the checkSo MrJoe C*** at Honda of Manhattan called and stated he is personally mailing me money orders with tracking number, and he did

I did indeed receive my refund, but it was not communicated that it would take days. I called and spoke to several individuals at Honda Manhattan and none of them knew of the rules regarding a refund.
It was not until I involved a call from my lawyer that my monies were refunded. If the staff is not aware of the rules regarding a refund, these issues will continue to exist
As a customer, the customer service displayed was atrocious and should not happen

the problem is that there charge me warranties that my car don't need. my car cost $30,470.74 plus tax  and they charge me $40,691.94 plus the finance charges I told then in 3 different opportunity that I don't want to pay for those warranties that my car dosen't need because my car was brand new but they still charge me $6585. they put down as if I gave $5500 as a down payment but they placed so many charges that my car came more than $40,691.94 beside that they can't not charge me for those month the I been driving that car because until 09/**/15 the car wasn't register in DMV under my name(i have proof). they also gave me 3 different contract with different among of money 1) my car cost me 1) $50,900.00 2) $49,100.00 3) $40,691.00. how can I eat and told to then or trust then if they play me in 3 different time.

Review: I am a Employee with a car dealership that has uses practices that I feel are not ethical or legal I have been treated unfairly I purchased a 2015 Honda Accord and for three months I have not recieved any payment statement I was given three initally contracts for my purchase I also put $5000 down as a deposit that was not added to my purchase and I have had several MSRP prices given nto me during this entire process. I have contacted Honda Financial which has stated since 9/*/15 thatb there is no information on my purchase and the dealership information for the Finance Purchase. I have gone to the Mangment team of dealership as well as Finance department with No resolution to my situation and No resolution to my Problem.Desired Settlement: I would like to have car returned and my $5000 refund returned to me and my credit history in good standings so a may be able to purchased another vehicle from a honest dealership.

Hi,the day I was made aware that the customer did not want the products initially agreed upon, the customer was walked straight into the business office (where the contracts are signed) and the customer (at least 3 times) was told, and completely understood, that they could cancel each and every product on the spot. The customer was re-explained the value of the products and chose to keep them. A concession on the price of the warranty was given to assist in lowering the payment for the customer. the customer was asked if she was satisfied with the final contract and the customer stated "yes". I know the customer would not sign another contract with the products if the customer did not want them or see the value in them. At that time, the customer re-signed the contract with the lower payment and left the office happy.

Review: I leased a Honda Fit from this company last October. Delivery was delayed several times, in one case because a manual car was delivered instead of an automatic. In the end, [redacted], the [redacted], offered me to cover one one month's lease payment as well as the first three oil changes to compensate me. However, he has never come through on this. I have emailed him several times and each time he blames one of his staff, or says he will be in touch with the bank to arrange the payment but he never does. I have this all documented in emails, including his agreement with me.Desired Settlement: Honda of Manhattan should pay one month of my lease payments and first three oil changes as promised.

Review: I entered into an agreement to lease a car. I put a down payment of $425.81 on the lease. I did not lease the car and therefore the monies for downpayment should have been returned and put back on my credit/debit card. It has been over 3 weeks and I have spoken to several individuals and each one has give me a day or two estimate as to the monies being returned to my account and I have to this date received nothing.Desired Settlement: As stated to me by the sale person, if I do not lease the car, my monies will be refunded, I want my monies returned to me.

Review: I purchased a used Honda Accord on June [redacted], upon signing the agreement, the finance guy named [redacted] sell me window etch program which cost 1098.00 dollars and gold protection plan that cost 2000.00 dollars on top of the vehicle price. I told him no, he said if you don't buy those two programs, your interest rate would go up from 5% to 10 % even my credit score is 750 above. and he said if you sign those two program now just to lock in 5% rate, later on if you don't need , they are cancelable. I believed him at the time by signed the two. a month later, I went back to him to cancel the two programs, only to be told that gold plan is cancelable which I did now and refunded. but the window etch plan is none cancelable, I had been set up and lied to. I want the dealer and finance guy do whatever they can to refund the 1098.00 dollars.Desired Settlement: I hope Revdex.com can make them refund 1098.00 dollars to Capital one account that I financed from. thank you.

Review: Extended Version: On June [redacted], 2015 I purchased a car from Honda of Manhattan. In the finance manager’s office signing all the documents, I was told an etching is included with my car along with 1 year of oil changes every 5k miles. When I went home, I reviewed my contract carefully a few times and realized I was charged more for the car. On June [redacted], I went back to the dealer to discuss the extra charge. I was told that I paid about $650 for the “Window Etching”. It cost about $600 for the etching and then about $50 for tax. I told him that we never discussed about purchasing the etching and I was told it was included with the car. I also told him that my car doesn’t have the etching and therefore I want a refund for service and product not provided. He told me only he can authorize the refund and he will not. He offered to compensate me with 4 years of oil change. I told him I will think about it. I later asked him to include a Bumper Guard with the Oil Change compensation he stated previously and I will bring my car in to get the etching. I was told that Rashid agreed to the Bumper Guard and the Oil Change agreement. On June [redacted], I went to the dealer to get the etching and bumper guard. I was told to leave my car by the car entrance and wait in the lobby. After about 40 mins, Rashid and Noordin (Sales Associate) greeted me and told me the etching was on, and the Bumper Guard will come in 2 weeks. I asked for an updated documentation. Rashid stated everything will be updated on the computer and I do not need any documentation and not to worry. I went to my car to with Noordin since Rashid went elsewhere, I noticed the etching was not my VIN number I was led to believe. Prior to this moment, all my communications, phone, email and in person, I have been calling the etching as VIN Etching. No one at Honda of Manhattan ever corrected me. I complained to Noordin who only said “sorry” and took my car out of the dealership and then I left as I became super depressed about how I was lied to. On June [redacted], I noticed the etching started to disappear due to a little rain. I sent an email with 2 pictures of the etching to show how the rain washed away my etching. In an earlier text message, Noordin once stated that it is possible the etching can be washed away. My email stated how the etching was not as described, how it was washing away, and the fact that I never agreed to buy the etching in the first place as I was told it was “included” with the car and asked for a refund. Rashid called me on June [redacted], and told me that he is “refunding” me for the etching and cancelling our previous deal about the Bumper Guard and Oil Changes. He told me I will receive the refund within 30 business days from Monday, June **, 2015, and the refund will be in the form of a check mailed to me. On August [redacted] I sent an email stating I still have not received the check. Rashid responded the same day stating “The check has been processed. I will check status tomorrow. Sorry for the delay”. After a few more emails Rashid stated August **, “Sorry for this delay. It has been processed and should be to you by Friday 8/**”. I continued to check the status of my refund. On August ** Rashid stated, “The person in accounting handling that refund is no longer with the company, thus the delay. And the main office has had some new employees added and positions had been switched. Again I’m sorry for the delay and as you can see I stay in steady contact with you. I was assured today that it will be handled Friday for you. Once I’m so sorry for the delay”. On September [redacted] Rashid stated, “[redacted].” On September [redacted] Rashid stated “There has been another structural change here. All upper mgmt. is no longer here. However I did see a check with your name on it. You should have already received it. I will find out tomorrow the status.” On October [redacted] Rashid stated, “[redacted]”. And on October [redacted], Rashid’s last email stated “[redacted]”. I have still not received the check. After a few unanswered emails from Rashid, I included the General Manager Chris M[redacted] and Joe C[redacted]. On November **, General Manager Chris M[redacted] responded to my email implying that I will not be getting my refund. I emailed back explaining that the refund has already been promised to me and I expect Honda of Manhattan to honor. I have not heard back from anyone at the dealership and I still have not received the refund that was promised to me back in June [redacted], 2015. Besides being promised a refund, the etching on the car does not match the single documentation I have regarding the etching. Since they do not match, I cannot even claim the etching policy if I needed to. I have not stressed about the mismatch of the etching since I was already assured a refund.Desired Settlement: I expect Honda of Manhattan to honor and fulfill the refund I was promised back in June **, 2015 and assured (between August-October 2015) was coming. I was charged $598.00 for the "Window Etching" plus I paid sales tax ($53.07) for a total of $651.07.
