Honda Marysville is at fault here, corrected title has been sent to the customer

I purchased a Infinity from Honda of Marysville Two days after my purchase I took my car through the car wash where upon water began to enter the top side of the driver doorI made an appointment with an Infiniti dealer and with minutes they came and told me the vehicle had been wreckedThey pointed out "fisheyeing" effect in the paint that someone in the profession should easily spotThe car fax came back clean but based on what the sales person told me Mr Tom M [redacted] there service team went through the car thoroughly Its hard for me to believe that someone did not spot these defectsNow that my door is not in alignment my alarm goes of randomly because it is not making the proper contactOn 4/16/ I went to my car to start it and the battery was deadI was able to jump it to get it to the dealerAfter evaluation the dealer told me that there car did not have the correct batteryOnce replaced I notices that my side mirrors would angle down when I put the car in re

I have sent an email to the customer as we will work to resolve the needed vehicle he is looking for right away

I am contacting you concerning my case being closeI received an email on Sunday stating the case was closed due to no additional response sent by meI responded two times with the emails that was sent and have not heard a word since thenMy last received email from Revdex.com was on 12/20/

When I purchased the car on 2-16-I gave the sales manager a Notice To Dealer letter from State Farm Bank indicating that they needed to be listed as the lien holder on the titleThe letter listed the lending bank's address to be written on the titleI made a copy of this Notice To Dealer before leaving home to make the purchaseI sent another copy of this notice to their finance director on 6-18-when I returned the original incorrect title, in hopes of having it corrected It is a lie that I didn't give this information to Honda Marysville at the time of purchaseThis has been an extremely negative experience for me due to their prolonged neglect to remedy their mistake and then trying to suggest the mistake was mine I will expect the corrected title by Friday, July 22nd,

working to schedule a meeting with John this week at the dealershipWill update notes once date has been confirmed

To Whom it may concern,We have been in contact with the customer since June and have spoken to her today as wellShe brought a cashiers check for the car and forgot to inform us that there was a lein on the carWe have corrected the issue and the customer will have the title by Friday. Thanks,

I purchased a vehicle from them on July 10th from Tony D [redacted] paying tax, title and setting up payments for the new vehicleTo this day (3-10-18) I have yet to receive a memorandum title and the License plates that they told me to put on my new vehicle from my old vehicle are still registered to my old vehicleI have contacted multiple people at Honda Marysville and always get the same response of "were working on it"

I contacted Honda Marysville numerous times via phone, emails and mail since June 30, requesting cancellation and refund for a Guaranteed Asset Protection (GAP) policy purchased ($842.21) from them April 30, Other than an email sent to me July and acknowledged as received July 3, I have never been contacted or received a response from anyone at Honda Marysville to the multiple voice mails, emails and mail requesting assistance and/or status of refund As of today, Aug 10, I have still not received the refund requested July

My wife and I purchased a CR-V Touring from Marysville Honda April 30, All the people we interacted with that day were personable, professional and responsive However, since we left that day subs

On 4/29/2016, I bought a Honda Civic from Honda Marysville and was pushed into buying an extended warranty with without being given a chance to say “no” to the warranty or able to read the fine print of the warranty Later on 5/31/2016, I had to have a repair done on the car due to a manufacturer issueI called the extended warranty company (Protective Asset Protection, out of Deerfield,Ill) and I was told the cost of the rental car while the car was being repaired would be covered provided the repair was performed under warranty, which it was This was also stated in the pamphlet I received from the companyWhen I submitted the repair invoice and car rental receipt for reimbursement the company denied my claim with letter dated 5/13/ Therefore, my complaint is that I was forced into buying an extended car warranty from Honda Marysville and the warranty appears to be worthless it doesn’t cover what is claimed to be coveredI would like the extended warranty to be remov

Bought a used car from Honda Marysville on January 20, and as of today March 17, 2017, I have not received the title for itI keep getting the run around from them, either not getting calls returned or excuses saying that they have not received the title from the previous owners bankNow to the point that we are going to return the car to themI would not recommend buying anything from themNot a professional business

This dealership is a jokeThey only care about money, imagine thatThey will try to get you into the worst deals ever, claim they have no wiggle room as far as price, and will disrespect you every chance they getWhen you are trying to sell a car thousands of dollars more than what other dealerships are selling it for and double than what it costs to build, there's wiggle room!!! Especially when you are trying to buy two vehicles at once!!! The GM is a jokeShe will say she is going to help you but she will ignore you to the fullest and use staff to help her avoid youShe will then *** you off on someone elseHow she got in her position, one could assume because she isn't helpful at getting cars sold or customer service! AgainGo somewhere else, this place isn't worth it!

Yes, everything was received

We went to HONDA marysville on Sept to look for their cheapest car which I found on their website coz we only need basic car and we cant afford too much so we told the salesperson , we dont need add ons.I didnt have any credit history yet at that time so I expected the 23% interest they gave me.That was the first big purchase I ever had so I didnt how it works and I would expect for them to explain what are the charge and how it works for financing.Instead they had me signed all the papers and made me feel like theyre doing me a favor that they approved me of the loan.So I didnt ask coz I trusted them(very wrong move))So I signed the papers. The car only cozt 3800, but they added extended care for $and GAP for 650.WE found it out few months afterOkay its fine, Ill pay for it, I might need them.Just last month, after months having the car, we needed the extended care help coz the car stopped. The company' name is "WYNN"(please avoid them)..They gave us all the reasons, bottomline they wont help. The car isnt working as the engine stopped and were stuck with loan and we dont have a car!Win win!I dont write bad reviews if it makes sense, but this...I shouldve known better..Just didnt expect coz theyre nice people, but very heartless..They think people go there has all the money to waste...Learned the hardway

Advertised a vehicle on Saturday November 19th that did not arrive to their facility until Wednesday November 23rd at pm the day before Thanksgiving The evening the 23rd I went to the dealership to see the vehicle and test drove I explained to the salesman (MrR***) I could not start the paperwork since my wife was not involved and being a $investment this would be something she needs to be involved with I asked what I could do to secure the vehicle since I was going out of town to take of my parents and MrR*** stated to go on line and pre cert for the loan, and file it with his name I also asked him for a workup sheet for the vehicle to show my wife On Thanksgiving day I completed the required documentation that MrR*** stated and also sent him an email stated such I received a call on December 3rd from Mr R*** stating they had sold the vehicle to an employee of Honda Marysville I have written a letter to Jeff P***, General Manager for Honda

I am temporarily rejecting this response pending feedback received from AHMC

*oday along with our Finance Director *** *** and we are in process of getting the two inquiries to her credit removed It would be important to note however that the first time her credit was pulled was from an online application that she submitted on Dec 24th ( I will send a separate scan that has a copy of the disclaimer given to all customers before they submit indicating that credit will be pulled if they continue ) It was also run again on the 27th when she was in the dealership trying to buy a car Although I do not feel any of our representatives did anything wrong I did agree that we would fill out the necessary paperwork and submit it to get the inquiry removed My cell is best if you need to reach me for more info - - *** At this point this is resolved so please let me know if any other documentation is needed please Thanks, ***
