I have contacted the customer to review situation and help process the refundI will update the Revdex.com once I speak with the customer

Jeff P***, General Manager, returned Revdex.com's call and advised that the consumer received his refund check for his warranty last week and acknowledged receipt via email

I apologize for all the trouble that we created for Mr. [redacted]. I have attached a copy that shows his reimbursement check was mailed out and was cashed on 07/14/2015 and below you will see where the registration & title work was mailed out on 07/13/2015. I have also reached out to Mr. [redacted]...

so please let me know if you need anything else from me to close this complaint. Mr. [redacted]- when you get a moment, would you please verify that you have received the check and title info? I’m so sorry for all the trouble, please let me know if there is anything you need.

Honda Marysville is at fault here, corrected title has been sent to the customer.

yes sorry I thought this was closed. I did receive a paper stating they sent the paper in an it looks like the situation has been handled... unfortunately no one from that business ever owned up to the mistake or apologized to me or really made it right but... I believe the case is closed based on the paper I received.

working to schedule a meeting with John this week at the dealership. Will update notes once date has been confirmed.

When I purchased the car on 2-16-2016 I gave the sales manager a Notice To Dealer letter from State Farm Bank indicating that they needed to be listed as the lien holder on the title. The letter listed the lending bank's address to be written on the title. I made a copy of this Notice To Dealer before leaving home to make the purchase. I sent another copy of this notice to their finance director on 6-18-2016 when I returned the original incorrect title, in hopes of having it corrected.  It is a lie that I didn't give this information to Honda Marysville at the time of purchase. This has been an extremely negative experience for me due to their prolonged neglect to remedy their mistake and then trying to suggest the mistake was mine.  I will expect the corrected title by Friday, July 22nd, 2016.

To Whom it may concern,We have been in contact with the customer since June and have spoken to her today as well. She brought a cashiers check for the car and forgot to inform us that there was a lein on the car. We have corrected the issue and the customer will have the title by...

Contrary to Honda Marysville statement that they would contact me concerning this issue and provided a refund I have not been contacted by them.

I have sent an email to the customer as we will work to resolve the needed vehicle he is looking for right away.

Good Afternoon- Today I left a message to speak with [redacted] on the issues at the dealership. I have also asked the companies who owe the refunds to expedite them and will be following up on that tomorrow .

exchanged several voicemails with Alex. [redacted] and I have agreed to disagree at this point. I will continue to research the issues with the XM-Sirrus information with Honda.

I am contacting you concerning my case being close. I received an email on Sunday stating the case was closed due to no additional response sent by me. I responded two times with the emails that was sent and have not heard a word since then. My last received email from Revdex.com was on 12/20/2016.

I am rejecting this response because:  We are still playing telephone tag (left him voice mail 9:10 am today) and I have not as yet talked in detail with the Honda Marysville General Manager.
Regards, [redacted]
