After she stole the car from the dealership, the police visited her in jail for a different matter During this visit, the police relayed to her that we would return her deposit if she would return the car She declined this offer Since then, the car has been returned and I have tried to contact her regarding the deposit[redacted]

This consumer stated she was approved a loan with her bank,We allowed her to take the car to the bank, however when she came back she said she could not get the loan from her bankWe did allow her to keep the car while we worked on trying to get her financed a loanWe could not get any loan approvals on our end , and the consumer had to return the car I did try to reach this consumer to discuss this issue,however she has never returned my call

Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: I don't want to deal with Honda of Frontenac doing anymore work on my vehicle that does not involve regular maintenance workI want to take my vehicle to the place I know that does the [redacted] protection I asked for and that was promised to meIf Honda of Frontenac is still going to honor the specified protection plan that was promised, they can call [redacted] and speak to Mr [redacted] in finance and have him to set up for me to take my vehicle there since I no longer trust the workmanship of Honda of Frontnac nor do I desire to leave my vehicle or be placed in another loaner vehicle due to the issues I previously had issues withThere is $that was overpaid to me from Honda of Frontenac and if they don't want to pay the $for the coating, they can grant me to keep the $and I'll pay the $difference even though that wasn't the agreement from Honda of Frontenac Sincerely, [redacted] ***

At the time of purchase by Ms [redacted] , the air-conditioning was not working which we did fix She had the car and drove it for about months and the a/c stopped working again Unfortunately, Ms [redacted] wants us top fix it again but we are a Honda dealer and do not service BMW's So, it would have to be sent to an authorized BMW service repair business We want to send it to the original repair facility who serviced the a/c the first time so they can inspect and fix if the a/c was not repaired properly initiallyIf Ms [redacted] agrees to this service arrangement, if it is determined that the a/c is not working due to a different/new problem then what it had been serviced at the time of purchase , then she will be financially responsible for the service and repairs

Again, no mention of a problem with the air conditioning. Since the vehicle was purchased 7 months ago, we don't feel that it was something that was a problem at time of delivery, or something that we should take care of now.

I am rejecting this response because:1.) The document attached is what I signed. 2.) At no time...

did anyone tell me (or my son) that they were adding $2502 to the cost of the auto.3.) Never did we receive anything that indicated that we were being charged for an extended warranty.  4.) We were signing on a pad in the office and we never received any documents while we were in the office.  5.) I told them I was not comfortable with not seeing what I was signing.  6) I don't want it cancelled and the payment remaining the same, I want the loan done right. 7) The principal should be 17,188, I don't know where 19800 came from.  Even taking away $2502 it is wrong.  8) To-date I have still not received anything showing I signed for $2502.This is criminal.  I don't know how this dollar amount got to [redacted].  The paperwork all shows $17,188.

If Honda of Frontenac is still going to honor the specified protection plan that was promised, they can call [redacted] and speak to Mr. [redacted] in finance and have him to set up for me to take my vehicle there since I no longer trust the workmanship of Honda of Frontnac nor do I desire to leave my vehicle or be placed in another loaner vehicle due to the issues I previously had issues with. There is $300.00 that was overpaid to me from Honda of Frontenac and if they don't want to pay the $499.00 for the coating, they can grant me to keep the $300.00 and I'll pay the $199.99 difference even though that wasn't the agreement from Honda of Frontenac.
