We have contacted the customer, repaired her car, provided all paperwork and paid her late fees. She seemed satisfied.

We were contacted once on 5/18/15 and Honda of Frontenac left message that they had the title and other necessary paperwork and would either make available for pick-up or mail to us. We chose to pick-up on 5/19/15. Our claim has been satisfied.

This consumer stated she was approved a loan with her bank,We allowed her to take the car to the bank, however when she came back she said she could not get the loan from her bank. We did allow her to keep the car while we worked on trying to get her financed a loan. We could not get any loan...

approvals on our end , and the consumer had to return the car . I did try to reach this consumer to discuss this issue,however she has never returned my call.

I do not accept the apology. He only said he would talk with [redacted] about this. This seems fairly useless as ive seen multiple complaints about this salesman online. Obviously, he needs some additional training. If they wanted to resolve this, they could at the bare minimum send me some VW floor mats. The ones we bought at [redacted] as [redacted] rudely suggested do not fit well... Also, I did not want an apology from [redacted]. [redacted] should take that responsibility by at least writing an email.

01/02/2018: Mediator sent consumer email requesting update.01/02/2018: I didn’t get the work done anywhere else because the price on the interior and exterior protection price went up. I never called Honda of Frontenac back either. Just to let you know, the overpayment wasn’t resolved either. I’m just an honest woman and wanted to wait on you alls response. I still would like the [redacted] protection done since that’s what I originally asked to be done because what they did caused more issues concerning my fabric inside my vehicle and dulling around my outer window seals where they used regular wax instead of the protection product I initially asked for. That’s all I want but, [redacted] only goes to certain locations. 01/04/2018: Mediator provided consumer with update. 01/04/2018: Thank you so much. I need him to get in touch with the company, X[redacted] (misspelled sorry), so they can put in on. I trust only that companies product. I told [redacted] that when he promised to ave it done in the beginning. I’ll call him and see what’s said. I just don’t want to get the run around again. Again, thank you so much. I called [redacted] this pastThursday the 12thand left him a message along with the name of the Correct product/service I told him about when I was purchasing my Honda Civic and I still haven’t heard back from him. I’m just keeping you informed. Again thank you for handling my claim. 01/16/2018: I just called [redacted] and told him about the product I originally asked for. He said he would apply whatever they put on my vehicles seats and I let him know that I need paperwork on the work done in case anything happened and he said he would provide paperwork and I let him know that you noticed they, (Honda of Frontenac), only put regular wax on my car and I didn’t ask for that. He didn’t deny it and stated that the coating these companies put on the exterior and exterior of the vehicle is just a warranty. No offense but that coating was less harmful to my car that I traded in because with my new car, it looks a touch dull after they applied the regular wax and my rubber trim has white residue on it that’s hard to get out. I’m only informing you of this so you’ll know what’s going on. I gave [redacted] the name and number of the company, [redacted], so he can call them for pricing. He said he would give me the money and I can take it to where they do it. I don’t know what’s going to happen next but I will keep you informed. I also was very honest with him about that overpayment of $300 and that would come off the price of the [redacted]. I just called and text him because he hasn't gotten back with me yet. I need it done soon because my father passed away yesterday morning and I will have to transport people in my vehicle and go through some harsh weather. Thank you for staying in touch.  I really appreciate you. 01/23/2018: This is [redacted] hasn’t gotten back with me about this case. I’ve left him 2 messages today and he is in the office today. I’m losing my patience but I’m going to let you all handle this. Again I appreciate your help and I pray this is handled soon. I will not buy from them again nor have my vehicle serviced there. I know they are not just focused on my problem but, that’s bad business they’re doing. This is my vehicle. I washed it this pastSundayand I still couldn’t get the white residue off the black rubber trim that they put on there from regular wax instead of having professionals do it and having the [redacted] done. Now I won’t accept anything other than what I mentioned. I just feel like because I’m a woman or someone who isn’t spending money on the top of the line vehicle as well as who knows the difference, that I was being played for stupid and that’s what I don’t care for. I apologize for my words but they need to do better. 01/23/2018: I did speak to [redacted]. I really do like this Honda Dealership. This is the second car I’ve purchased from them. 01/29/2018: I told him I have to make the appointment first. The customer purchased a vehicle in 2014 and it was towed in to us a year and half later. After inspection, it was determined it needed a new motor. Our salesman tried to finance another vehicle for the customer, but was unsuccessful. The customer can contact us and we can try to place her into...

After filing the complaint Honda of Frontenac finally reimbursed us for the work they should have done in the first place.  That is all we were asking from the beginning. We find that resolution acceptable.for complaint ID [redacted].

At the time of purchase by Ms. [redacted], the air-conditioning was not working which we did fix.  She had the car and drove it for about 4 months and the a/c stopped working again.  Unfortunately, Ms. [redacted] wants us top fix it again but we are a Honda dealer and do not service...

BMW's.  So, it would have to be sent to an authorized BMW service repair business.  We want to send it to the original repair facility who serviced the a/c the first time so they can inspect and fix if the a/c was not repaired properly initially. If Ms. [redacted] agrees to this service arrangement, if it is determined that the a/c is not working due to a different/new problem then what it had been serviced at the time of purchase , then she will be financially responsible for the service and repairs.

After she stole the car from the dealership,  the police visited her in jail for a different matter.  During this visit, the police relayed to her that we would return her deposit if she would return the car.  She declined this offer.  Since then, the car has been returned and I...
