I have reviewed the response submitted by the business and have determined that the response does satisfy my issues and/or concerns in reference to complaint #[redacted]. I understand that by choosing to accept the business response that my complaint will be closed as resolved. On a side note, I confirmed with the business that I still wanted the items shipped but yet the business just refunded the money, leaving me with no items and having wasted more than a month waiting.

Greetings [redacted],I have spoken with the Parts Department regarding your purchase and your concerns. While I can understand that you are frustrated with your purchase. However, our Return Policy is clearly written on the website. Which includes but is not limited to the following details: There...

is no return on the following parts or condition of parts: • Parts that are installed, damaged (except as damaged by a freight carrier),• Part received by you over 30 days ago,• Electrical part of any kind except in the case where we deem them uninstalled or the part is in a factory sealed bag.• Parts must be in brand new, undamaged, clean, uninstalled, and resalable condition. • Any kits must be complete.• All original factory packaging must be intact and returned with the part (ie bagged parts must have bag, boxed parts must have box etc).As already offered by the Department Manager we can either send the part back to your at your expense or we can discard the part (under American Honda  Manufacturer guidelines we can not resale, reuse or return this unsealed and opened electrical item).If you would like to discuss this situation further please feel free to contact the Parts Department Manager or myself at [email protected] Regards,[redacted]

I have reviewed the response submitted by [redacted] from Honda Village and have determined that the response does satisfy my issues and/or concerns in reference to complaint #[redacted]. I understand that by choosing to accept the business response that my complaint will be closed as resolved. I look forward to coming in to the dealership soon and possibly switching into a 2015 [redacted] to swap with the 2013 [redacted] as long as the numbers work.
