Deceptive, unresponsive, unprofessional
I got a call from this company in December 2019 using their deceptive past Hilton Honors guest spiel. I listened and decided to get the package which included 2 vacations in the next year.

FAST FORWARD 4 MONTHS: COVID-19 grips the world and travel (especially to Europe and Asia ... which this package offered trips to) is HALTED. Most travel companies are allowing cancellations or offering extensions. I am high risk and will not be traveling anywhere in the near future. I call this company numerous times to seek a resolution. NO ONE ANSWERED. I sent emails. NO ONE ANSWERED. I thought the company had gone out of business! In late May, I reached out to American Express to file a dispute. They left the dispute open for a month because they tried to get into contact with them as well. NO ONE RESPONDED!

In mid-July, I get cryptic email saying "Due to your recent dispute we have filed a lawsuit in your county as well as the business'

Good day!"

I called customer service immediately and they said it came from the legal department. I was floored. I could not believe that their legal department would send me such an unprofessional email (see attached). Attached you will see my initial email in April and their response TODAY! No response to my email seeking resolution ... just a lawsuit in my county and against WHAT BUSINESS??? If this is the type of treatment they give customers during a global pandemic, then I do not want any goods, service or trips from this company. They are obviously scam artists!

Desired Outcome

This company has no grounds to file a lawsuit against me when they have been unresponsive for the past 3 months ... to me and my credit card company.

Guest agreed and signed a non refundable purchase. We have resolved with bank and is in our favor.

Customer Response • Jul 29, 2020

(The consumer indicated he/she DID NOT accept the response from the business.)
My bank has said no such thing, so I guess that is what matters. As a paying customer, I expect customer service. When I had an issue, no one ever responded so that contract is null and void!! No payment for no service. For months I reached out, my bank reached out with no response. We assumed the company went under and why the dispute was ruled in my favor. I don't want anything to do with this company. I can't imagine my trip with this company would be pleasurable. After this incident, I don't want their vacation, don't want their high pressure sales pitch. I want nothing to do with this company.

They never even replied to my email about their lawsuit that was in broken English.

The company is VIP concierge services / Honors rewards Club. They lie to represent as hilton rewards club / diamond resorts and ask for payments.
The company is VIP concierge services ( / Honors rewards Club. They lie to represent as Hilton rewards club / diamond resorts and ask for payments. They have charged $650 on my account for 2 vacation packages. On giving them a call back, it goes to voice mail and the number they called from is out of service.

I would like to get my refund. The masked number they called from is *** , ***) and their callback number is ***.

I have the phone call recording available to present it as a proof.

They have stolen personal details from other service providers like hilton / marriot.

Desired Outcome

Full refund on the charged amount is requested on my account. Take me off from their calling list.

I was contacted via cell phone by this company with an offer for a discounted travel. The sales rep. communicated he was with Hilton Honors Program.
I was contacted on Thursday 05/14/2020 with an offer for a vacation package. The sales rep had all of my contact information, cell phone number and email address. The sales representative had mis represented himself as a member of Hilton Honors Program. I am a Diamond level Hilton member and I had purchased vacations through Hilton previously, so I did not realize this was not the same company, from the phone conversation. However, when I reviewed the confirmation email, I quickly realized that this company was not Hilton by the receipt that was emailed to me.

Reciept shows the offer account, and this was paid over the phone with my *** card. I have contacted *** to dispute the charges, and I have emailed the company to provide me a refund. I will attempt to call them on Monday 05/18 and get the charges reversed.

Desired Outcome

I would like a full refund for the purchase, and I would prefer to NEVER be contacted again by this solicitor.

Guest agreed to the terms of our offer. No refunds can be rewarded through Revdex.com - must call the compnay to request. Complaint will not help refund as there are no refunds!

Paid for 2 All Inclusive Vacations. Company did not follow through with verbal agreement and refuses to refund our $535.
Dollar Amt: $535
Purchase date: Dec. 28, 2019

Description of Problem: Paid for 2 All-Inclusive Vacation Package and company refuses to give a refund
Package purchased December 27th, 2019 (credit card charged on Dec 28) from Honors Reward Resort AKA VIP Concierge (Per Credit Card Statement) via a verbal discussion on phone call. We were told our only commitment was to listen to a vacation timeshare sales pitch lasting about 2-3 hours on 1 day for each trip.
o We were verbally told that we paid for 2 All Inclusive Vacation Packages good for up to 3 years. I specially asked about potential blackout dates and hidden fees or additional charges and they told me there were none.
On December 28th, 2019, I received an email from *** thanking us for our business and it came with 3 attachments to include: (1) Referral Program Honor Club 1 page letter (2) Thank you letter - 1 page (3) Welcome letter - 1 page. We NEVER received a contract or invoice for our purchase as stated in the email. The email and 3 attachments we received are attached to this letter.
I called February 12, 2020 at 12:48 (8 minute conversation) to inquire about the process of booking our vacations.
On February 25, 2020, I called to book a vacation to Lake Tahoe (The Welk Resort) for December 28-Jan 1.
o The representative told me that I had to pay a $299 upgrade fee; which is not consistent with the verbal agreement.
o I questioned this and told them what I was told when I booked the vacations and that I requested them to review the original phone conversation, which they claim they kept. The representative elevated this to her Supervisor named *** (X-XXX-XXX-XXXX).
*** called me on March 4, 2020 to discuss additional fees and she agreed to review the phone call and would call me back within a couple days. That never happened.
I called on March 9, 2020 and *** said they were still reviewing it. In the meantime, I went ahead and booked the second vacation to Hilton Head SC (Park Lane Suites) for July 6-10. She transferred me to another agent to discuss waiving the fee for the Lake Tahoe vacation. I was sent to a voicemail in which I left a detailed message. I never heard back.
o *** said I would be getting a email confirmation for the Hilton Head SC booking. That never happened.
I called again on March 17, 2020 to check on both bookings. *** said they were still reviewing the phone call in regards to the upgrade fee ($299) for Lake Tahoe trip. I also asked about the confirmation for South Carolina booking and she asked if I paid the Holiday fee. I questioned this fee also and at this point I started questioning the validity of the company and wanted a refund since we have no signed contract and their demonstrated lack of professionalism. I was transferred to the refund department and spoke with a representative named ***. He said that the all-inclusive packages did not include trips in North America and that Holiday fees were in my contract. I proceeded to tell him that I didn't receive a contract. The conversation did not go well and after further discussions that reduced to condescending verbiage and the conversation ended.
I began researching the company and found not 1 positive experience or evidence that anyone had a successful trip or experience with this outfit. Everything I found was negative and had very similar experiences as what I explained. They are not accredited by the Revdex.com, in fact the Revdex.com has an open file (X-XX-XX) ***
I decided to call them one last time to resolve with them before filing a dispute with Capital One. I called them on 3/18/20 and the representative documented what I said and she said she would send it to refund department and I would hear something within 24-48 hours. I heard nothing.

Desired Outcome

We did not sign a contract. We are requesting a full refund of $535.00

This company uses fraudulent selling practices and leads you to believe they are Hilton Honors Rewards Program. They are NOT!
This company fraudulently advised me when they called to thank me for being a loyal Hilton honors rewards program member and told me they had a vacation package to sell me. As I have bought many Hilton Honors vacation packages in the past, I proceeded to pay them for two stays. When I went to call them 2 months later to make the reservation during business hours, there was no answer and I was asked to leave a message. Because Hilton Honors is available 24x7, I researched this company and found that it was a fraud. The vacation locations in Mexico look like 1 star resorts that I would never fly to stay at. I called and left a message and *** called me and I advised him that he fraudulently sold me this package and asked for a refund and he hung up on me. I filed a claim with my bank, ***, and he produced a contract that I allegedly signed 2 montgs after he stole my money, and they will not refund my money. I am told that Hilton does not sell its member list. I was told by my bank that this company goes by the name VIP Concierge BUT I never knew that as the only name they send you emails and communications from us Honor Rewards Resorts and their email address domain is ***, all of this is to mislead people and fraudulently take their money.

Desired Outcome

I want a full refund of the *** paid.

Honor Rewards Resorts Response • Mar 24, 2020

Guest has already received a full refund as well as information sent to collections as derogatory.

Customer Response • Apr 01, 2020

(The consumer indicated he/she DID NOT accept the response from the business.)
I have not received a full refund from this company. I have received a temporary credit from my bank for this disputed claim. My bank informed me that it has sent an inquiry to this company and received no response. Therefore, my bank is continuing its investigation based on my input that it is a fraudulent company.

If this company intends to give me a full refund, it should respond to my bank and credit the funds back to my account. Additionally, I want to know what this part of their response means, "as well as information sent to collections as derogatory."

Since this company does not appear to be properly licensed by the Department of Justice Seller of Travel license, which is required in the United States.

I will be emailing a copy of the Revdex.com's file relating to this business to assist the bank with my claim.

What happens with my claim if this company never responds?

Thank you

Never heard of this customer.. Please be sure she is writing the correct review for the right company

This company is a SCAM!!!! Do not book with them. I cannot believe Hilton would allow their name to be associated with such a terrible company.
I was called by this company to offer me a vacation due to the fact I previously attended a Hilton timeshare seminar. They gave their sales pitch and the representative I spoke with was told I needed a 2 bedroom for the amount of people I needed to bring with me. He advised for an additional fee I could do this. THIS WAS THE ONLY REASON I AGREED TO THE PACKAGE!!! When I go to book, now all of a sudden I can't get anyone to help me, everyone says they will call you back and never do. When I finally got someone to help me book now everything that was sold to me in the very beginning is not the case. I cannot book the 2nd room as I was told and apparently every place I was trying to go was booked up months out. Every person I called and spoke to gave a different version of the story. I finally got fed up with the absolute WORST service I have ever experienced and asked to cancel and get my money back. I spoke to a "Manager" *** ext *** who said my money would be refunded and I would get an email. days go by, no email and no refund. I call back and she says she is speaking to *** at ext *** who is another "manager" and he was processing the refund and I would get the email in 24 hours to confirm. Still no email and no refund. I call again and she tells me she is getting me over to some other "manager" at the same ext *** by the name of *** (don't think that is his real name). *** then comes on rude as can be and basically tells me the package I have is non refundable. When I try to explain to him everything that went on he would not listen and then when I asked to speak to someone above him eh said there was no one. I asked if he was the owner of the company and he said yes he was. I asked for some verifying info to show me he was the owner and he said he did not have to give that to me. This place is a scam and only wanted to get your money. I wish I would have done more research before giving them my money. I just assumed because they said they were associated with Hilton and new about my other timeshare presentation they would be legit. I WANT MY MONEY BACK due to false sales and the people at the company lying to get a sale.

Desired Outcome

I need a refund of the *** I spent with you all as you lied on the original sake when I was very clear about what I needed and you all said you would be able to accommodate it. Had I know I would not get what I asked for from the very first call I would have NEVER booked with you.

Honor Rewards Resorts Response • Mar 24, 2020

Guest will not be able to receive refund due to complaint. We are able to travel guest so long as able to follow terms that guest agreed upon when purchased.

Company lead me to believe they were associated with Hilton Honors, which is a lie.
I am disputing my claim due to the purchase being a company acting in a fraudulent manner.

I received a phone call on November 29 from a company selling me a vacation package based on my last stay with Hilton. The company said that they were reaching out due to my stay with Hilton and due to my honors status with Hilton and have an honors package for me. I am very familiar with this as I've done a few time share presentations with Hilton and thought it was something similar. After hearing the offer over the phone, I decided to move forward with the Hilton Honors Travel Package.

I then received an email confirmation with a DocuSign asking me to sign the contract after paying $400 via the phone. The Confirmation email and DocuSign came from Honor Rewards Resorts. This company misrepresented themselves to me as Hilton Honors. I have never heard of Honors Rewards Resorts and am extremely disappointed in the poor business practices.

I've called from two different phones roughly 15 times trying to get a hold of an individual on the line, and it's extremely difficult to get a hold of anyone. The company stated they've tried to get a hold of me, but I have found that not to be the case. I do have one voicemail from them, but my phone never rang when they called and it went straight to my voicemail due to my phone set up and my being on the national do not call registry since 2008.

Honors Rewards has sent me a DocuSign contract to sign for the package that I have yet to sign. This was sent on November 29 and I refuse to sign as the company misrepresented themselves.

On Wednesday, December 4, I filed a complaint with the FTC under reference XXXXXXXXX due to this company being fraudulent.

I'm also working on disputing this with my credit card company as this company employs the bait and switch sales method. Horrible to take advantage of people the way they do.

Desired Outcome

The only acceptable resolution is a full refund of *** I should ask for more with all the time that's been wasted dealing with these frauds, but a full refund will suffice.

Honor Rewards Resorts Response • Mar 24, 2020

Guest is able to travel and we are able to fulfill vacation promised.
Guest also already received full refund and we find this complaint to be a form harassment.
All info will now be sent to collections as derogatory

Customer Response • Mar 27, 2020

(The consumer indicated he/she DID NOT accept the response from the business.)
I do not accept this response for the following reasons:

1) Vacation will not be fulfilled as promised due to the company not being associated with Hilton Honors. They misrepresented themselves as Hilton, and with them not being a Hilton organization, will never be able to fulfill vacation as promised.

2) No refund has been received by this company. I've been in a three month battle with my credit card company trying to get reimbursed and still have not been reimbursed. Again, this is false information put onto this website. Please do not lie to the general public stating that a reimbursement has been given when it has not.

3) There has been no derogatory communication. Honors Rewards misrepresented themselves as a Hilton Honors organization and I am requesting a refund due to coercion and illegal sales tactics.

Honor Rewards Resorts Response • Apr 03, 2020

Guest received his money back - this complaint is form of harassment and very unfair - Please remove

Customer Response • Apr 06, 2020

(The consumer indicated he/she DID NOT accept the response from the business.)
I do not accept this response for the following reason:

I contacted my credit card company, American Express, on Friday, April 3 in regards to my credit card dispute.

On Friday, April 3, American Express let me know that at this time, the vendor, Honors Rewards, have not submitted a refund. They stated it can take up to 10 business days to reflect, but I have not seen it reflect, nor has American Express, at this time.

Honor Rewards - Please let me know the exact date the refund was submitted and I can continue to share the information with American Express.

It has taken over 30 days to receive a confirmation when in my contract states 7 business days.
I called January 30th of 2020 where I made a reservation for the black fox lodge in Tennessee. I was told that day within 7 to 10 business days I would receive a call and email to confirm my stay. I obviously can not book any other details as flight and car rental until my stay can be confirmed. so I actually waited till the 21st and called again where they stated they have no idea it still shows pending they would call the hotel and return a call with the detail later the 21st. That call never happened I called the 24th and still no information I asked what is going on and they are costing me more money because in their contract which I have states 7 business days and its been over 30 days. I asked to speak to a manager and I received a gentlemen by the name *** that was rude and condescending who told me not their problem that its taking past the allotted time on their contract and told me I will receive no money back period. Call the back or who ever you need to because you still wont get your money back and they'll be speaking to me and ill make sure you get nothing back. Which was called today the 26th and they still have no information they could care less.

Desired Outcome

If this is the type of business I get to deal with for family memories of vacation I would like the complete money I have given this company. I spent a *** on the package to receive 2 trips and recently while trying to bok one of those trips an additional *** which allowed me to see they have no regard or care about the time spent and things needed to book a trip where they would think its ok to keep someone on the hook and waiting for 30 days.

I was misled to buy their package over the phone and did not sign any contract. Now they do not want to issue a refund and giving me run around.
I have been called by this company as being Hilton affiliates and offered me a package since I have attended Hilton time share presentation in past (Don't know how would they receive my contact info and details!).Offered me a vacation deals in costa rica and Bali with all inclusive Hilton properties. I have purchased the package over the phone and received the email on 02/22 and there was no mention of non-refundable package.I was assured that I will have time to go to website and review the hotels and sign the contract. I have received an email to electronically signed the contract and I have checked their website and did not find any hilton hotels in the destinations I wanted to travel. I called them to cancel and requested full refund. They have transferred me to internal department multiple times and told me someone will get back to me. No one called. I have called them on 02/26 again and they transferred me to same agent who sold me the package and he tried to justify that the only property they have in Costa Rica is good even though its not Hilton and denied the cancellation. I have requested multiple time to cancel over the call and Agent kept telling me to take vacation, sell it or not use it and there will be no refund even though I have not signed contract and have been calling multiple times to cancel. The only reason I purchased this package was to go to Costa Rica at Hilton all inclusive property and they dont have one on their list and they are not remotely affiliated with Hilton.
I am filing a complaint here to get the full refund.

Desired Outcome

The full refund of charges they made on my credit card and remove me from their call list.

Honor Rewards Resorts Response • Mar 17, 2020

We will not be able to assist this guest regarding a refund - he is outside of the 7 day refund period and the vacation can be fulfilled. Once complaint is resolved we can assist further.

I purchased this "timeshare" product after being called in Dec.2019. This company has NOT made good on anything they "promised". A pure fraud
Since Purchasing in Dec 2019 I've tried multiple times to book and have been told I'm confirmed only to find out from the "resort" that I was NOT. After countless call and lies from the likes of *** ( the "manager") and "***" .. another alleged manager They agreed to refund my money and voluntarily agreed to do so because as *** stated I'm not the type of customer they want. They're practices are fraudulent and they are liars. I'm just wanting my money back. The FULL amount.
They need to be shut down for being dishonest. Please help me get my money back. It's a problem when customers are lied to and told they are confirmed only to find out from the resort that such is NOT the case. I just want my money back in full.

Desired Outcome

They "***" after arguing with me repeatedly told me he was going to refund my money and i haven't gotten it yet. Please help with getting my refund

Honor Rewards Resorts Response • Mar 02, 2020

THIS GUEST IS CONFIRMED FOR TRAVEL!!!! This guest booked and is confired for requested location. Guest is traveling over holiday time and did not want to pay holiday fees per resort, and we still booked stay for guest.. Paid everything on her behalf to where our company LOST MONEY SO WE CAN UNSURE THAT GUEST REMAINS HAPPY. We will file a lawsuit against guest for the money we have lost from her reservation. We will also send all other info to collections as derogatory. We will not stand for this. This guest is a fraud and a scam.

Customer Response • Mar 03, 2020

(The consumer indicated he/she DID NOT accept the response from the business.)
They haven't said anything other than trying to "sue" me. If I'm so fraudulent then just pay me my money! That's the ONLY SOLUTION! The last rep I spoke to literally said to me I wasn't a fit, he was cancelling the reservation that the resort themselves couldn't find and that he was giving me my money back. I guess that makes the 5th lie they've told. They are the fraud and I simply want my money back! Yesterday I got an email from DocuSign showing they revoked my "agreement" with that being said.. REFUND MY MONEY!

They misrepresented themselves as Hilton Grand Resorts for HHonors Members. They scammed me for *** & never responded to me to discuss cancellation.
On 10/21/19 I got a call from a male saying that he was from Hilton Hotels and, because of my prior travels as a Hilton Honors Rewards member I qualified for this vacation. He seemed to know my past travels and when I said I had just completed one of their timeshare presentations so I didn't think I'd qualify he assured me that I still would qualify for another Hilton package as a VIP member. I have enjoyed my couple of stays with Hilton Grand and, being a single mom with no financial support, the vacation package at that rate was appealing - my 10 yr old son had recently as heart surgery and ear surgery. And I have serious medical issues as well (partially disabled) and have been going through a lot as of late, so I thought it would be a nice getaway for us. I was vulnerable and was taken. I accepted the offer, paid the *** and then he told me I'd have to DocuSign a document (that would be emailed) for it to be valid. This is when I started to get suspicious but thought they must have changed their procedure. After I got off the phone with them, I researched it and found that they, in fact, are NOT associated with Hilton and that they are a fraudulent company called Honor Rewards Resorts who have scammed many people. I called them right then to cancel but was unable to speak to a live person. I left multiple messages but never heard back. When I received their email shortly after, I opened the email and responded - telling them I wanted to cancel and why (I have my email, and several other files to attach as proof of things stated here, but this form seems to only allow one ... I can provide the rest if needed). I DID NOT CLICK START on the docusign contract .... NEVER SIGNED IT! (also shown on the attachment pic). I never received a response from my email either. I opened a dispute with my credit card company but this company (calling themselves VIP Concierge - I NEVER would have even listened to their sales pitch if they had identified themselves as that) lied/sent them a contract insinuating that I had agreed/seen and accepted it. The info about the contract that they referred to in the communication with my credit card had info (like how I could have declined it and other terms) but to get to that info, I would have had to start the docusign process which I clearly didn't want to do .... clearly they are very "good" at their scamming/defrauding and "click-baiting" unsuspecting people. I'm glad I didn't start the docusign because now I have proof via the email that I, in fact, DID NOT sign the contract. But, because they sent the terms of the contract to my credit card company and insinuated that I had been able to read the terms, accept and sign the contract, my credit card company (Barclay) can't help me; this enabling the fraudulent company to scam more people out of their money. Since then, they have called me multiple more times to try their scam on me again .... when I mention that I'd like to speak to someone about the current one I've been scammed into signing up with them about, they hang up on me. They even called me a few minutes ago as I'm typing this information into your form! Truly scandalous. Oh - another interesting fact is that they even misspelled my name. They spelled it Tanta instead of *** ... clearly Tanta doesn't exist so she couldn't have signed the contract anyway! Lol At this point I have a voided contract, no vacation and $500 (plus accrued interest) out of pocket! It is so disturbing that this company is out there with the ability to take so many people for so much money - they apparently have their whole scam down to such a science that they are even providing credit card companies with believable trumped up false contracts (and info only gotten if you've been click-baited and then unable to prove you didn't sign the contract which, fortunately, I didn't fall for). This company HAS TO BE STOPPED!

Desired Outcome

I would like a complete refund. As of now, as I stated above, I'm out not only the *** with a voided contact and no vacation, but I've also been accruing interestvon that *** ... and the vacation, even if it was valid, is NOT the Hilton vacation I thought it was. So a 100% refund is the only resolution I'm seeking.

Purchased a package and trying to make a reservation. They often will take a call but never confirm the reservation.
purchased a 2 vacation package on 3/22/19. I have both called and submitted info to book a package for April many times now. I sometimes get an email saying they are working on it. I have spoken to a person they call the manager whose name is kevin and the receptionist many times now. Kevin took another payment to confirm the site fees last week. They have told me no less than 10X that my confirm will be sent right over. It never comes.
This place is TERRIBLE run!!!!

Desired Outcome

I would like a refund for my base fee of *** and the *** they charged me last week.

Honor Rewards Resorts Response • Jan 20, 2020

Please see emails and correspondence from us and resort - Up until today the resort is still waiting for the guest to accept the terms so they can confirm him. No refund will be issued as the resort is waiting for the guest to accept terms sent in email: IF the guest does not accept terms - How is he going to get confirmed - These emails are from the resort.

I have received absolutely no correspondence from anyone. I have nothing to confirm, never did. I have requested to receive a confirmation no less than 30 times. The information provided here has never been transmitted to offered to me in any manner. I have no way to confirm anything that is not offered to me. It is not in my junk mail, I check that every day too....but nothing ever comes allowing me to confirm.

Guest received refund by disputing we are unsure why the guest is still complaining - however we sent all information regarding correspondence from resort to card company as well as sent all information to collections -

Customer Response • Feb 04, 2020

(The consumer indicated he/she DID NOT accept the response from the business.)
They correctly indicated that the charges were disputed by me and my credit card company. To this day I have received no calls, no emails from this company or their vendor. Anything that has been posted appears to be completely made up in efforts to scam people.

I do not accept that they are sending to collections as that is not an acceptable solution for not keeping their agreement. Again you can see some false/fake correspondence but nothing that indicates a confirmation of any kind by a vendor to meet their commitment. No calls- no email- no letters - nothing

I received an unsolicited phone call and was led to believe person represented Hilton Rewards. Also, I was not properly informed of terms of contract
I have not used any of their services shown on the receipt. I have not accepted or signed their contract. I want a refund of the full amount of *** Purchase date: 1/7/2019, 12:50 pm. Problem date (when requested cancellation): 1/7/2019 2:20 pm

I received an unsolicited phone call on Jan 7 at about 12:40 pm. Like a number of other people who have complained to Revdex.com, I was led to believe the caller represented the Hilton Honors program and was offering a special deal on their resorts. When I mentioned that we had no intention of buying a timeshare, and that we had already had a presentation at the Hilton Hawaiian Village two years ago, he said he was aware of that and that there would be no requirement of attending any sales presentation.

There was no mention during the call that the purchase was not refundable. The Terms and Conditions of the Contract were not available to me at the time my credit card was charged. Further, before the charge was made, I was told I would receive a receipt a contract via email to sign.

After reviewing the contract, I visited the Honors Rewards website and associated resort links and found them not acceptable for several reasons. First, the resorts are not Hilton properties. Second, the requirement of advanced booking (60 days or more) was never mentioned during the call. Moreover, even though the caller asked - and hence knew - my age (73) and my wife's age, he never informed me that there were some properties that had an upper age limit, and therefore were not available to us (some sites in Florida list a maximum age of 70, others of 72).

The Honors Rewards Resorts website displays a 100% Satisfaction Guaranteed logo. I am not satisfied until I receive a full refund applied to my credit card.

Finally, my credit card account was charged at 12:51 pm on Jan 7, and I called back 2:20 pm on the same day to tell them the contract was not acceptable, that I would not sign it and that I wanted a full refund. I did not sign or return the contract to them.

After numerous calls to their office, with promises that someone would call me back but never did, I am now (Jan 9) filing a complaint.

Desired Outcome

The only acceptable resolution is a full refund.

Honor Rewards Resorts offers all inclusive stays Honor Rewards Resorts does not have one word of Hilton in it. We offer 5 star resorts Hilton does not have one 5 star resort or hotel to offer. It is not hard to separate the two. The only reason any guest is offered this promotion is due their past TOUR WITH HILTON, MARRIOTT WESTGATE SUMMER BAY SANDOS OR OTHER VARIOUS mini vac vacation offers. Their information was resold and they were offered this promotion due their past tour. We are unable to assist this guest any further until this compkaint is resolved

This is a totally inadequate response. The main point is that I was told on the phone that I would receive via email a document to docu-sign and that I had to sign and return the document for the agreement to be in effect. I did receive the document BUT I NEVER SIGNED OR RETURNED IT. Hence, there is no agreement andk they have absolutely no right to the funds they charged to my credit card.

Guest is refunded we are unsure why the guest is complaining and harrassing us

(The consumer indicated he/she ACCEPTED the response from the business.)
I would hardly say I am harassing them - this is the first time I was told that they refunded the money. They never responded to my efforts to directly contact them. But the refunding of the funds satisfies my complaint.

Deceptive sales tactics misrepresenting they were Hilton Honors Vacation. Sold vacation package under false representation.
On 1/08/2019 I received a call from a salesman misrepresenting they were from Hilton Honors Vacation. The salesman had all of my private information; i.e. name, phone number, address, email, and even where I vacationed with Hilton last year. They were offering me a discounted vacation package just as Hilton does. The salesman were *** and *** Once I expressed I was interested to the first sales rep he transferred me to the next one who was supposedly a manager who went over some of the details of the package like location, how many, and cost. He lowered the cost with a "managers discount" to a total of $435. After a few questions about the locations and terms of booking, I agreed to the package think I was buying a Hilton Vacation package. I was given the contract number HRRXXXXX-XXX and a number to call for booking (XXXX-XXX-XXXX). I was told a would receive an email confirmation with package details. He then transferred me to another gentleman who confirmed my credit card information and once I agreed to the package with him, the phone was disconnected which I thought was odd. Several minutes later my card was charged. I checked my email and no package details email. I decided to call the number back to ask some questions and see where the email was and why my card was charged before I received anything. When the customer service rep picked up, she said it was Honors rewards resort NOT Hilton Honors. I asked her if this was Hilton and she said we represent multiple properties. I asked again and she again gave a vague answer. I explained I thought this was Hilton and am not comfortable with with this and would like to speak with someone about this. She said someone would call me back shortly and then hung up. I then went on looked at their website and saw it was in fact NOT Hilton. I then went to the Revdex.com and saw several complaint about the same thing. So I called back two additional times expressing I wanted to cancel and was told the same thing. Someone would call me back and no one does. Once I finally received the email hours later, I replied back to customer service my complaint and wish to cancel. Still nothing. They sent a Docusign contract to sign which I did not. All I want is a refund. I was deceived as were others from the complaints.

Desired Outcome

I just want a refund of the charge and to be put on their do not call list.

Update 1/09/20

Called again today to speak with someone to cancel. The rep who picked up remembered me from yesterday. She asked the same questions to look up my account but this time she tells me she can no longer find my account searching with phone number or name. She says that's odd, puts me on hold and sends me to an extension that goes straight to voicemail. They are obviously playing games and delaying. How convenient they can't find my account but still managed to charge me. They found my account yesterday no problem when they promised someone would call me back. Still no call and no email response. From the looks of other cases filed against them, this is par for the course. I'm sure there are decent people who work there but they work for a company who deceives people out of their hard earned money. It's shameful.

They will not call me back or return emails to schedule what I have paid for - 3 emails, 3 calls.
When they called they implied they were part of Hilton, which I have had a timeshare experience with, so I agreed to try it again. Since purchase they have not responded to 3 calls and 3 emails to schedule this stay. When I did reach someone they would not allow me to book at the hotel that was listed because I was a single woman. This was not explained in the sales pitch. They also never connected me with a manager to work through this miscommunication. When inquiring about other resorts, they tried to charge me hundreds more after already paying $435 for the 4 nights stay. This is truly a scam and bait and switch.

Desired Outcome

I would like my full refund of *** and they should not be able to call people and claim they're associated with Hilton, whom I had a very good experience with before.

I was sold a package. I do not agree with the terms and conditions and have requested a refund. The company has not been cooperative with this process
I was sold a vacation package for *** on 12/28/2019. They led me to believe the company was associated with *** which is why I entertained the call. I did not receive paperwork until after business hours which then stated the purchase was non-refundable. I do not agree with the terms and conditions and have not signed their "contract." I contacted Honor Rewards Resort on 12/30/2019 (the 29th was a Sunday) to request a refund. It says on their own website I am able to receive a refund within 7 business days. I spoke with *** (a manger in Marketing) who said he would look into it and I would receive an update 12/30/2019 by 6pm. I never received a phone call from him and I called again 12/31/2019 and now he is not available.
Purchase Date: 12/28/2019

Desired Outcome

I would like my money refunded.

12/31/2019 was a holiday and our offices were closed. We do not have an automated system that works on our companies behalf during holiday times or on weekends when our offices are closed. We wil be unable to refund until the complaint is resolved and the customer calls during ACTUAL business hours

Customer Response • Jan 10, 2020

I did call during ACTUAL business hours and spoke to the same woman named Stacey multiple times. I have recordings of these interactions just like you do. You only addressed my call on the 31st. Not the 30th when I spoke with Stacey and Kevin and was told I would be receiving a call back by the end of THAT day. I called again on the 1st and 2nd after I submitted this complaint so try again.

Honor Rewards Resorts Response • Jan 16, 2020

Deceptive sales presentation misleading you to believe that this company is part of the Hilton Honors Program. Poor customer service.
On 12-26-2019 I purchased a vacation package from Honor Rewards Resorts for $535.00.I was misled that they were part of the Hilton Hotels rewards program during there phone presentation(they knew that I had stayed and where with Hilton previously). Upon receiving the terms and conditions from them I refused to sign.I called them the next day and spoke with *** a supposed manager,he said that he would review the tapes and get back to me in a couple hours, never did. Called again on 1-2-2020 and spoke to a different manager and told that the tape was reviewed and that they did not feel that I was misled. He said that he would send me a copy of the tape via email which I have not received.I was not told that the purchase was not refundable and the web site states that satisfaction 100% guaranteed. Well I`m not satisfied and do not want to do business that misleeds its customers.

Desired Outcome

Refund of *** to my visa account ending in *** and remove me from your call list.My customer ID is HRRXXXXXX-XXXX.

To give a complaint instead of calling the manager and resolving there. We are no longer able to assist nor book until this complaint is resolved. The vacation is non refundable and agreed to the terms before charged.

After calling customer service they have agreed to refund the purchase price.

Very misleading business practices. Then you will get the run around. THIS IS NOT A HILTON COMPANY
I was first approached by this company by phone. They appeared to be from Hilton's vacation club and had me under the impression that's exactly who I was dealing with. I was even called a diamond member by the sales representative (my Hilton title). Having purchased multiple vacation packages through HILTON I proceeded with the purchase. It wasn't until I was sent a hotel list I was aware this is NOT Hilton. I called and explained how I thought I was purchasing through Hilton and was under the impression it was a Hilton offer. The manager *** got a refund approved through his boss. Which was supposed to be processed by this morning. Yet no refund. Upon calling 6 times just to get someone on the phone I'm now told the financial department is backed up and *** will be calling me back. No call back today. I was told they would be closing at 6 and have called 22 times today since 4 with no answer. STAY AWAY from this scam! How are they even using the Hilton name when calling customers? As someone else said before they had the exact same experience as me thinking this company was Hilton. Very concerning. I have alerted Hilton corporate. I would like my money refunded as promised without the run around.

Desired Outcome

I would like the refund to be processed that I was told would coming through by ***.

Honor Rewards Resorts Response • Jan 08, 2020

The guest is well aware which company as our company is Honor Rewards Resorts and because this guest TOURED with Hilton, Marriot, Westgate or even Summer Bay - The guest is offer an UPGRADE to 4 1/2 or 5 stars properties such as Sandos Cancun - Hikton has never offered an all inclusive vacation in their travels, and Sandos Cancun is definitely not a Hilton Property, we do offer some Hilton properties but they are not 5 star nor are they up to par with the resorts we offer so they are not feature or mentioned in the script. We are unsure how someone can be confused as to who we are when it is made very clear in the sales call

Customer Response • Jan 08, 2020

(The consumer indicated he/she DID NOT accept the response from the business.)
This company is quite hilarious honestly. Not one person is on the same page in the office. When I talked to the receptionist on 1/07/2020 I told her that I was trying to get a refund since this is NOT Hilton like I thought; her exact words were "we are Hilton." I even had a witness hear it. They need to get their act together. The guy *** is dishonest and disrespectful. He said a refund was approved and did not make good on his part. I have emailed them multiple times with NO response. I have requested to see a business / sales tax license in email with no response. I have requested the name/number of ***s manager in email with no response. I have requested the audio from the calls and they refuse. I finally have filed with Florida department of agriculture and consumer services, attorney general office, IRS, credit card company, Hilton's direct fraud team and two other institutions I can't name. For anyone that has any doubt if this company is legit or not just read below and see all the exact same stories. Just read their responses they are rude and unprofessional with tons of grammatical errors. They were actually very proud that they "only" had 21 Revdex.com complaints with an F rating .This is nothing but an imposter scam and they know exactly what they are doing. They get away with it because most people just give up but I won't.

Honor Rewards Resorts Response • Jan 20, 2020

Guest agreed to a non refundable offer - we are unable to assist with booking until the complain this resolved. See signed copy

I have called dozens of times, I was told I'd be issued a refund and have not been given one in two months. Sent letter, called, nothing
My father was scammed into packages which he gave to my sister and I. I paid the travel fee to book at a specific resort and never received a confirmation certificate. When I called a month later, they booked me at a different resort. Called and demanded a refund in NOVEMBER. They said it would be 12-14 business days and still haven't received one. Have left dozens of messages and called over a hundred times. Impossible to get anyone on the phone.

Desired Outcome

I need a refund sent to my home address or my credit card used for the fee

Honor Rewards Resorts Response • Jan 20, 2020

Customer Response • Jan 27, 2020

(The consumer indicated he/she DID NOT accept the response from the business.)
I have sent letters demanding money and have not seen or heard from them about a refund. No contact from the business by phone, email, or letters have been received. I will close the case but if a refund is not received within 10 days, a new complaint will be opened and I will be suing.

Scam company
This company like all other reviews gets your info and pretends to be Hilton, never tells you that it is non refundable or that you have to sit thru a timeshare. I was very professional asking after reviewing contract for my money back due to false advertising and the employee their basically laughs in your face *** even asked for the recorded phone conversation to prove that the non refundable part and the timeshare part was never expressed, they will not release that info. *** stated that they only have 19 bad reviews on the Revdex.com, so I said I would put another one and he felt amused. They take your money, all their responses to all complaints on here blame the consumers, that should be the first red flag for everyone. Luckily, I have a lawyer in my family, so I am not afraid to take this company down.

Desired Outcome

Refundable

Honor Rewards Resorts Response • Jan 03, 2020

Guest was aware of purchase and company she purchased from as our website *** does not offer any Hilton properties - Guest has already disputed charges and we are working with their financial institution regarding the matter. We have also submitted guest info to the 2 credit bureaus with account as derogatory until we have cleared with her financial institution
