About months ago, I started an arduous search for a new mattressWe hadn't purchased a new mattress in an embarrassingly long time and we really weren't sure where to startI did a ton of research online and even though I kept seeing Bed In a Box coming up time and again, I thought it was insane to buy a mattress without trying it first, the idea that it is vacuum sealed and shipped sounded ridiculous and the idea of buying it from an online company seemed to go against everything I know about returns, warranties and smart consumer practices So, I went to numerous local store fronts and department stores testing out too many mattresses to countI was quickly frustrated with the expensive price tags, the here one day sale gone tomorrow mentality, not to mention how frustrating it is that mattresses aren't standardized so it was "reinventing the wheel" every time I walked in to a new storeFinally, I ended up really liking the VERY expensive Tempur- Pedic cloud seriesThe only reason I didn't buy it, was that I simply couldn't swallow spending that kind of money (it was around $for just the mattress), even if it was something I was going to sleep on for the next years As I was waiting for divine intervention to lower the price, I did some more online research and saw review after review where the Bed in a Box product scored incredibly high, even in head to head comparison with the Temper-pedic cloud series I called Bed in a Box and spoke to a wonderful sales woman (who's name I didn't write down, sorry) but she was very helpful and after her reassurance about the return policy & the quality of the product, she went on to help me decide which Bed would be best for meIn the end I went with the Pac Bed original Gel and she suggested I purchase a padded mattress coverThe price point was amazing, it was literally 1/4th the price of the Cloud series I was contemplatingI also looked at [redacted] ***and even though their price was similar to Bed in a Box, the quality difference was astonishingThe Pac Bed is an oustanding quality product for the moneyThe combination of the Pac Bed original with the padded mattress cover is PERFECT! Literally, every night I lay down in bed and say to my husband "I love our bed!" I have been so unhappy with our very expensive " name brand" pillow top mattress and, although it is not very old, I was ready to get rid of it We ordered your Tranquility and I truly love it No more aches or low spots It conforms and maintains the firmness I like I toss around a lot and my husband doesn't wake any more because he doesn't feel any movement There is no price on a good night sleep and I tell everyone about your product! It was worth more than we paid!!

I am writing this review regarding an experience we had on 1-17-We had read many good things about Bed in a box products and customer serviceWe decided to drive to their showroom in Johnson City,Tnto look at the bed we were interested inIt is about hr drive for us so we deciced to call and check stock on the model we were interested inWe were insured the bed was in stock for viewingWe also asked if we could purchase and bring the bed home the same day and were informed that the warehouse was closed, so we could look at, but not bring home that daySo we made the four hour drive (senic route) to Johnson City.Arrived, called and asked for directionsWas on hold for six minutes and finally got directionsUpon arrival found out that the bed we had driven four hours to see was out of stock after calling ahead to be sure it was in stockThe people we dealt with had no remorse for the situation .I do not know how this company achieved their glowing reviews for customer service, but it was the worst customer service I have ever experienced anywhere on anything I tried to call their vice president in charge of customer complaints and he has not returned my callPerhaps he is as concerned as the people in the showroomCan't review their productMay be greatWe wasted an entire day to find out only to find out that they didn't have what they said they did and didn't care about the trouble we went thru with them Bad business and terrible customer service

My husband and I did a ton of mattress research, and we finally decided to order from BedInABox. Before I ordered, I emailed them with a few questions, and they answered everything. The ordering process was very easy, and once the bed was ordered, a customer service representative took the time to email me to let me know my shipping would be delayed due to bad weather. I am completely satisfied and very impressed with the customer service I received! We love our mattress so far, and we do not regret buying from BedInABox!

When my dad and brother and law helped me carry out the mattress and saw the mattress get it's shape when we where unwrapping they where amazed lol ð they probably thought I was crazy for buying a mattress online & thought I was going to get robbed or something when they saw just a box out side lol I just saw there jaw drop when the y saw the mattress inflate ! All of the beds in my house (4 total) are from BedInABox. They are high quality, extremely comfortable, and ship quickly. The packaging is convenient and they are super easy to assemble (I have very limited construction skills and I can put these together myself without a problem). We LOVE these beds and I never plan to have anything else for myself or my children! If I ever get a new bed, I plan to get it from this company. The only reason I would consider getting a new one would be to get a Queen size rather than the Full that I currently have.
