Very easy process. Ordered the bed, it arrived a few days later and I have been sleeping great since. Definitely recommend considering these guys when you are shopping for a bed.
Product was delivered very quickly. Everything was exactly as advertised and in excellent condition. We ordered the frame and the mattress. It took us only a little over an hour to assemble the entire set. The mattress had no gas odor that I noticed.
Overall I am very pleased with this purchase. I would definitely order again from them if the need ever arises.
I purchased the Tranquility mattress, foundation, waterproof cover and ChiroMax Contour pillow. After researching mattress options online, my husband and I decided to try BedInABox because of the high ratings, price and easy ordering. We were not sure if we wanted firm or soft but decided to go with firm since memory foam softens over time. I absolutely love the mattress it is so comfortable and my hips do not ache when I lay on my side like they did with the old mattress. My husband, on the other hand, was getting too hot as I have heard others complain of with memory foam so I purchased the 3" CoolRest Gel topper which arrived yesterday. My husband was very pleased with adding the CoolRest topper and slept great. The topper is softer than the mattress and is a great addition to an already great mattress. I ordered everything online and did not have the pleasure of speaking with a customer service rep so I can not comment on that. We will, however, be purchasing all future mattresses from BedInABox.
Ordered online, shipped within a week, came in a box, put it together, laid down, didn't want to get back up! I have to say that the Website was factual, and explained all my questions. I did my research and found Bed in a Box less priced than most and trusting other comments, of high quality. Easy, fast, efficient and quality product.
I now have had the bed for 1 month or so. My wife, who had suffered from chronic back pain, no longer has any pain. She thanks me for the bed about every other night. Who would know that it was the type of bed (about 3 in the last 5 years) that were the problem. I HIGHLY recommend this company and beds. Lest we forget that we spend 1/3rd of our lives sleeping!
