Technical services is terribleI called over hours ago and have no communication since I had to go through the billing department to get anyone to answer the phone yet my problem was still not resolved

I terminated my service in May due to a move HBB retrieved their equipment and assured me the account was cancelled However, the following month I was charged for service I called customer service and they said they would take care of it I have now been charged for the past months after cancellation of service and no refund HBB has not answered the phone (at least voice messages) or returned calls for the past weeks

We were to be set up on automatic withdrawal payments through Hoosier BroadbandA service we normally select to have a worry free bill payment After five months they decided to call us to let us know our card wasn't going through for five straight months and we had a $and something balanceWhen I called to try and straighten this matter out and asked how on their end they let it go for five months, never turned off our service, never emailed or called I was told by Brian that I should be on top of my finances that this was my problem! I know feel like an it that I never saw how bad this companies reviews are not on just Revdex.com but google and Facebook! These negative experiences are legit and this company is providing rural service and knowing they can get away with whatever because we don't have many service options in these areas if any but them!

Worst internet service ever! It drops service multiple times per week- we call every time it goes out and no one calls us back about it, even the next day during business hours . Finally they came back out and put the satellite in the tree which we have never heard of. The person who answers the phone during business hours is one of the rudest customer service people I’ve ever encountered. When I complained to someone else - many people have said they would have a manager call us but it hasn’t happened once.
They promised speeds of 4-5 mbps and it averages around 1 (when its actually working). This is scam and terrible customer service- don’t go with this company!

I just got upgraded to the new eqeuipment from the old one and service is A LOT better. I've had it for 10 years now and it works great. It has gone down a couple of times and they are usually good to let us know. Out here in rural howard county, the electric grid is unreliable so we have to live with it. Keep up the great work! I would not have any internet without these guys.

HHB service was constantly in and out If you call they won't answer the phone They want to send a bill on the 1st and expect payment by the 7th, or charge a $late fee They charge additional $per month to receive payment by check For a month period they admitted to having a glitch in their billings and refused to take off late fees for bills that were received AFTER the due date Their customer service is non existent When I raised this with the customer service dept they said "I don't know, I don't care, I get paid!" When I had finally had enough of the what I hate to call "service", and I cancelled, I was told it would be impossible to let me know when they would be able to collect their equipment and that if it went passed the days into the next billing cycle, I would be responsible for month as well, even though I had changed my provider I would strongly advise against using this company I have since gone with my satellite TV provider, got a much faster service that has not been interrupted and for $a month cheaper

Absolute garbage at a high price the Internet has been down all morning and around 1pm, their automated message from techsupport is just now saying there may be a service interruption but doesn't even mention my areaPrior, I've had appointments and there would be no-call, no showsI would call to confront them and they would say that it wasn't scheduled; this has happened a few timesThere has been many issues, too many to include, but if I had an option of anything other than satellite internet, I'd be done with Hoosier Broadband

I have struggled with this service/company for a year and half Service is spotty and their telephone basically never gets answered I have a $charge on my credit card (automatic payment) without explanation multiple calls never get returnedbut they sure don't miss hitting my credit card I suggest trying another service provider

DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY. Horrible service, unreliable internet, ridiculous cancellation fee ($200.00 to cancel a service that hasn’t worked properly in months), and poor communication. Total waste of time and money. I’d give it begative stars but it won’t accept my rating if I leave it blank...

After cancelling service with Hoosier Broadband, we were told we would get a partal refund for the remaining days of the month ( they disconnected on the 22nd - month paid through 31). Not only did they reneg on that, but proceeded to charge us for the new month.

Service was often spotty and unreliable.

There is no actual office and attempting to talk to anyone in charge is a chore.

We are awaiting refund payment, but who knows if it will come about.

This company is horrible to deal with. Our Internet was out more than it worked. When we tried to get repairs, they would take forever to send someone out. Once, it took almost a month before repairs were done. It went out again, we called every department and got voice mail in every department. We finally cancel our service, and told us they would be out in 30 days to get equipment. It took 2 months.

Hoosier Internet/ Fastlane Internet/ IT GROUP INC. what ever you want to call it. The owner is rude and told my wife we are just a number to him. Had several months of Internet problems so we requested a refund for the 2 problematic months of service. He refunded us 1 month then cancelled our service. Because he is based out of Indiana and trying to run an Internet company in Texas with no one to work on it when there is problems. So instead of fixing it he just cancelled my service. Do Not Use!

This business insisted on using my debit card to make monthly withdrawals to pay for my internet service. The card expired in 12/15 and I did not notice that my account had not been debited until April. I immediately called them and informed them. You would have thought they would have picked up the phone and called me when they tried to run it through and it didn't go. Instead, I was informed that I would be charged late charges for every month since January and that it was my responsibility to call them when my card expired.
In addition, the customer service is lousy and my internet service has been down many times, some day for days at a time. Most of the representatives are very rude (when you can finally give a live person on the phone instead of voicemail) and act like you're bothering them. When my contact with them expires in September, you can bet that I will be seeking a new internet service provider or do without.

I was supposed to have internet installed today. It was supposed to be in the morning, but someone called late morning to say it would be early afternoon as the tech was running behind. At 5:50 pm I decided to call as no one had showed. I was told it would be after the call the tech was currentlyon and that he would call before he came. It's 8:15 pm now. No one is here. Took a day off to be here and no service or call to say that it would be canceled. Only game in town where I live. I guess I'm screwed.

On a Tuesday, I was eligible for an upgrade to give me faster broadband internet service & they were an hour & a half late from the two hour window they scheduled. The installation of the device did not work because of "outdated software" on their part. I was then told by the Technician that he would be back the next day with the proper equipment to install at the same time as scheduled for that day. The next day was a no call, no show & nobody in any department would return my call, all during which I have no service. Thursday, I had made several calls to all departments leaving detailed messages of the urgency of resolving the issue not only because my kids had homework to do online, but because I work weekends & wouldn't be available to meet a technician until the following Monday. Finally, I called again & got a hold of Billing which he was helpful & said they would have a technician out that evening to hook up the old system until the other system which had to be ordered was ready. Again, no show but received a call that they would be out sometime Friday to hook up the old system. Friday I received a call explaining they would not be out due to the cold. Here I stand with no options, no direction or plan from them. What do you do?

In my opinion worst service I have had from any company. I requested in the beginning of August to have service ended. It is Now November and they still have not come to pick up their equipment and are still billing for it. Finally got in contact with the states attorney to have them see if they could settle it. Meanwhile house is for sale. Going to end up having to have someone else come take it down and take it to the Sheriff's office so I don't still have the equipment. Horrible customer service.
