From: <[email protected]>Date: Mon, Aug 21, 2017 at 3:57 PMSorry for late reply since I had to get the complete answer from our factory and service technician.Although the factory warranty does not cover LED lights beyond our 90 Days return policy, however technically the LED shower head lights are  to work as long as the shower head is in use. In some cases if shower water in a house has excessive residues namely hard water it may gradually start clocking the microchip dynamo (which is inside the shower head) thus preventing it generating power to light the LED lights. Although rarely we run into such customer issue as 98% of our customers who bought this model has been enjoying it for years and years.My recommended solution for this particular customer is to purchase the shower head LED kit, as a courtesy we are willing to install a new LED shower head kit to replace the nonfunctional one. Ofcourse we will do (install new LED kit) at a fraction of cost.BTW I am not sure if the customer asked for this service, but I believe from asking our Customer Service Technician that the customer did not ask for it they only wanted a brand new shower replacement  Our customer service number is ###-###-#### Best RegardsMaysraBathSelect

concern to your issue,you mentioned it is possible that the valve was installed backwards.  I would say the first step is to reverse the installation to be sure it was not installed backwards.  I hope this is of some help to you. Thank you,Customer ServiceBath Select

I am a designer as a trade recommending products for my clients. I must say for the past 7 years I do not remeber having any complaints from my clients for bathselect products or services. If I get any negative complaint I will post it here for sure

I am rejecting this response because: BathSelect's warranty "DOES" cover the LEDs and in fact in a court of law it could be argued that they are warrantying the LEDs for life not just 5 years. Here are their own words from their warranty: "Please note the LED Shower Lights would last the lifetime of the shower, simply they will never run out. "The shower was used in a normal shower installation, was installed properly, was not misused and the shower was only subjected to normal service/use. Obviously the LEDs are defective because they only lasted 2 years. Their warranty states "FULL 5 Year Warranty" and "BathSelect will replace, FREE OF CHARGE, during the warranty period, any part or finish which proves defective in material and/or workmanship under normal installation, use and service. " It does not get any clearer than that. Therefore, I fully disagree with their explanation and cannot believe they would even try to argue this point because if I took them to court they would lose. In my opinion they are blatantly lying about what is stated in their warranty.Here is BathSelect's Full 5 Year Warranty information for their LED Color Changing Showers which can be found on their website at this link:[redacted]We at BathSelect guarantee full 5 year manufacturer warranty on all our LED Showers including the following finishes: Oil Rubbed Bronze Led Shower, Brass, Brushed Nickle, Stainless Steel and Gold Plated. Please note the LED Shower Lights would last the lifetime of the shower, simply they will never run out. This warranty does not cover any damage as a result of misuse, abuse, or neglect. BathSelect will replace, FREE OF CHARGE, during the warranty period, any part or finish which proves defective in material and/or workmanship under normal installation, use and service.

I have purchased shower set last August, this was the Trialo shower set. I read reviews and feedback on Bathselect and found interesting positive comments. I must say after getting this shower set it has been a seamless purchase I am very satisfied everything in the shower set was as stated solid high quality material, and the installation was easy. I am going to be back at this website to purchase faucets. Hope this will be as good as my previous experience.

I was searching for an automatic faucet for my bathroom and I found at bathselect great selections. I bought couple of those and must say overall Im very pleased with the quality of those faucets and price was unbeatable. Customer service was extremely friendly they assisted me all the way with the installation instruction manual. No doubt I am going back again soon as I will be buying shower set for my new project. Well done bathselect and thanks for great shopping experience.

When I saw the shower sets and prices at bathselect I was not sure if such showers would fit my upscale bath renovation however I called bathselect and was assured the quality is as good as any top brand. I purchased the Venice Rectangular Thermostatic LED Shower Set for Sale at $2680. This was purchased back in March 21, 2016. Everything is very well built, and has a great feel to it. the led shower is amazing and the body sprays just what I was hoping for. My contractor even took the name and number since he had other project to do. I would buy from this website again.

This was by far the best purchase I made this year. I remodeled my master bath and got the shower and the faucet from bathselect. The shower quality was best I have seen and the the price was just right even on the lower end of my budget range. I love love the led faucet amazing. Will shop again next year for my guest bathroom remodel.

Overall I have had good experience with this company. The product quality is 2nd to none. I bought the Nariman Recessed Color Changing Water Powered Led Shower with Adjustable Body Jets and got it installed few weeks ago. Delivery was a bit slower than expected (I was supposed to get it in 5 days but it arrived 7 business days)

I want to let everyone know not to ever buy anything with this company I put in a request to buy a shower set Payed over $700.00 a week before I go on vacation they said 5 to 7 days so I told my guy who was going to remodel my bathroom to expect it in the mail while I was gone so week went buy and nothing I went on vacation thinking it would arrive 2 days before I come home my guy calls me and tells me the shower never arrived now almost 14 days later so I called and the guy witch I believe is a sales man named m[redacted] said they were back order on brushed nickel in wish it was what I ordered very upset I agreed on a mate finish product witch is good but not the one they sent so I come home witech out a shower having to shower at family members house finally the shower arrives I open the box and it's a chrome finish sprayed with like a can of silver color when I touched it the paint came out in my hands at that point I went crazy over 20 days I have no shower and a product that if I installed it on the first shower the paint will all come out with the hot water so please please do not buy with this company they are a scam and m[redacted] the guy that works for them is very rude and said to me that have nothing to do with it because he does not work at shipping please if you don't want to be ripped off don't buy with this company
