I am rejecting this response because:I have already received the documents this business has offered to send for "legal review" (if they are referring to the 'contract' that was allowed to be electronically signed without any verification of identity of the applicant on the company's part). The address that they provided security to under my name has never been my address. They may 'track' IP addresses, but, had they actually done that, the address would have come back to my deceased father (who used my name to obtain services), so if they are attempting to claim that is how they verify identify, I am not satisfied at all with that. A credit check of their applicant would have shown that I have never resided there. A check of my driver's license history would show that I never resided there. Even something as simple as running the address provided on the online application would have shown that the homeowner of the residence was my father and not myself. Bottom line is that this company made no efforts to confirm the identity and residence of the individual who applied for their services. I have contacted an attorney and would appreciate this company acknowledging that they made no efforts to confirm applicant identity and that they have no grounds to pursue a breech of contract against me due to their errors in failing to safeguard against identity theft on an online application. It is inexcusable that just anyone can provide a name on an online application and be entered into a contract with only that information. This company made absolutely no efforts to confirm identity or anything at all before entering into a contract. That is something that this company should be held liable for.

Revdex.com: yes all appears to be working OK at this time. The tech "Brad" who originally installed the system came as soon as he could and resolved the problem. Incidentally my complaint was not against Brad or Rusty who he works for but against Guardme security for their lack of response to my problem. Only by dealing with the installer directly did I get it resolved.
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me.
This matter has already been resolved. Customer had one phone call with our office and the contract was cancelled and refund was given.
