Revdex.com spoke to the consumer and the following was relayed: I am extremely disappointed in the entire situation and the customer service and would never recommend them to anyone. We have been trying to resolve this since July and disappointed that this is how the business deals with a long time customer. We are currently working with the bank for a remedy.

At the time of sale, I trusted my salesman to do what he was supposed to and keep me informed of my options and what I was getting myself into. I have purchased a total of three vehicles from the dealership in The Last 5 Years. This was the first time I've dealt with this particular salesman and never have I been so misguided. because of the report I have with this dealership, I was very trusting of what was going on. During my previous purchases I've had no issues, and all monies due were dealt with up front. I wrongfully entrusted this same experience with this new dealer, and I was swindled out of a large amount of money. Now I have a car that I cannot afford because I have more money due that was not addressed during the Transaction. after speaking with the sales manager at the dealership it was agreed that mileage overages are supposed to be dealt with at the time of sale and this should not have happened.

I have researched on several websites and they are still advertising Toyota RAV4's falsely.  They are copying the standard equipment from the actual "sport" model and listing it under all the base models.They listed my trade in as having a sport suspension and 18 inch wheels, heated mirrors and it didn't have any of that.  It was a base model with 17 inch wheels.  They list PT9039 as being a Sport model and PT9103 as being a sport model with all the same standard options as the actual SPORT model, but they are base models.  Toyota specifically put the word SPORT on their sport models and LIMITED on their limited models and these have neither.  So the false advertising still continues.  Mr. [redacted] lied about contacting me 3 times and leaving 3 messages.  My phone record shows that Hoselton only contacted me once over the last month and that was 8/24.  I had also sent a message to another employee shortly after I purchased my current vehicle from them and I never received a response from that.   The only reason they contacted me was because I entered this complaint on Revdex.com.  Poor customer service for their Sales Department.  This morning, I called and left Mr. [redacted] a detailed voicemail stating they need to correct their false advertising, that he only called me once, I stated that I was not happy with their service and that I did not need to hear him empathize with me only to tell me that this is how they run their business and that he doesn't see any wrong doings.   Regards,  [redacted]

Per our Service Manager, [redacted]:  Mr. [redacted]'s vehicle was in for service on 5/29/15, the vehicle was picked up the same day.  From that time Mr. [redacted] drove his vehicle home and over the next 6 days the vehicle was also driven by Mrs. [redacted].  On June 4th, Mr. [redacted] called our...

Service Dept and explained what had been found with the lug nuts.  He also questioned other items that were repaired/replaced during that visit.  We offered to have Mr. [redacted] bring the vehicle in so we could look the vehicle over together to verify all his questions and confirm the vehicle is secure as it was repaired on 5/29.  Mr. [redacted] declined this offer.  I also told Mr. [redacted] I would look further into our processes and would get back to him.  When I called later that same day, Mr. [redacted] stated that he wanted to be reimbursed the amount of $518.96 for the tires he purchased.  I declined this request and again offered to check the veh over inthe hope to repair the trust with us.  Mr. [redacted] proceeded to decline the offer and threaten what he was going to do to the dealer.  I stated I was sorry and made a final offer to check the vehicle over whenever it was convenient.
