Ordered a hot tub heater. Item was stated in stock. No confirmation email was sent about shipping. I called and was deferred until later in the week because item was at different warehouse. Called back at the beginning of the following week and no shipment as of yet. Asked for supervisor , none given, asked for legal team, none given. Was told that a refund will be made in 24 hours. If not, it’s my financial institution that’s the problem.

I truly believe this company is a scam. My husband ordered a thermo heater from this business in September. They never shipped the item. We waited 2 weeks for an update on delivery that never came. When I called for the refund they gave me some malarkey about if we don't receive our refund it would be our banks fault. When I pushed to speak to a supervisor or the legal team the rep told me her supervisor was unavailable and she refused to give me a direct line. There was the insinuation that my request was unwarranted even. I've been in customer service for over 15 years. The reps attitude was rude, unprofessional, and discouraging.

I received a pillow that was not as described on the website. I returned the item paying out of pocket for shipping and after it arrived at their returns office they denied my refund because I took the packaging off of the pillow before returning it. They are holding the pillow for ransom saying I have to pay for shipping back to me for a pillow I do not want.

I placed an order on 8/23/2019. Shipping policy states 5-7 days. I have sent SIX (6) emails requesting shipping information and not one has been returned. I called and after waiting on hold for 25 minutes they said it was in the queue and to keep waiting. This is unacceptable service.

The issue has been resolved. The customer filed a dispute with his bank and was credited the full amount of the order.

I purchase hot tub cover (Order ***) from them on 2/25/2019. A part broke and I sent them an email about it. I received an email stating that the part was covered under warranty and they would send a new one. That email came on 6/18/2019. Now, I've sent 3 more emails inquiring as to the whereabouts of the part and have got no response. All emails are being ignored. I went and purchased the part elsewhere since it was needed for safety reasons. It holds the cover up when in use so the cover doesn't fall on the people in it.

Ordered a heating element from Hot Tub Warehouse online and they immediately applied the cost to my credit card and indicated that the part would be delivered in 5 to 7 business days. After 15 days I called as the part has not yet been delivered to see what the status was. The part has not been shipped and don't know when it would be is there response. I just want my part now as I have a useless hot tub and I'm out money.

I order several parts Jun 18th 2019 - After calling 7 times, emailing 5 times and waiting for 4 weeks I am still waiting for parts that were promised - Each time I get the same promise that they are shipping out from another warehouse. As someone very familiar with logistics, this whole mess is unacceptable. After reading prior reviews and Revdex.com reviews its apparent that they do not care and will do everything to ensure an unpleasant experience, if they are not in bankruptcy I am sure its just a matter of time.

No rating from me because there was no service! Ordered plumbing parts, got the confirmation, waited a week, no notice of shipment and they did not answer the phone or return a message.
Now I am disputing the charge with my credit card company.

Please do not order from this website unless you enjoy headaches and not getting what you pay for!

Ordered a heater from them on April 27 and had to cancel my order on May 2nd, and it still had not been shipped. They shamelessly canceled without offering anything, ruining my Derby weekend with their incompetence.

Called this Hot Tub Warehouse on Friday Morning around 8:30am Utah Time where they are located. I needed a part over night express mail. The female staff said to go on the website and check off expedited shipping for next day express mail which I did for $100. Next day came Saturday No Part delivered! I am like the US Post Office is working and delivering all day Saturday. I called Saturday they are closed all weekend.
Part shows up Monday 3 nights later.
Called them explained what I was told by their staff member. The person in charge even put me on hold for over 5 minutes to listen to the actual prerecorded call of her telling me next day express is possible. All I was asking for to remedy me spending over $100 on express over night shipping that didn't happen was a gift card could have even been $20 bucks or something. They told me it's written in their policy agreement that over night is UPS time frame Mon-Fri. because UPS & Hot Tub warehouse take Saturday and Sunday's Off. But again in this case a Live Person from their business tells you over night express next day means next day not 3 days later. Be-aware of this company because if You Do Have any Problems even caused by them your gonna get stuck for some bucks!! Read other posts they seem not to care about repeat business or any business they do with people.

I recently order a replacement part for my hot tub, I had it plugged into the hot tub to find out that the unit was faulty, I even had a license repairmen install this part. He found the unit faulty after he had a similar product to test with and found that his product is working fine. I contacted the company to ask for a refund as I had my repairmen just install his part and I paid for his service to test the faulty unit too, but they informed me that if I plugged it in, that I could not refund it anymore. My question was how do I know its faulty if I don't plug it in. It is a endless loop hole. Since I am moving and going on deployment, I no longer need the part, due to me not owning the hot tub anymore and leaving for deployment and also I had it repair by a professional, which I provide all the contact information to the company to prove that this was all done. They still are refusing to issue a refund.

They gave a choice to cancel an order or wait longer for a product they thought they had but didn't or cancel. I notified them to cancel only 3 hours after they told me they didn't have it. 3 day's later they said they made another mistake and did have it and they shipped it. Now they want to charge me 7.95 to send it back!!! Horrible business practices.

Terrible customer service. Had items on order for two weeks and after two emails that went unanswered, I called several times before I finally got someone. Apparently the items were still on back order. I will not order from this company again. I patient as long as I’m kept informed, but their lack of communication is very unprofessional.

Ordered a pump 1 month ago.

Item is not shipped and customer service is not responding. Phone is not answering. Emails are not returned. Need a confirmed delivery or refund ASAP.

Terrible customer service. Called and on hold several times today. Never got thru or had a returned phone or email message. So disappointed I didn't read these reviews before placing an order.

Purchased a product that was sent to me with an expiration date within a few months. Called and e mailed customer service rep who did not respond in a timely fashion. After the third attempt, I was told their manager would not replace the product. Unacceptable customer service and I would NEVER recommend buying anything from the company. A $20.00 item.. petty on their end

I placed an online order for a pump for my hot tub in May of this year. It was delivered on May 22,2018, but was not opened until May 24. The exterior box had no handling warnings on it, only the UPS tracking scan label, and address label. The warehouse box inside did have warning labels that read "Fragile" "This side up." When I opened the warehouse box, it had foam all around the pump itself, yet I noticed a dent on the pump, but no damage to the warehouse box. I immediately took pictures, pre-installation. I installed the pump because it had an inspection sticker on it, so I figured it was inspected before it was shipped, out but it did not work. It clicked, so it was getting power, but the rotor wouldn't spin/turn over. I immediately (that very day) sent an email notifying them of the situation. Myself and my wife have sent them emails, and contacted them by phone. The employee asked me to send pictures of the pump, and the 2 boxes (warehouse, and shipping) which I did. The employee we spoke with was "Atlanta," and the manager that promised my wife she would send a return label to us by the next day in an email, is 'Chelsea." Chelsea told my wife that this was a warranty claim, and that she was waiting to hear back from the warehouse. That's ridiculous because it NEVER worked in the 1st place. The last contact was on/or about 6/19. We never received a return label, and haven't heard from them again. At this point we would prefer to just send back the merchandise, and get our money returned to the credit card we purchased it with. This is the 1st time in my life I have ever filed a complaint against a company, but it is also the 1st time I have ever had such poor customer service. Thank you for your time.

I deeply regret forgetting to check Revdex.com before buying anything from these internet bandits. A lesson for every one.

I ordered an ozonator for 113 dollars that was supposed to have an amp plug. The one I received looked like a previously returned item and it had no amp plug, I have been asking to return it (with them paying the shipping because it was their mistake) for more than a week now. They told me they would send me the amp plug. I told them I don't know how to wire it and am not going to wire it because of the liability. Improperly wired ozonators can kill people. They are refusing to send me a label or have UPS pick it up and refund my money. I have no choice but to work with my credit card company to stop payment. I am willing to send it back if they pay the shipping.

Placed order 4/29/18. Tried to cancel less than 24 hours later on 4/30/18. Contacted via email and online chat. Followed up on 5/1/18 via email. Heard nothing until 5/3/18; said product shipped already but that I could return. Received product 5/4/18. Emailed 5/7/18 for return instructions. 4 days later (today on 5/11/18), still have not received a reply with RMA # and address to ship to.
