I have reviewed the response offer made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint. For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.I didn't not check beforeI left because I doors not expect anything to be removed from my vehicle!!! It was my first time to the car wash, I expected a car wash and detail not for items to be removed from my vehicle. I cannot take a carwash to the gym that is why I requested my water bottle be replaced. I am not asking for cash only for my water bottle that was thrown away or stolen but non the less removed from my vehicle to be replaced.

Mr. [redacted] did in fact deal with the manager at the car wash. He offered tochange the tire for him. We watched the video and the attendant did try to havehim move to the right.To resolve this matter, Mr. [redacted] can bring the paid invoice and homeaddress to the car wash. We will be willing to pay half of the cost of the tire. Acheck will be sent to his home address.Sincerely,[redacted]
Mr [redacted], I apologize for the mix up with your credit. I am not sure why the final credit did not get processed. It appears there may be a limit to the number of "deposit transactions" in our point of sale software. While this is not your concern I want you to know that it is not intentional and that we recognize we do owe you a credit. I have a call into our software support team. We may need to issue the credit as a separate transaction. In that case I will need your credit card information. Could I give you a call? If you read her initial complaint, she stated "I just jumped in my car to continue my day". It was not until the next day she realized the water bottle was gone. I have no idea who had access to her car during that time. She was offered a car wash gift card because we are not allowed to give out cash. We were not accepting blame just trying to help out a customer. She did have a clean car.
We have spoken to the customer and refunded the $12.
